Hi guys,
Today I am going to beat my old personal best in the good old Fierce Workout from last November. My goal is to be faster than 17 minutes and 47 seconds. You can check out the pictures for this workout here. I am using my Gymboss Interval Timer to keep track of my time.
I am going to be doing my workout later in the night, because I just don’t want to miss my torture today :) I prefer to do my training in the morning (when life co-operates), but I don’t mind to workout before I go to sleep. I will have my dinner first, then I will wait for about an hour and half, and then I will do my workout. I won’t eat anything after my training, because it will be already too late so I will just drink a lots of water have my shower and go to bed.
There are 4 rounds of the following exercises:
1.Jump Squats With Diagonal Touch Down – 20 reps (alternating sides)
2. Skater – 15 reps on each leg
3. Reptile – 20 reps (alternating legs)
4. One Leg Hop Kick – 20 reps (alternating sides)
Make sure that you keep track of your time! Trying to beat your personal best is one of the best ways to track and measure your fitness progress. Today is Day 2 of doing your videos and I chose to do ‘Fierce Body Workout.’ It was a great workout as it demanded a great deal of balance which I was not expecting but really enjoyed!! It was a great challange and now that it’s done and I’ve caught my breath, I feel fantastic!

Today is Feb 12,10 I tried this workout for the first time (you make it look easy!) it kicked my booty!
Only got 2 sets and i was beat!

I’m extremely tiny and some people think im aneroxic, but im not. Anyway im starting to do your workouts and I was wondering have your boobs got any bigger since you started.

This time I did this workout in 15:41:10, because I actually did the skaters properly. I’m not sure what I was doing last time, but I touched my back foot down all the time and I remember thinking – what is the point of this? It’s not even hard. This time, I did them properly, which made a world of difference. This was just what I needed today. Thank you guys again for all your hard work – you’re so inspiring for me and I love the way I feel and look. Thank you thank you thank you.

This is the 3rd time I do the fierce workout and I pushed hard to beat my old personal best. The skaters are getting easier with time and so that contributed to my speed. My time? 13 minutes. Yeah!
After 5 intensive workouts this week, I’ll be giving my body a rest for the weekend so see you on Monday!
