my girlfriend made me watch this just for “sharts” holy crap we were laughing.

just because im an anthropologist, and i never get to use my degree, i will throw this in.

shards = are pieces of broken glass (vowel sound AR, like ARE you coming over)

sherds = are pieces of broken pottery. (vowel sound ER like HERD of sheep)

sharts = are crappy farts. ha ha ha ha!! (vowel sound. bbbtttttt like someone ate beans)

What do you think about the swimsuit model (Brooklyn Decker) they’ve chosen for the cover of the 2010 Sports Illustrated cover?? She seems like she has such a cool personality and brains (in all the interviews I’ve heard with her), but to think that she outbeat all the other model contenders for the cover…well…that’s just extremely surprising to me.
I’m curious as to what you two think :)

I really enjoyed watching this video guys! It’s so cool that you showed us the cave, you rebels! (The idea of an animal living there gave me the creeps!) The views are beautiful and although I’ve never been to Malta, I was born in Europe and lived there for a long time, and this makes me miss it! Thanks so much for sharing your trips! Watching you guys live in Malta makes we want to travel far away and leave my everyday routine behind ;) I usually do get to travel in the summer so I can’t wait for it! It’s so weird that you guys like these pants because I don’t really like them – I just wear them when I don’t want to make my jeans dirty :) The brand name is Kamakazi – I think that they are Canadian. The store closed right after I got them.

Your trip into the cave bought back some really good memories of when hubby and I went caving years ago. He used to sing the song about small people in small cars because I am short. I got him back – when we walked through Genolin Caves (in New South Wales) he had to bend nearly double to get through – I could walk upright!!!!.

I was wondering about the pants also. I like them where there are pockets low like that that flatter your rear, ha! Every hiker needs a pair of cargo shorts and pants I believe! Loved watching both of you take this trip, so fun it felt like you were our tour guides and it was wonderful, educational, and beautiful all in one. I love that you guys are making these videos! It’s actually nice to be able to watch someone else have fun while I’m here studying my butt off lol. When I move to Montana though, it’s all on me. :) I probably won’t make videos like this with my boy but it’s going to be so much fun!

Breathtakingly beautiful scenery and sunshine! I am with Zuzana. When there is a barrier or a sign to not go somewhere, I am going. I am loving the sunshine and outdoor beautiful vids. It is not only 19 here but now we have about a foot of snow…Nice = )

Just want to tell you guys that when I come back to tune in I have went back to this trip again. It really is something else to get to see it and it is so clear the video it is almost like we are really there. The tv doesnt have that effect or even all videos so please keep using what your using. Also the way you act not pretending or stiff but just doing regular things and showing who you are is endearing others to you both. It makes people love you and feel like friends. I also wanted to add that you will be so glad that you have that camara and especially the video camara that you have taped these. The memories of it will become even bigger in latter years.
I dont know if I am right but I might not be. Zuzana seems like she just wanted to be there and drink it in and meditate on the ancient suroundings of the cave. It is really a peice of history isnt it can be more then visual. Freddy seems more like a mover and a shaker of the world and keeps on going which is a good thing too and way to be and good for survival. Its a good balance the both of you are. I guess that is what it about. I dont know I am not married its just a wild guess so I am sorry if I am wrong (darn I hate to be wrong):) You guys are great and just drink in life and give so much. I am glad to have you in my life and I am being encouraged and learning alot in different ways. Bye for now from Las Vegas and I want to say hi from Jason at my gym..

Guys you missed the best part of the cave…the black hole IS the actual cave. As adventurous as ya’ll are you should seriously consider giving true caving a try. However you weren’t equipped! Helmets, headlamps, extra light source and for that cave probably a seat/harness to rappal with. There is SO much beauty underground and climbing over all the breakdown is great cardio! Also helps immensely with balance. If interested at all would love to send you some pics to inspire you to try this awesome extreme sport. Love your blogs!

Enjoyed your video today. Just out of curiosity, how long have you guys been married because you act like newlyweds. I often have difficulty with certain english words since it is my second language and Frederick’s reaction was funny and very similar to my husband’s. I think the reason they had it lock up was the tourist season ended around October and to few people are around to safely operate the caves.

What kind of wild animals does Malta have? Feral dogs and cats and poisonous Snakes might live in the cave. But in general wild animals are afraid of humans.

The beaches below Calypso Cave seem very inviting and the view is pretty spectacular!

I can tell by your energy/attitude (that you project) that you’re in “the zone” and not bogged down by blind ambition or the trappings of family life (yet), enjoy it!
It’s great that you’ve got it documented so well, it will be your pride & joy for the rest of your days. You’re a true 1%er.
I rarely see anything “really new” in the fitness world, but those “one-handed” push-ups (against the wall on the roof)…awesome!
Those “oblique” side-lifts…yeah baby!! It’s a common Yoga move, but I’ve never seen it done for “reps”, like that…of course I rarely if ever see anyone as fit as you. Only Bodybuilder & Fitness gals…but they’re all doin’ the “good vitamins” or being “extreme” (non-sustaining) with their diets & lifestyles. No fun to be around. (sic)
Tried your (rooftop) workout.
30 minutes the first time. 22 minutes the second time…just because I made it my goal (I’m a guy!) and you threw down da gaunlet with the 24 minute posting!! ;-)
Gonna make it my “travel” workout.
Virtually all of my travels include surfing.
I’m gonna slow it down some (30-45 minutes), add a little (specific) stretchin’ and some “hardballin” (lay on golf ball or small wooden ball to release deep back muscles knots/adhesions). I’m a surfer. Nuff’ said.
Just wanted to give you some very positive feedback…I’m just so stoked (happy) for you guys!! (sorry so wordy).
If you’re ever in Southern California (San Clemente) and you guys wanna (try) surf, drop me a line.

Not sure how I fell up your site, however glad I did. I’m 48 yrs old, been training since I was 16 yrs.old, Xpro-dancer, runner, swimmer, lifter,yogini you name it. I’ve been a stump for years, trying to break it up and your workouts have been right in line with what I have been doing for myself already for a little, trying to break up the montiney yours just bumped it up a knotch.
Just bought a gymboss and can’t wait to get.

Thanks for the new combo’s of exercise sequences, along with the time. I’m enjoying it tremedously, well if you like pain I guess.

Freddy likes baseball the most and I can’t decide which one is my favorite. I like all kinds of sports – rock climbing, tennis, beach volleyball, table tennis, etc.

While watching this particular video I realized that this place was familiar to me. I am Maltese and I live on the island of Malta =) Gozo is really beautiful place. I go there every Summer. In my opinion, Ramla Bay is definitly one of the best sandy beaches in Gozo.
