		<description>I did fewer rounds today than I did the last time, but all of my squats were really really deep - to &quot;rock bottom&quot;, as you say, so I feel ok about it.  11 rounds plus 1 lonely squat.  Thanks.  I needed this today.</description>

		<description>Yesterday I was able to complete 10 rounds. I was surprised.  I really didn&#039;t feel like working out but once I started I really pushed myself to complete 10 before the 15 minute time frame. 

I&#039;m really feeling this in my legs today.</description>
