		<description>I did this today with my coworkers.  Once again, video review revealed my mistake.  For the skater&#039;s lunge, I had us do a backward lunge, raise up into a &quot;T&quot; &amp; extend the leg back, then do a knee tuck for each rep.  I think our move may have been more challenging.  It felt like a lot of work!  

We took one mini break after round 1 so I could show the exercises to someone who came late.  Our total time, not including the break, was 14:34. (!)</description>
