		<description>I did it today with dumbell of 6kg for the get ups for more challenging, but it was killer !!! Without talking of the splits PU with triceps !! No more strength at the end !
My time is 24.05min with 6kg for turkish get ups.</description>

		<description>9/1/11:  I love these old workouts.  My time wasn&#039;t what I hoped for, but now I have a time to beat for the next workout.  35:50.  Followed with 12 min interval skipping &amp; a burpee for Erin.

I done it in 27:20 mins, and I beat my old score witch was 30:31. :) 
Happy with that, but I still have to do the push ups by my knees. </description>
