Buns And Fat Loss Week

Hi everyone,

In order to make things a little more interesting, we are starting to organize the workouts into themes, where we focus down on a particular area or type of training. This weeks theme is all about tightening the butt and fat loss. I will be posting from now on only 3 new workouts a week, which doesn’t mean that I am not doing anything else during the rest of the week. I will be going back to my older routines and trying to beat my old personal best times. I will keep you posted about that as well. In this video I am talking a little bit about motivation and inspiration which I believe is very important for all of us. If you don’t have a good reason that inspires you to workout, then why would you? I need to be inspired and motivated and believe me that I know how hard it is to push yourself into a workout. Thank god for the people who inspire us, because without them we wouldn’t try as hard. I tell you in the video the 3 celebrity butts that inspire me the most and now it’s your turn. Let me know which celebrities inspire you in the comments below.

By the way, the training session for this workout will be in the 1 on 1 with Zuzana as soon as it’s ready, so just to let you know – we are already working on the content and hopefully it will be open this week.

For this workout you will need a raised surface (I use 2 chairs) an exercise mat and a timer.

I am using my cool pink Gymboss Interval Timer

There are 4 rounds of the following exercises:

1. Jump Squat and Backward Lunge (alternating legs) – 10 reps

One rep counts as 1 jump squat and one backward lunge

2. Hip Extension – 20 reps

Lift your legs off the ground. Open your legs, cross them again, and bring them down to the floor – this counts as 1 rep

3. Bulgarian Squat – 20 reps on each leg

Put the top of your foot on the chair behind you, keep the shin of your front leg vertical and squat down to bring your back knee as close to the ground as possible.

4. Mountain Climber – 30 reps

Each jump counts as 1 rep.

    Thanks for the video.

    Actually, it was not just the butt of this person that I liked. It was her whole body before she got married and had kids. She was my inpiration. And that person is Jennifer Garner in the movie Elektra and series Alias.

    Right now, my inspiration is you. I like your whole body. I am a runner and an avid cyclist, but, I still have yet to see my six pack. I have been working on it for 5 years now and I still don’t have it. I run almost everyday. And I used to alternate it with cycling/spinning. But, ever since I have moved back to my home country, I haven’t had the chance to cycle regularly. Now, I just run, lift weights and since I have discovered your website, I have incorporated your workouts with mine. What do you think I am doing wrong that I can’t seem to have a six pack? Any suggestions/advice?

    My idol, my inspiration, my motivation… You are all that for me. If I don’t feel motivated I think of your buns, cause it is the most perfect butt I have ever seen. Even my freind Helerin said: “Wow, what a body!”. I managed her to do your exercises, too, jey! I start my day wiht your website, with your videos.

    I am so lucky that I found this webpage. I also try to fallow your eating tips. Everything goes well until dinnertime. I get home from work about 17-17.30. I don’t know why, but I am too hungry by that time, so I could eat a horse. When eating starts, it doesn’t want to stop. “Small portions, as Zuzana says,” I keep repeating in my head, but…. So my eating in the eavening is what needs a lot of work.

    I think its funny that you use Geri Halliwell for inspiration because you actually have a better body than her. You have a lot more definition! I cant imagine looking better than my role models! haha
    I on the other hand dont like the thinner type I would rather the butt of jennifer lopez in her music video Im Glad, when she does her dance tryout! that inspires me!

    Also, what is my motivation to work out? Mainly to look great and this is in my “humble opinion”, what motivates everyone. Media pressure, of course. I am into bodybuilding which gave me the body I want…. flexibility and inner strength? … Pilates, of course.

    Your videos are great. I hope that you soon come up with a workout video. I think that you make great use of the home as “home” gym. I have my own home gym. Your workouts are very original and also you use your own body weight which is great… just as the greek and romans did :)

    Can’t you just say: it for yourself to feel better, look better. Zuzana looks great, I would be over the moon if I would look like her. And that’s it.

    My favourite celebrity buns: Jessica Biel.

    I happen to be one of those people, who really enjoys doing exercise, so I do not have to push myself too hard, but I do have couple good tips for “inspiration”.

    The first one is music. I like to listen music that inspires me during my exercise. For example Beyonce’s “I am survival” =)

    The second one are my positive and negative feelings. I use my intensive feelings as excessive energy for workout. Yesterday I couldn’t concentrate on my studies, because of my broken heart (buhuu), so I decided to do really hard workout. And it helped. Felt excellent after that, I was able to concentrate on my studies again. And I haven’t thought about him since.

    hi Zuzana. this workout took me 20:40. it was nice and hard. it did not look hard in the first few minutes into the workout. but as always your workout are INTENST AND HARD. i love the feeling i have after the workout, when i kbnow i did something to cahllenge my body.
    about what you talked about in the video, i know many do not agry with me but the kind of body i love is the muscular body – like yours or other athletic women, women that work hard for getting a fit body.that make sport a part of their life with good and healty food. not starving themselves to be so skinny.
    but i was not alway so “smart” i too was sure that all of them are perfect. but now at 36 i think the most beautiful body is a fit body with muscles. another women that have this body is cathe friedrich that doing sport as a profession. i think Zuzana you will love her and her workouts. you are both an insperation for me.

    Good sweat. I hope to balance this with a heavy abs/arm workout tomorrow.

    I don’t have a celebrity that I look up to. I used to look at celebrities a lot for inspiration, but I found that after a while, it decreased my self-esteem and confidence. Now that I have abandoned that and found a way to seek motivation within myself, I have a better body image and have actually been building a better body. It’s ironic how that sometimes works. This doesn’t mean I still have “bad” days, but I have a lot fewer than before. I think it ultimately depends on how people are motivated, however, so it’s an individual thing. I’ve always had much stronger intrinsic motivation for things in general and found this applied to fitness as well.

    About your “inspiration”-question: my first thought was “is she fishing for compliments?” because you’re definitely my top inspiration right now – and the inspiration of most women following your site (I’m not so sure about the motivation of the guys watching your workouts).

About the celebrity butts I agree about 3d and 2d place but for 1st place about Geri i disagree not that she’s bad or something, no she’s very good looking and have a body of a athlete, like yours ;), but Jessica Biel has the perfect body with the abs and the butt, still they can’t compare with you ;).

    I would say my no 1 butt is Jaime Eason, yourself and Cameron Diaz. Jaime is also an inspiration as she has suffered cancer and has had other health problems. Have you checked out any of her photo’s or her site? I’m also quite proud of myself as I will be 40 this year and have a six pack that my husband is jealous of and can still do the splits!

    I completed todays task in 16:41 without stopping but nearly passed out when I finished…..no joke. Those Bulgarian Squats are a killer.

    I’m going to try making your Sweet Cake this week – I also have a good recipe for wholemeal apple and cinnamon muffins if you fancy it.

    most of the celebrities are in starvation mode for those photos in all the magazines and are completely digitally touched up. I highly doubt very many of them are as dedicated to working out like Zuzana is. That’s why I don’t look to celebrity for inspiration at all. Celebrity does absolutely the opposite for me. It’s totally unrealistic. Zuzana is such an inspiration because she is healthy and works damn hard to achieve her physique. She is my #1!!!

It may be just me (but I have a pretty fast computer and internet connection) but it seems like the main picture that comes up with the workout of the day and then switches to another workout and keeps switching is not up for long enough. I do not have enough time to read enough of what you wrote to get the jist of it, and also sometimes the picture does not load all of the way before it changes.

    It is not all that big of a deal but I thought I would write to you about it to let ya know!

    Oh and as for butts, I think you for starters have an awesome butt. Other than that, I have a few figure fitness models that I think look awesome.

    Personally, I don’t see the big deal with Jessica Alba and Jerry (the spice girl) looked so cut and she did it in such a short period I got actually worried about her health and found her a bit too skinny. But it was an achievement to get her body fat that low. These days she doesn’t even look remotely like she did back then.

    Anyway, I like my own butt too. LOL am I allowed to say that? :))

    Keep up the good work! I will get back tomorrow with my results for this workout. For now, off to the 550 workout. May God have mercy in me ;-))

    Do not understand this reply only as trying to be polite, but it is interesting, that my favorit celebrities body are also Jessica Alba, Marisa Miller and It raining man video, I have seen it long time ago and it is still in my mind, to bad Geri is not so young anymore, besides them I like Jennifer Lopez in music Jenny from the block and Get right plus one of hers TV shows some time ago about fashion, I have seen it few times while passing, when my sister watched it. And I can not forget on your more than perfect body, on scale 1 – 10 I would give you 10+++. I am observing your web page since the early beginnings when there were only few comments per week and when you were showing us your perfect curves at videos in gym.
    This is one of the few my comments because I am more silent guy.
    My motivation to do workouts is just relaxation and watching yours daily routine. I have a lot of computer work at Architecture study and it feels very good to exercise between.

    1) you – definately number one! sometimes I really think you’re not human. you’re just perfect!!!!!! damn! that’s not fair… and I work so hard, and I’m not even close to your figure!
    2) Madonna – she’s super-un-natural I wish to look like her now! not at her age like someone said ealier.

    Love the videos, you’re definitely an inspiration to me.

    As far as my top 3 bodies in Hollywood, it’s hard to beat the 3 Jessicas: Alba, Simpson and Biel, in that order. I like harder, more muscular bodies (like yours) so while Jessica Alba is amazingly beautiful and I think her body is incredible, Jessica Simpson in the “Dukes of Hazzard” movie and her video is just incredible.

    Then there’s Jessica Biel, in a class by herself. The combination of her genetics and the obvious work she does in the gym leaves me breathless. It’s been amazing watching the progression of her body, from Summer Catch to I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry, and Powder Blue. The best I’ve ever seen her body look is probably in Blade: Trinity. Her body fat was probably lower than 10% in that movie, it was incredible. She combines hard muscularity with beautiful femininity better than anyone I’ve ever seen before.

It took me 31:07 minutes to complete this workout and I actually found it much harder on the thighs than on the butt! Maybe in a few weeks I can try this again and beat my time ;-)

    Second, when you said that you were going to name some famous people that inspires you, I was afraid that you mention Madonna (c’mon, she has a lot of muscles, and really little fat): I’m glad that you didn’t, that woman has crossed the line a couple of years ago.

    And yes, you are my inspiration, totally and only you :D. Your body it’s way much better than the ones than inspires you, that’s funny.     There are so many snacks that you can eat. I count everything that I eat during the day as a meal. Even a small snack. So these are my most common snacks: apple, orange, handful of mixed nuts, half of whole grain bun with little bit of honey, banana, peanut butter sandwich with banana, bruschetta, mixed fruit (strawberries, grapes, pine apple), celery with peanut butter, oats in yogurt or milk with little bit of almonds, my ginger cookies :)

    Oh boy!!! I misjudged this one; you made it look too easy. Did a hard 45 minute hill run then straight to this. I realized I was in trouble within the first 30 seconds. Yes, my butt and thighs were screaming bloody murder! 18:20 and tried to keep good form throughout, which I totally agree is the main thing.

    I feel exercises like the Bulgarian squats should perhaps ideally be done really really slowly, or maybe with a three second HOLD! as the knee grazes the floor? That being said, I think I would’ve toppled over in a heap.

    Butts, hmmm. I am suspicious of photos and videos ’cause I’ve only seen a few good ones in real live bikini action. And there are a lot on display where I live (Maui). Mine ain’t on the list…yet!

    I’ll try to be honest as much as i can. The question which you asked may look simple on the first sight, but if you want a reliable answer, than it turns out to be not simple at all. I myself can’t rate women only by some part of their body. I have to check their body as whole to rate their beauty. I have been researching alot about female beauty in my freetime and made four categories where i put a woman dependent on her look. There is the 4th category where there are the less attractive women. In the 3rd there are kindly attractive and in the 2nd there are very attractive ones. The 1st category is for the 100% or almost 99% perfect females in every physical aspect. The hollywood girls just like “miss universe” girls are out of question if we are talking about natural beauty without makeup, postwork and plastic surgery (In “miss universe” beauty is sadly the last when it comes to rating. It’s more about politics and interests.). Also on still pictures it is very difficult to find out if a woman is really beautiful or if it is the makeup, angle and postwork which upgrades her. So it turns out to be very difficult indeed. Videos are a slighty better choice if you want to rate someone about her physical beauty, simply because you can check a person from many angles.
    From my point of view I found only two women who fits in the 1st category. One is named Kyla Cole (real name: Martina Jacova), an act model who was born in Slovakia. She is beautiful in every aspect and 100% natural. The other one who i put in the 1st category is a French singer named Clara Morgane. Clara is also beautiful in every aspect and 100% perfect. On youtube you can find some videos about both of those girls if you are interested. I don’t recommend still pictures because from my experience those can be very misleading.

    Just wanted to ask approximately how many cups of coffee do you drink a day and do you have it black or with milk and sugar. Do you count it is a snack the way you would a fruit or yogurt?I LOVE coffee. It is my biggest vice. I drink close to four cups a day with 1/2 tsp of agave and fat free creamer. And I don’t know if I should be considering it a snack. My top celebrity bum inspirations are:

    Somehow and i don’t know why, i take must of my inspiration from women rather than men. The issue is that women are so diverse and they have great bodies but different one to another. Many people say J.Lo has a great butt and she actually has it but for me is just something a little bit unnatural or a gift. I can’t compare beyonces’s butt with Jennifer Love Hewitt’s who has a great body also, but anyway If i would have to chose my favorite butt and body it would Heidi klum’s.

    Taking about something you mentioned in the video, I agree with the fact that must of our personal inspiration comes from celebrities. Whwn I am doing my workouts i use to watch tv in order to see people in a good shape, it is something that make me thing: I will never surrender. By the way…you are one of my greatest inspirations and it is curious to see something in good shape talking about inspiration. Thank you.

    Okay Zuzana, I have to be honest with you. I first saw your video on You Tube when I was looking for body weight exercises. I saw you and wondered who this hot girl was. It was more of a novelty than anything. Then, I was sent to Colombo, Sri Lanka for my work and was facing the challenge of working out without too much equipment. I looked up your Bodyrock.tv site and actually tried out some of your routines. It kicked my butt and left me breathless. Then I began to see you as a serious body trainer/coach. Now I’m sort of reluctant to say I checkout your site for the workout routines and not just you looking hot. Your workouts are great because they don’t require equipment for the most part and they really kill me. I really appreciate your time and effort to present them.

    As far as using Geri Halliwell for your inspiration you should play a video of yourself because you are leaps and bounds above her in your body and fitness level. Fredrick is one lucky bastard.

    I’m a guy if you haven’t already figured it out and the one person who I think had the perfect body that I would most like to emulate is Brad Pitt in his movie Fight Club. To me that was perfect male physique.

    My most challenging thing is to keep accountability for myself. I have been able to get in fairly good shape but, I lose motivation in the long run. Would you be able to help me with your new “1ON1 WITH ZUZANA”? I’ve always been so close to the ideal body but fall short. I need an edge, an accountability partner. What say you?

    I do love JNL’s butt, too! She does work glutes very very intensely from what I’ve seen in her vids. I like her and I have met her. But…I think Zuzanna’s butt is more consistent. haha. I mean, JNL’s butt (and body) will look a little different when she’s not doing a photo shoot or training for a contest. She still looks good then, too, though.     I would have to say my favorite celebrity butt and just body overall is Beyonce’s because our body types are similar. I’m slimmer up top with wider hips and thicker legs.     This is maybe number two on a list of what Zuzana gets ask by newbies. Number one is do you do other exercises?

    Breasts are primarily fat and the body doesn’t exactly discriminate when losing fat as you get leaner. So most women lose their beautiful natural boobs and either try to build bigger pecs muscles to support form under or get implants. Clearly both directions in keeping breast size and shape have problems. Pectoral Muscles don’t shape the same as rounder softer breasts. Implants are very painful and can be unsatisfying in appearance, feel and pleasure, besides issues with the chemicals they’re constructed with.

    BTW, number three is maybe…how long did it take you to get your abs? I asked a very similar question my first time posting here. Even though I had checked the site a little before asking anything.

    I am always trying to find different ways to shock my body and get those muscles defined and loose the extra fat around my waist and I want to say Thank you for your videos and all your hard work. My #1 inspiration is Jessica Biel, her entire body is perfect, she may not have the rock hard abs like you do but she has a strong body and I love her shape and form and she has one of the best butts ever. I have always had a slightly small butt with a nice shape but I have always wanted it bigger and rounder. My whole workouts revolve around making my gluets bigger and my little love handles smaller.

    I tend not to see celebrities as inspiration because a lot of them acheive those bodies in such a short space of time in an unhealthy way just because they about to film or have a photoshoot and then as soon as the event is over they then go the other way and put weight on, their bodies are not realistic. Having said that there are two people whom I admire because no matter what time of year it is whether they are filming or modelling their body shape never seems to change which means that they do not follow trends and fad diets and live healthy lives and they are Cindy Crawford and Cameron Diaz. Then there are people like you, Jennifer Nicole Lee, Jackie Warner, Jillian Michaels and Tosca Reno who have made being fit and healthy a lifestyle choice and a career and that is far more rewarding and inspiring for me personally. You are all proof that exercising hard and eating properly works.

    My favorite buns on someone famous I can only think of two people. One is a someone older than both of us. She is the blonde frome the swedish rock group ABBA and her name is Agnetha Faltskog. The reason I like them is not that she is like ripped but she does look fit and its her smaller waist to hip racio that creates a whole picture. Just feminine. And your buns. Your proportions the legnth of your pretty back and such is feminine and as well all goes together. I looked up the ones you admire and I think they as well as many celebrities/models would kill for your buns! Could you state how tall you are and maybe wieght?     Ok, I was supposed to do 4 rounds. I can only do three. I did it in 22min 41sec. These are hard for me, growing up i never liked to workout my legs. When i realized that this is the best way to lose fat, i am now starting to do more leg work. slow going though.

    25 minutes!! I especially liked the hip extensions,the last 2 rounds I increased the reps to 30. I cut the bulgarian squats down to half on the last round and did the last 10 reps at the end of the round. I rate this workout a level 3.

    Speaking of back pain, I have trouble working my abs out because of my back pain…

    Hello, and thank you for providing us with workouts that we can do at home, and better yet, a great VARIETY of them.

    I recently started my weight loss journey, I want to be and FEEL healthy, and the rest (weight loss/muscle toning) will come along. I’m gradually doing this by exercising and eliminating bad foods, I want this to be a gradual process because I know that if I go from eating all I crave and want to eliminating everything all at ONCE, I will crave and give in, and guess what!? It’s actually working! I’m not craving anything, and within a month I want to be all set up with my new diet.

    I have a couple of questions about the workouts, are they cardio? or just strength exercises? or both? Are these the kind of workouts you do throughout the week?

    I want to know if I need to do some cardio prior to doing your workouts.

    I’m a little confused about it, but I certainly want to lose fat and tone as well, since I don’t want flabby skin after the weight loss and being toned gives a so much better look to a body.

    I’m sorry if I sound like a novice, I am one, and we all start somewhere, right? :-)

    Thanks for everything you guys do, I’m sure you’ve heard it many times, but you’re changing lives, you are truly an inspiration.

    Wow, I was going to say just about the same thing. It’s not that I have major trust issues but I find it hard to believe that a celebrity is working as hard as Zuzana. At least not for a long time. I remember Jessica Simpson had a pretty good body for her role in The Dukes of Hazard, but now look at her. The people who inspire me are only the ones I know personally, with the exception of Zuzana. My boyfriend, my other friend, my brother, and of course Zuzana, are the most inspirational people when it comes to working out. I am one of the few, I guess, that ranks health before looking good, and looking good before being social lol. I mean don’t get me wrong, looking good is really fun and you do get more positive attention from people but my real inspiration for working out is to be able to live long enough to see a major positive change in the world (made by me would be cool…) :)

    Anywho though, not to be a total suck-up, but, Zuzana, if I were you I would only look at myself for inspiration. You ARE the best woman athlete I know of. You care about your diet, your ability to perform, and improve and I see you doing this almost every single day from your posts. This will most likely come out really weird but your body is the only body I want lol. I’ve looked online, in movies, and in magazines to find women fitness inspirations and none of them compare to you and your body. You don’t have big arms and little calves or big quads and no abs like a lot of these people that focus on one thing. Everything about you is tight and fit. I love it! lol (like I said, this will be weird)

    On another note, I am going to become a Personal Trainer. I am still going to major in Wildlife Biology but I am going to pay for my college with Personal Training and love it! :)

    I barely became aware of your workout vids a month ago. I’ve been faithfully doing some routines and even mixing them up… I had access to a gym but didn’t get into college this quarter… I’m counting on your workouts to get me in better shape for my abs especially.     I am seventeen years old and, although it may sound silly, my mom is one of my greatest inspirations. She is an avid marathon runner and one of the thinnest moms I know. I’m so grateful to her for all she’s done to teach me to be strong in body and in mind.     i have been doing your workouts for about 2 months now… however i havew noticed my upper body is shrinking… especially my boobs… i am already very petite an very small in that region… i think now thhey seem yo look more like pectorals cos of all the push ups.. my shoulders are definately defined.. but cos im very small 5 ft an weiggh 7 stone… i feel like im loosing my femininity… mainly cos of my lack of boobs.. i love the intensity of the workouts…eat very well…treat my self with the the foods i like occasionaly… should i substitute some exercices… i recently stopped using kettle bells cos i felt like the overhead swings were causing my breasts to diminish further…please help..

I am a 26 year girl living in Florida and have been running and doing kickboxing videos for the past few years.     Ok , you started wit ass talk and I have something eating me up for so long and talking about it with complete strangers is weird , but hey we are talking asses already. ( and my doggie had 2 teeth pulled today so I’m feeling so bad for him.. )
    When I was at my mid 20 , my former husband complained about my very curvy czech ass… so no I don’t have my ex hubby and i got myself in a great shape. I’m almost 40 , never looked better , boxing , working out with you guys( you are great!!!), running , hiking…. So my ass small and tight and I like it , but my new boyfriend thinks it’s toooo small , not round enough ! What a hell do I supposed to do ?? I don’t have JLO genes.     Hey Zuzana and everyone here. I have been doing bits and pieces of all you workout’s for a while now, but never did a time challenge until today. i’m 5’11 and weigh 205 lbs with some babyfat. it’s slowly going away. YAY! Anyways, I did today’s workout in 28min 30sec. This workout really made me sweat, but i don’t think i’ve ever felt more confident that i can lose weight and tone up.

    Hi Zuzana!

    I did this workout yesterday and my time was 27 min and 13 sec. I really struggled with the Bilgarian Squats. After doing one leg it was really hard to do the other one, so after the first round I did 20 for each but switched after every 5 reps.

    I believe that my time 27 min is better then not doing the workout at all. I certanly want to beat my best the next time.

    It was one hell of a routine, a real kick-ass.

    I too felt this in the thigh more than my booty. I guess in the Bulgarian squat it was the thighs, and leg extensions it was more of my butt. But hot dang, i am tired. This is in my top 3 favorite workouts from you. Thanks! woot.

    I have my pre workout ritual where I usually check out your website and other great inspiring and dedicated woman that look amazing. Then I put some good music and give it my all! I believe that many people start working out to look better but once you start getting results you also discover your inner strenght and start enjoying your training for different reasons.

    Hi, thanks for saying that it’s hard for you to workout. That helps me see that your human. I was thinking about what motivates me to keep eating healthy and exercise is, the next day. Tomorrow can come, and I can think and say that I did what I wanted to do. I did what I promised what I would do for myself. Not for the boss or anyone else. I suppose its being true to yourself and keeping my promises. After so many excuses to myself I get fed up, and I can no longer accept excuses.

    i love your workouts and i have been following them for a while now. before that i was doing a lot of cardio (running) and also tae bo. i noticed results in stamina and i also lost my muffin top. (c:

    the other day i was measuring my body fat and i got some results that i found quite unbelievable. i am female, 29 years old, 1,87m and 74 kilos and the scale said my body fat is 36%. is that possible????? to me it seems a lot, since my overweight dad has just 2% more, and i am working my ass off and get 36%???

    Whew! 18:28:80. I have to say – I have weird aches from an overnight flight AND I’m on the first day of my cycle and this workout felt so good! (in a toughlove kind of way) You are my current butt inspiration. It’s hard to rock a cute butt without a super curvy figure. You (like me) don’t have a super tiny waist or super wide hips, and yet you still make your butt look amazing!! So mine’s on it’s way.

    I have a question – really for anyone: I have pretty low body fat but I had really major abdominal surgery a few years ago and haven’t seen my abs since. Do you think this has to do with scar tissue? Has anyone gotten really ripped abs post-op? Any tips? I’m a litle discouraged.

    my wife is coming to visit me for a few weeks (i’m doing renovations on a house i own that is in New York State, but we live in California State in the US) and we’re both really ramping up our fitness from where it has been in the past years, and we’re excited and very happy to have found your site.

    i’ve been in NY for 1.5 months now, and am happy to say that i have lost a teeny bit of weight (checking the scale *is* part of my personal schedule), which to me means my diet has not gotten out of control and my exercising is moving toward the right direction.

    so i am super happy about hearing that the focus of this weeks workouts is going to be buns and fat loss. both of these are VERY relevant to my interests :)

    I have to say that I am really surprised by your choices for your models. Sure, all those girls are beautiful and have great butts, but they are all on the very skinny side. Plus, both Jessica Alba and Geri Halliwell have admitted having suffered of eating disorders. I wouldn’t consider them as role models.

    If I had to chose a model, it would be somebody healthy and athletic, like you, Jennifer Nicole Lee or Jessica Biel.

    Hello, I’m Yvonne from Switzerland, I just discovered your workout and it’s great!! I’m now trying to burn off Christmas fat now more than weight and getting into shape. I like Halle Berry’s body shape very much and yours. A good mixture between feminine yet very toned and athletic.

    I try to mix endurance sports and dance, and am trying to find a good balance back…One comment, I also have coffee as a must but have been advised to go easy on consumption as it is meant to “poison” the system and tire…What do you reply to that?

    I completed this workout in 12:55 and would call it a difficulty level of 3. The most difficut were the Jump Squat/Lunges, I really like that combo, and the hip extensions were innovative, liked them too :)

    I dont really look to celebrities for inspiration, much, tho I look forward to my copy of Oxygen magazine coming in the mail each month, eating right is my biggest struggle. But if I were to choose some celebrities, becides you, ,Z, :), it would be:

    1 – Erica Durance, she plays Lois Lane on Smallville, smokin’ hot…

    2- Kate Beckinsale, hot! and I think my husband is in love with her, lol

    3- And I loved Lucy Lawless in Xena, kick ass! I hear she’s going to be in the new Sparticus: Blood and Sand tv series so I’m goin’ to check that out.

    Are you going to let us know which workouts your doing on days you don’t post new videos? I’d be interested to know, I’d probably do the same ones as you to see if I’m beating my old times as well…

    I think women are more likely to be inspired by your ass, while men are more likely to admire it. I’m in the second group. :-)
    I find your determination and dedication very inspiring though.
    Visually, I have to compare myself to other men to be inspired, so I get inspiration from Men’s Health magazine. (That’s not a plug) The models look healthy overall with good muscle structure and proportions and it’s what I wish I looked like. Those images appeal to my competitive nature and inspire me to try and achieve that look. At 44, that’s not easy, especially since I’m naturally skinny. But I keep trying.
    I will say that I find your fitness advice and workouts to be much more helpful than the ones I read in magazines. It’s also inspiring to actually see you going through the workouts instead of someone posing for a picture of each exercise.

    Prosím tě chtěla jsem se tě zeptat zda tyto stránky budou i v české verzi. já i mé kamarádky jsme chtěly podle tebe cvičit a dosáhnout tak krásné postavy jak máš ty. nejsme tlusté ale svalnaté také ne. Břicho, zadek i stehna jsou mírně ochablé a taky máme špíčky. Víš anglicky moc dobře neumíme. Tak nevíme jak máme postupovat čím začít jak dlouho denně cvičit atd. a je docela škoda že tak šikovná cérka nemá i českou verzi. prosím o zvážení nad českou verzí. I my holky v ČR chceme tak krásné postavičky.

    Hey Guys! I’ve just finished this workout that targets abs and arms and it really kicked my butt!(I got ideas for the exercises by various fitness coaches) So here it is:
    3 rounds of:
    - 10reps 2 time plank ups (its like a plank up but you go one arm at a time)
    - 20reps leg lift toe touch (I used 4 pounds hand weights in each hand)
    - another 10rep 2 time plank ups
    - 40 rep V rotation (sit on your bottom, feet on the ground knees bent in an upside down v, put your arms straight in front of you, then twist your torso keeping your arms straight to touch the ground on each side, every touch is a rep)
    - Yet another 10reps 2 time plank ups
    - 40reps reptile crunch switching legs(like a reptile but your left knee goes to your right armpit and vice versa).

    So I did 25min.10s and thought I was going to die but it was fun!

    I’m 46…too old to emulate 20 somethings in barely there swimsuits and panties.

    I think the best bottom I’ve seen comparable to my age is Heather Locklear. She looked fabulous in “Flirting With 40″. Courtney Cox also deserves a mention. My butt will never be as small as theirs, thanks to a Puerto Rican poppa, I appreciate how tone they’ve managed to keep their booties.

    hey,
    earlier today i asked you about my body fat percentage. i did some research and found out that using a scale is not the most reliable way to find out about yout body fat.
    i found a formula that is also being used by the us navy and now i know that i have 25,8% of body fat, which is not that bad.

    about today’s workout: after two rounds i felt pain in my right knee so from the third round on i did only 10 bulgarian squats on each side plus another 20 NORMAL squats. i didn’t go down as much as you did.
    after that my knee pain was not that intense anymore.

    i completed this workout in exactly 16 minutes.

    Marie,

    Zuzana likely has feedback but I thought I would share as well.

    Your back extensors were doing the work for your glutes and upper hamstrings. The navel should be pulled up off of the surface you are lying on, as if a piece of ice is under you and you don’t want to melt it. This will co-contract your abs with your back, protecting it.

    Before you lift your legs, engage (squeeze) your butt and be sure your legs are fully extended (tightened). When you lift from your butt and the back of your legs, you will prevent the back from doing the work.

    Although, this is a time challenge, the navel pulling up and the butt/hamstrings engaged must happen before initiating movement.

One of my favourite bums is Jessica Biel’s not just the bum but the whole body. I thought she really looked good in Blade Trinity. Shakira is another one of my inspirations. Before I found out about your site, when I need motivation I watch her videos but now I just come here! :)

    Zuzanna, the biggest issue for me is the size of my bum. I am pretty slim but I am narrow from the waist down meaning that I do not have much hips or bum and my legs are too slim compared to the top part of my body. I regularly exercise my thighs and bum (for several years now) and although my legs are nicely toned and I have a pert bottom they do not increase in size. I really want to add more mass on my bottom half but nothing seems to work. Can you give me some advice please? Thank you in advance! :)

    Btw, I always wonder whether we will ever get to see Frederick?

    The verses are in proverbs chapter 5 verses 15-20. This is really discribling faithfulness in marrige as the beggining verses in chapter 5 are about going with a strange woman maybe like a prostitute. Also you might know that in proverbs it is a book of wisdom but speaking in ridddles-interesting.
    Again I was thinking at the time how some women let themselves go physically and say they should be desired anyway and I was thinking I would want to physically look good and just opened an read this..so it is how I took it and to me it was like finding a little golden nugget! How it applied to what I felt.
    “Drink water out of your own cistern and tricklings out of the midst of your own well. …..let your water source prove to be blessed and rejoice with the wife of your youth, a lovable hind and a charming mountain goat. Let her own breasts intoxicate you at all times. With her love may you be in ecstasy constantly. So why should you, my son, be in ecstasy with a strange woman?”…

    So to me more than one thing can be learned from the verses, some one once said the bible is like a diamond with many facets. You turn it and look at the different angles. In this I feel my answer was yes. That it is a fine thing to take care of your self and want to look good and not that just your husband can “imagine” you do but that you offer something. It doesnt seem like if we didnt care and let ourself go physically that it would be easy for the husband in this proverbial saying to really be “intoxicated” In “estacsy constantly” or he would not be tempted to get invovled with a “strange woman”. So the hard work of working out is approved in the bible and a blessed way. Just like any other effort like when you make the food you make with wholsome ingredients and even if it takes a little longer than the quick junk food the end result is blessed in more than one way.
    I hope you like and since I am not married and you are you may really have more understanding of this than me being and living in a relationship.

    There is a little letter by the verses and I cross referenced one and I would like to share this with you it is about true love and in the Song of solomon 8 verses 6-8 ” Love is a strong as death and it insists on exclusive devotion and as unyielding as the grave. Its blazings are the flame of Jah and many waters can not ixtinguish them.”

    I agree! The victorias secret models and Jessica Alba definitley have great asses haha! No wonder they’re called “angels” :) And, especially Marissa Miller. She is tall and thin, but very toned and healthy looking. I also like Eva Mendes. Annalynne Mccord also has a nice physique, but not much of a butt.
    What kind of diet/workout do you think Jessica keeps to obtain that physique? I’ve noticed she has very thin arms and chest, fairly toned, but it doesn’t seem like there is much muscle there. Do you think its because she does a lot of cardio? Or maybe just genetics?

    Great butt/leg workout! I wanted more of a full body workout so I added 5 assisted pull-ups and 5 hanging straight leg raises to the end of every set and still completed everything in exactly 25 minutes. After the first set I was wondering if I could finish all 4 sets…thankfully, I just kept thinking about the results and was able to push myself through it.

    I completed this super workout in 15 minutes, 5 seconds. I modified those hip extensions by doing them on a stability ball (which probably is harder). However, I held onto a chair to keep my balance.

    As far as a$$es are concerned, I’m going to vote for a whole group of women that I’ve noticed over the years here in new york city: Eastern Europeans! I know it sounds silly, but every time I visit the Polish or Russian neighborhoods my eyes are greeted by some of the most fantastic glutes in the world. In my opinion I believe it’s that many of them don’t eat fastfood, cook at home with fresh, natural ingredients and live relatively healthy lives. I’ve had the opportunity to know some of them and I can tell you that they still have an old-world type of viewpoint of life that emphasizes the important things, mostly quality over quantity.

    I tried to post a URL that had an abbreviation and a person’s name together that Zuzana’s spam filter saw as a dirty word so I was block from posting to that exercise using that computer. I wasn’t trying to be nasty or anything of the kind and realised Zuzana wasn’t trying to block or ignore my comments personally.

    Look at her folks! …Okay, Zuzana gets some pretty nasty posts from boys with to much testosterone and to little brains. So she needs some SPAM protection to stay sane.

    Besides look at the volume of comments Bodyrock.tv is getting each day now. When I started hanging out here last June(?) an article got 30 posts the day it was up.

    And this place is like an onion where every exercise or article still gets a post or two every few days. You do the math! There are hundreds of exercises and dozens on life style, food and diet.

    Be fair to Zuzana and Frederick! I think they do a stellar job running this blog and hope they can keep it up without suffering nervous breakdowns!

    It needs to be fun for them as much as it needs to be fun for us…so… Please, have some patience and get a thicker skin, they can’t answer every question from every person unless you only want something like… “Thank you for your comment.” for even the most important requests. Besides this has turned into a community with others answering your questions. I know I’m not as handsome as “Freddie” or gorgeous as Zuzana, but sometimes I know the right stuff and can help.

    I do exercises almost on a daily basis and all I do are these short intense workouts that I am sharing on my blog. I don’t go to the gym or for jogging at all. I have some active rest like hiking every once in a while but thats about it. I don’t take any food supplements, only real food.

    I want u to know that I didn’t know how I’d ever get back on the horse again until I saw your workout. You really have motivated me to get my butt back in shape. Do u think this type of workout is good for people that have had back surgery in the past. I’m fully recovered and have a green light from my doctor. I was a Yogi for 5 yrs, I’m a cyclist and love running. But never done this type of exercise.

    Hey Zuzana,

    I think he means cut, lean. I don’t know what his mother tongue is but in mine the word “dry” is a literal translation :)) so if you tell someone they look dry in my language, we are saying you look really cut, or lean whichever you prefer.

    By the way, you have a few fans. One of them is my husband who is now religiously training 5 times a week with your programs. Now that we are on holidays we workout together, but once we get back home I am sure he will be doing it alone.

    The others are people from my Body Pump and Body Attack classes. I told them about your site and some have already started following your workouts and with great results.

    While at my friend’s wedding here in Costa Rica, a few people asked me what I did to look the way I did and I referred them to your site. You’d think I am in business with you?! LOL anyway, I have a;ready received raving e-mails about your work. I think its awesome. Pretty soon you’ll have to do another workout with crazy clothes on :-))

    Tomorrow is my recovery day so we are going to go for a long hike.

    i finished this workout in about 16min :( i’ll work harder! Sometimes, i feel that I am doing the workouts wrong and i do extras to make up for it. I thought the Bulgarian Squats were really hard, but worth it :)

I finished your work out today for the first time in 22 min and I felt exhausted. I hope I did the last part right( the mountain climber) my butt was a little in the air though.     I have to say that for one I love your workouts, they are great! I workout everyday, now mostly using yours because I like how they are set up.

    Second I love the fact that in your video you say you don’t care, you like to have your ass tight and your six pack. I’m glad someone said it, I love working out for that reason as well. I do love the health benefits and all that but I’m proud of my body and my six pack and all the hard work I’ve done for it! I love how clothes fit and look on me etc. Thanks for saying it!

    And Geri Halliwell is definitely very nice in that video! I need a lot of inspiration as well and I may admire a lot of celebrities bodies but they don’t inspire me. I’ve only felt inspired since I found your website. I think it’s because you are a person who works a job and has the stresses of life (not that celebrities don’t but more typical stresses), that’s far more inspiring.     the second move “hip extension” i did on a gymnastic/stability ball. it was harder because i had to hold my position.
    this workout was so good and hard for me, i just could do 3 rounds. but this is good. so i know now that i have to improve my strenght.

    Hi,
    Someone said about the tatoos that there will be a time when they will look inappropriate.. I am Hungarian, where I didn’t really seen good tattoos on older people. But here in England, where I live now, I was very surpriced at the beginning that I see thin women in the age of 50 with piercings, which still look good, and guys in their 50s or even older with good tatoos and they don’t want to hide it or be assamed. You get to used to it, that it is normal here. I think it really depends on the quality and if you really liked the tatoo at the time it’s been made. I would go for it, but would spend time to choose the right one.

    Hi Zuzana,

    I attempted this workout again today. I haven’t tried the others as yet as after doing this the first time, I had very sore, burning legs for days! Instead I jumped rope and did some upper body workouts.

    I completed this workout on Jan 13th in 17 minutes and 23 seconds, today I did it in 17 minutes and 40 seconds. Not better but about the same, so happy with that. The first round I completed 20 Jump Squats instead of 10 which would probably account for the extra time.

    Looking forward to the 1ON1 to start up. Still loving these workouts and have started to notice big changes in my body. I can almost see some abs peeking through, something I have never seen, so matter how fit I’ve been!

    You guys continue to do a great job! Love your work!

    I did this workout last night and tears were coming out of my eyes as I was doing the Bulgarian split squats. My time wasn’t as good as some of the ones I’ve seen here, which makes me want to work that much harder. I had 30 min on the clock and I was spent!!!!
    I really focused on good form, as I didn’t want to speed through and end up with an injury. Nah, who am I kidding? I was slow, ‘cuz it was hard!
    The ass to beat for me (after Zuzana’s) is Madonna’s. I’m constantly amazed by this woman’s body – she’s a machine!
    Many thanks for the inspiration Zuzana and by the way – the workouts with a theme are a fantastic idea!

    I did this workout almost fully, and for 2 rounds – I could not do the hip extenstions for 20 reps, partly because the table I used (the only thing I could) is old and I was afraid it would break, but they were also very tiring – I did ten of them. The rest, I did the full reps, and I did 2 rounds of this.

    The first part is by far the hardest. The mountain climbers were surprisingly easy – went by in a breeze. I almost wished I could do that for more reps so that I could have a longer “break” from the hard stuff!

    I wish I had a timer, but I’m also new to this whole working out thing, if it goes well, hopefully I’ll be passionate enough to buy lots of stuff for it, like proper clothes and better dumbbells, a timer, body fat percentage measurement device (I like those), etc.

    Thanks for sharing everything you do, if it weren’t for you, I prob’ly wouldn’t have realized I can get a completely efficient home workout with no equipment.

She has a good body too, but you have already surpassed her body in terms of hotness. Also Jessica Alba is my number celebrity fitness inspiration as well as the Victoria’s Secret models, they are perfection in my opinion! I agree with you there, not too skinny AT ALL! Jessica Alba has the perfect ass, it’s a-m-a-z-i-n-g!

    I just finished this workout. very good hard workout. i really like the hip extension you can really feel the muscles working. the jump squat I was a bit clumsy with. I did the whole work out in 22 minutes. plus a 5 minute warm up and a 5 minute cool down. I can’t wait till your 1 on 1 is up and running.
    I am really having some challenges with the new workouts which are exciting, but my body and mind is so trained to either jump in the pool or do yoga that I really need some serious focus.

    Just wanted to say a huge thank you for being so friggin’ awesome!
    A week today it took me 30 minutes to complete this workout. Today I beat my time by 7 minutes and I am in love with the world!!!!
    I know 7 minutes seems like a lot, but I woke up this morning feeling very energized and I said to myself that I have to beat my time for this workout by 5 min. Had a pancake breakfast (whole wheat, banana nut pancakes), did some cleaning and then I attacked this workout in full force. The bulgarian squats felt like a challenge again, but I pushed through with grunts, moans and sweaty eye brows. These were, by far, the toughest part for me.
    When I saw my timer at the end of the 4 rounds I couldn’t believe it!
    I’m so happy and grateful for your workouts! I felt like I was stuck in a rut lately, but finding your website a month ago made me get my mojo back :)

    Hey Sane I have weak joints as well (especially my poor beat upon knees : ).

    I can preform this workout and almost all of Zuzana’s exercises with no problems ( for the one-leg squat I use the modification just to be safe).

    Every body is different though- try the routine paying special attention to your knees and STOP completely if you feel sharp pain (dull pain usually just means your working hard).

    Even though we have weak knees we can make them stronger by working them out so please don’t be discouraged. After preforming leg/knee related exersizes give your body rest and good nutrition to ensure healing and strengthening- and then the next time you’ll be able to go even harder

    Ok, I am wondering if doing these everyday will work against me? My goal is to bulk and lift my derriere not lose weight in the area. So what would be the best way to attack these glorious bootay exercises? For instance, buns video #1 on Monday, Video #2 on Tuesday? an so on…
    Or would it be best to incorporate video #1 on my legs and buns day for the week? and vid #2 next week? Am I making sense? I am confusing myself. ahaha.

    are you suppose to rest at all or between rounds? I’m a beginner and just left the hospital not too long ago and I could barely finish the first round without wanting to vomit. My legs are weak and I couldn’t complete the reps. Great workout routine though! I’ll keep trying.

    You have some great diet and exercise videos.

    I have always been a big avocate of healthy eating. (I’ve been a vegetarian – no meat,poultry, fish or seafood, since I was 13 and I will be turning 50 this year), working out regularily at the gym and at home. Hopefully you will continue this life style for many years but do you plan to have a family? A girl friend of mine was unable to get pregnant because she had too little body fat.

    According to Baby Center in the UK (2007)
    “A woman needs to have at least 22 per cent body fat for normal ovulation (fat comprises about 28 per cent of body weight in a normal adult woman). However, if you exercise very heavily, you may have so little body fat that you don’t ovulate or menstruate regularly. When body fat is too low, it disrupts the flow of hormones from the brain to the pituitary gland. This means that the normal signal from the pituitary gland to tell your ovaries to release an egg doesn’t happen. So even if you have plenty of healthy eggs, you won’t be able to get pregnant because you’re not releasing them.”

    4 rounds? Seriously. I only managed to do 2 this morning…in 8.5 minutes. The Bulgarian squats nearly killed me and my legs feel like jelly now. Can’t exactly have them giving out on me when I’m carrying the kiddo up and down the stairs so I’m glad I stopped at 2 rounds. Although I think my body might have just shut down without me anyway. Next time I’ll be shooting for 3 rounds though.

    I just recently found your website and I luve it!!! I really like that you allow us to see your strengths and your weaknesess. You’re not some super workout hero! I’ve watched you struggle to get in that last rep or even consider giving up…you’re relatable in that way…so I decided to workout with you from now on..I just ordered my gymbos timer…I also wanted to comment on my inspiration for great glutes. Mine is most certainly Jessica Biel..I think she is well proportioned too. But I do agree with you about those Victoria Secret models they do have great buns…So I’m going to workout with you on my favorite body part…the glutes! Thanks!!

    I discovered your website a couple of days ago and have been using you as my motivation. You do your workouts in a simple environment with household equipment such as chairs and broomsticks which helps knock out people’s excuses of not having the proper equipment to do a routine. Tonight I finally tried one of your workouts and was amazed at how in 20 mins. you get a killer workout! They are really hard and I give you props b/c you’re great at them. I only did 3 rounds and struggled to do those three, but I’ve only been working out now for almost a month (I’m still a newby). Thanks for the inspiration I can’t wait to see what you post next. Also, would you mind giving some advice on getting started and building strength? When you first began to work out how did you start building your endurance and strength? I’ve been doing aerobic and strength videos for four weeks now and still feel as if I’m only a tad bit stronger as day one….I’m starting to see small results now but I still struggle with lunges it kills my legs! Any tips and advice would be great.

    Just start following my Daily Workouts and be consistent. Don’t get discouraged by challenging exercises. You can always try easier variations.

    Hi! I’ve been doing your workouts for 2 months. This was my first routine and it took me 30 min to complete 2 rounds. I was very out of shape. I’m happy to say that I beat my old time and finished 4 rounds in 25 minutes today. I look and feel a lot better/healthier because of your site. Your workouts are so much fun and I never get bored.     Hi Zuzana and Frederick,
    I did this workout this morning for the second time. I remember no being able to stand anymore after I had done it for the first time! The bulgarian squats had killed me.
    Do you make any distinction between elevated legs and bulgarian squats? Do bulgarian squats imply that your front leg has to be further than when you do elevated lunges?

    The first time I did this exercise, my front leg was far ahead but not this morning…And the exercise looked much easier this morning…I guess it is because I improved a lot thanks to your exercises but I was wondering if it had to do with the way I did my lunges (i.e. front leg not so far ahead…even if my shin was still vertical).
    I guess that the further your front leg is the more challenging the exercise.

    Hi Zuz,I’ve completed this workout in 22 minutes,so I’m proud;D When I see the results of others (like 13 minutes) I think all the guys forgot to do 4 rounds;) it’s IMPOSSIBLE to do it in such a short time. Speaking of buns, well ,now my inspiration is yours;) But I also admire Shakira’s and Jessica Biell’s:)

    BRUTAL BRUTAL BRUTAL!!!!! Are you trying to kill me??? Just kidding, I really love the hard ones, but only after I have finished! I weighed 134 when I started over 2 months ago now, and now I weigh 115, I know I have lost fat, but I have also gained muscles too which weigh more than fat so I don’t know how my weight got so low but I love it so, I am ok with that! I weighed this much in high school so it’s not like I have never been this small and my biggest was my freshman year in college, I topped out at 140. I have been between 125 and 135 since then, so I guess I am in the best shape of my life. When in high school though I didn’t have this much muscle tone, I was just thin. Now I am strong too! Thanks Zuzana!

    So no offense to Geri Halliwell, but I think that you are in way better shape than her, by far. I agree with your #3 choice. But I think that the Victoria Secret models have the whole package, so I have always looked to them for inspiration, especially Gisele, but I really admire Marissa Miller because she still has her curves but she’s in great shape and I can relate to that and can look up to that. But these days the one person who inspires me and motivates me is….you! I admire your strength to push hard and to be positive and disiplined with your workouts. For the first time in my workout career, haha, I feel like I’m getting somewhere, so koodos to you!

    Hello Zuzanna, although I am not new to your site, I am however new to comment and what I want to say is thank you for your honesty and that your workouts ROCK! I know you like the Victoria Secrets’ bums and I think they ae made in a factory, lol but you ask what are our favorite celebrity’s bum and this is my list #3 P!nk, #2 Jessica Biel and my #1 is yours Zuzanna. I think you admitting that working out is a struggle sometimes is motivating to me because it admits that you are a real person and not this crazy good looking chick that’s hyper. (ADHD?), lol.     I returned to this workout because my upper body is too sore today and finished with a new PB time of 12 minutes :) My old time was 17:04. Eight months later and 5 minutes faster! Perfect!

    As a long time fitness instructor and firm believer that one does not need large amounts of equipment or space. I share your site with many as an example of what one can do in limited space to achieve maximum benefits. Here in the U.S. far too many people believe that they need a big room or “ideal” environment to workout in. I always bost that all you need is the len/width of your yoga mat. And Pow! You’ve nailed it! Thank you! : )

    This was my workout for today and I more than beat my previous time (and I beat you Zuzi ;) )
    My previous time was: 24`30 (May 2010) and my time today is: 20`10!! I even added 2 reps per exercise (that`s not that much but in the end, it adds up and it means 10 more reps per round and 40 reps total)

    Anyways, the reason why I beat my previous score is first because I improved a lot my cardio, strength, etc with your workout (it has been a year that I have been following your workouts), but also because I hardly took any break. I understand that Pothoula was able to improve his/her score by doubling the reps and doing 2 rounds, I think I will try this next time because I lose a lot of time moving from one exercise to another, being tempted to take too much break.

    Anyways, great workout for my legs and abs (especially with the hips extension).
    Have a great week. Can`t wait to see today`s workout! I bet on a workout with rounds and not an HIIT ;)
