Hi everyone,
We wanted to let you know that we have been working on a new feature for BodyRock.Tv that will be called 1 on 1 with Zuzana. As I explain in the video, this premium area will be the closest thing I can offer to personal training for those of you who are looking for videos that will provide extra help and coaching with the workouts here on BodyRock.Tv – I will be putting a lot of myself into these videos and sharing extra tips, exercises and walking you through each of my new workouts step by step, exercise by exercise so that you will get the best results possible. If you are looking for some extra coaching then I believe this section will really be helpful for you.
That said the rest of the site as it is right now will continue to be open and available to everyone. You can still follow my daily workouts and posts, and Frederick and I will still be posting our workouts exactly as we do now – the 1 on 1 training area is just an added feature for those of you who are interested in this extra help. The 1 on 1 with Zuzana training area should be open in the first week of January so I hope you will check it out.

i am already so exited about this 1 on 1 theme. well i am 18yrs old, and i have been working very hard to get toned up figure. But i don’t see much results despite of right eating and workouts. I am so glad that you will be sharing your workouts and tips more deeply and hopefully u can guide me. :D

May I ask, “What’s your take on caffeine?” I know it has nothing to do with your announcement today (which I think is great by the way – good idea), however, I read a sketchy article today on the supposed benefits of caffeine toward exercise and I thought it was silly. Have you come across any info like this? I’m a moderate tea drinker but would eliminate caffeine if I knew it to be hindering cardio performance, etc.

Thanks for all you do and this is a wonderful addition to your site.
I have been following your routines since back in ‘08. I finally started seeing results and then I became very ill in the beginning of this year. After nine months I have recently recovered enough that I can restart working out but I’m at a loss on where to begin. My main problem is I no longer have the strength and stamina I need to follow your workouts. Do you have any suggestions on how I can follow your routines? I know I may need to modify the reps/time but I would love some examples.

Hey Zuzana the 1 on 1 section sounds good – I was wondering though if you could provide wallpapers on bodyrock.tv of you doing specific exercises, they could even show the sequence of movements for each exercise in the wallpaper.
I also think your sight would benefit greatly from a Frequently Asked Questions section.

Is good to take a bath whit cold water after the workout? and if the answer is yes, then how long i have to wait after the workout to take it?

well well… sorry, i know i say i got just two questions, but taking the chance…
somewhere i read that you do your workout after the breakfast, right? is better to do it that way? cause somewhere else i read that if you do cardio before you eat something you burn your fat reserves… but just a light cardio and no to exceed 15 or 20 minutes.

I’ve been working in Colombo, Sri Lanka for about 3 months now and exercise equipment is very limited here. So I’ve been doing some of your bodyweight workouts and they’re real killers. I’ve done some plyo exercises before but your workouts are very challenging. Once I’m done with them I feel a real sense of accomplishment. Your new venture sounds great, I’ll have to check it out when you get it up and running. Thanks for the great bodyweight workouts and keep them coming.

I have been working out with you periodically for the past month. I have attempted to get past workouts and am told that I they are for members only. I am confused, because you state above that the workouts are still available. Help please.

what a great idea… i will really benefit from that: My left side is much weaker than my right and I can feel it when I do the exercises. It feels as if I wouldn’t do them properly so it will help me to follow your advises! Can you give me an extra tip what I could do to strengthen my left side? any exercise you would recommend? or should I do more reps on the left?

I am trying to view the daily workouts and it won’t let me today. It says that I must be apart of Zuzana’s 1 on 1. I thought that the rest of the sight was going to be left the same? Anyway, how can I view the daily workouts?

we are currently working on changing the site, so it might happen that you won’t be able to access the posts, but that’s not intentional. Once we will have all that work done, you will be able to access the site without any problems.

Having just recently hooked onto your website through your youtube videos,I have a few questions for you….
1-What part(city/town) of Ontario,Canada did you live in before moving to the warm and sunny skies of Malta?I presently live in Thunder Bay Ontario,Canada…ever visit it while you were living in Ontario? We’re known for “The Sleeping Giant” …up here in the north!
2-Does this Bodyrock TV/website let you earn enough to live the “adventurous life” you mentioned or are you being sponsored in some other way? Curious more than anything!
3-Besides being inspirational to myself with your great workouts(especially the abs),I’ve passed on some of your video clips to some other people that have also been inspired.Keep up the motivational vids!
4-Not so much a question but rather an observation on my behalf and I’m sure a few others in cyberland….Zuzana you look like you could be the younger sister of “Hot for words”(I’m sure you’ve seen her?)and take it as a GREAT compliment in your physical features and accent…very sexy…and passed along as a classy compliment.

This is an amazing idea – I doubt Ill be able to afford it as I’m a struggling college student at the moment, but I think you are so inspiring and that you should be making money for all of your advice! I have lot some weight over the years and have excess skin. I don’t have a lot though. Would doing your workouts get rid of the excess skin because it would be toning? Right? You’ve inspired me to get in the best shape ever! Thanks:)
This really is the best fitness website ever. I love how you come off as a real person, your very relatable. I am printing out all your workouts and recipies and keeping them in a binder. I have just recently discovered you thanks to Youtube but I think you are the inspiration and motivation I have needed for a long time to loose the weight. Dont ever change!
