		<description>I only had 15 min for warm up, workout and cool down today. 1 round of this was a perfect centerpiece to warming up with jackknifes and calf raises and cooling down with triceps push ups, back bends and criss cross!</description>

		<description>Well 1st I&#039;d like to say I really love your work outs and I really admire the way you look. But I&#039;d like to know how you stay motivated for this. A year ago I lost about 40 lbs maintained it and then I discovered your site about  April 2010 and have been doing your works for about 2 months after in an attempt to lose the last 10 lbs. But since the middle of July and all of August I&#039;ve really lost motivation to keep working out. 
   After months of keeping a routine...I guess I&#039;ve gotten bored. I&#039;ve gained weight and it now it&#039;s just really frustrating. I didn&#039;t loose all that weight just to gain it back! How do you do it? How are you able to keep going strong?</description>
