Haha that was funny! Are you guys drunk at some point? ;-) Only joking. Good wine, cheese and salad is our favourite too. About dressing up comfortably at home, it must be an (Eastern) European thing. I always get changed when I come back from outside and put something really comfy, like a fluffy pink robe and a pair of fluffy slippers, like my fiancee (he’s English) wears jeans or his newest clothing at home :)

I just want to tell you about an article i read today about diet and losing weight. I read it on elle magazine and I want to share it with you because I want your opinion.
It sais: Diane Cress is a doctor and dietologist and wrote a best seller book “Metabolism Miracle”. This book cancelled the theory of eating small portions of food and doing more exericese to lose weight. It promotes another idea for weight loss which is “5 gr carbs every 5 hours” and is claimed to be a healthy and fast way to lose weight. It is based on a research by a doctor university in Dallas which found out that women who reduced just the carbs in their meals they lost 190% more fat than those who were following a healthy low fat and portions diet. This new way is followed by madonna (sais the article)and is popular among celebrities. It also suggests to increase the metabolism with cinamon, vinegar, vegetable juice without salt & 1 glass of red wine or black tea.
it also suggets a daily menu:
Morning: 2 eggs with sliced vegetables, 1/2 slice of black bread with 1/2 spoon of butter and one cup of coffee
Snack: 15-20 almonds and 30 gr low fat cheese
lunch: 2 buritos with turkey, parmezan cheese, i leaf lettuce, tomato, onions and mayonese light
Snack: 2-3 pieces of celery with nutbutter
Dinner: grilled salmon with vegetables

SORRY FOR SOOO LONG POST, I just wanted to write all the information I read and what do u think of this.
But beyond these facts, with your help and fitness tips I have already lost some weight and I feel great about this.

We were able to avoid the quarantine period because we had all of our paper work filled out way in advance – we had to have things ready more than 6 weeks before we left. Also both of our dogs have an E.U. pet passport which makes things way easier. I traveled with Cali once to Europe without this passport and it was a brutal experience.

First thing I did when I moved into my flat in Sliema was to get Some great big white throws for the couch and armchairs. And it transformed the ancient, ugly as anything furniture into comfy, homey pieces. Highly recommended if you can’t get the landlord to upgrade it for you!

We are also wearing sweat pants at home, my mother said the same (she is croatian, maybe that´s the reason why…)
But my husband always wears good clothes when we leave the house even when he screws on his motorbike or when he changes the oil filter of his car – aaarrrgh. He ruined lots of nice clothes, but anyway if this is the only thing…

But you know what – I think it is smt. about genders also. Me and my boyfriend are both from Slovenia and he dont do this. He can be in new clothes at home without any problem. Wierd.:S

That is so funny!! I am definitely a sweats girl at home, in fact my boyfriend is always saying “at least I know you in your comfortable mode, you dress for the the public not for me.” He is funny and sweet, teases me about it. My daughter is the same way, I have ruined her LOL.
Quick funny story, my daughter (19) was actually wearing her sweats alot awhile back, home, college classes. One night her boyfriend asked over to his house and told her to bring clothes, she did not know why, but when she got there he asked to please go put them on so he could remember what she looked liked dressed, his mom thought he was serious and got really angry with him, he was just playing with her.

hey zuzana love these type of videos you do. i don’t agree that noone wears belts anymore, ive been to LA numerous times and i see a lot of people wear them and i live in New York City, where we are much more fashion forward and everyone rocks belts. it’s how you individualize your outfits….so i think you can rock it because the outfit is cute but it seems like it’s missing something.

I like the guessing game for the movie I think that is awesome. I think I will try that from now on it is more fun than drawing a title from a hat.

I am from N. America and I was also raised to get out of my good clothes and put on comfortable or play clothes. We (my siblings and I) were not allowed to go play until we had taken off our school/dress clothes, not even in the house. I think it has more to do with social status then with where you are from. I did not have a poor family but we certainly were not rich, I didn’t own any name brand clothing until I was 14 and it was hand me down.

I agree with Zuzana on the old clothes/new clothes comment. I was also raised to look after my new clothes and only wear them when we go out. Even though I own a lot of nice clothes, I always get into my sweats when I’m at home. I just cant help but feel sorry for my nice things. I know it seems silly, but that’s just how I was raised.

My boyfriend and I also argue abt which movie to watch, but we have a good thing going where we watch his choice and the next time its mine and so on and so forth, so everyone’s happy!

I love only comfy Victoria Secret sweats or SoLow sweats when I come home to dwell a while. I have 2 little guys and I am always doing a lot of stuff around the house but I still like to feel like im in the most relaxing apparel –but they are stylish too! I always throw on my pocket white tees and whatever favorite sweats I have at the time … these dogs are full of personality and that Charlie is so energetic and happy. Boy, when you walked away ZuZana he was really watching your every move. You guys are good people, fun to listen to and watch…and I like your simplistic happiness~hope you have a beautiful Valentine’s Day. We’re heading to sunny Florida for a week to escape the snow. I will so miss your workouts but i’m taking a few with me to do!

I have a quick workout question. When doing squats with heavy weights, can I rest the weights on my thighs? I do weight training 3 times a week and I use heavy weights and try to fatigue between 6 and 8 reps. I am only 5’2″ and 110 pounds so for me to be holding 40 pounds in each hand is getting difficult. I use those special “glove” kind of things that have a strap that go around the handle of the barbell to help hold up the weight and use the wrist more. Is it cheating if I rest them on my thighs while im doing my squats, or is it the same thing bc the legs are still lifting those weights? Please please respond because I cant find anything about this online.

i wanted to ask you something,i applyed for specialist certification course trainer on ifbb-international fitness and bodybuiding -and i payed 650 euros!i started learning and after 3 moduls i changed my mind and changed the course with personal trainer and basic nutricion.what do you think.is is ok?or should i have stayed by the other!now i have to pay one more time .what’s your oppinion?

I grew up in Nepal and Bolivia and I am now living in Switzerland – but I am always wearing comfortable clothes at home. Most of the clothes for women are very tight or uncomfortable, so even if they look pretty I would never wear them in my house :-p

Hey Guys! I just wanted to say that I loved watching this video. I love seeing ya’ll just hanging out and goofing off together. Hi! You did great shoppping again! Those jeans on you are terrific, and I like the T-shirt too! I’ve bought the same t-shirt in Terranova last week but my is in pale pink. I think I’ll go again to Terranova next weeek looking for jeans…I’ve never tried this brand, but seen on you are amazing!Like you, every time I go shopping for something I end up with a pair of new jeans…I love wearing them, and I find them comfortable to wear at home too. I change my clothes at home only when I’m wearing something very unconfortable, like skirt, shirt or “office clothes”.

hey guys…pretty neat getting a peak into your “private” lives…the dogs are great! Charlie of course is hilaroius and so is the chihuahua – too funny. Have you seen the Dog Whisperer yet? It’s all the rage for dog-lovers in North America, the dude’s name is Cesar Milan, he’s Mexican and he’s awesome with dogs! We have 2 German Shepherds, they are amazing animals and awesome running companions! Anyway, keep on with the great workouts, I like the intensity. Freddy has mischevious eyes! Pretty funky couch & curtains – it’s the look of a holiday resort in the Carribean! See you @ the next workout :) PS. I live in Lululemon fitness clothes because of my job and as you know they are super comfortable, but I consider them my “good” clothes so when I get home I usually get into jammies :)

I love your outfit, its very cute and I love that you got the really light colored skinny jeans…. it’s very in right now.
If you ever go bikini shopping, the “scrunched butt” bikini bottom is in right now. It’s where the back of the bikini bottom is gathered down the back so it makes your butt look really sexy, kinda like a heart shape, and most of them are brazilian or tanga cut.
Vix Swimwear has them and Luli Fama is famous for them to.

Oh by the way, as far as belts go, I personally don’t like wearing belts with my jeans because they can look bulky under clothing if I have a long shirt on. Even if im wearing a shorter top I still dont like wearing belts because I like the way my hips look without a belt because my jeans already fit my hips tight and it gives my body a much smoother silouette.

It all depends on your style and what you are wearing.
Belts are not completely out of style in California, here there are all kinds of styles… anything goes really.
But most of the time… I don’t really see girls wearing belts that often. It’s usually the skinny jeans with the tunic shirts and high heal boots.

WOW Im in LA and I havent heard of the no belt thing. I wear them all the time and so does everyone I know. Weird maybe Im behind. LOL I think you could still do a belt if you want. Belts are fun and add to the outfit.

I am from California and moved to Nevada in Junior High. Its like 4 hour drive from hear. I dont know whats in style but california is right behind New York in fashion but has a fashion of its own and one thing they never catch up to the high style of NY they are always more laid back so it could be a trend that they are not into belts..dont know..I think the pants look good with out a belt. I didnt like the idea of skinny jeans but they were right they look great with the boots and you have the legs for skinny jeans most peoples legs look to strait in them but you have alot of shape from tone…I want the whole alfit :)

Your dogs reminded me of my two kids! Always bickering and prying for attention.
I am like Zuzana, I come home I change to ‘house clothes’ and my ‘outdoor clothes’ either gets hanged or tossed into the laundry basket. At night I change from my ‘house clothes’ to my pyjamas. Come morning and I put outdoor clothes on if I am going out or else I change to my house clothes ( and the cycle continues).
Oh, and Fredrick, it is my first time seeing your eyes (you usually have shades on), and I just think they are gorgeoussss. You have to know that you are now on my ‘boyfriend’ list ;P

I was just curious as to where you guys met each other?! You look so well matched and are a real example for everyone! I have always stressed the importance in my relationship of staying in good shape for each other, and I feel what goes with that is keeping each other on track and encouraging each other to work harder!

I get upset because some of my friends say that you out relationship is all about looks and physical fitness and that we are obsesssed. Especially when it comes to diet, just because we don’t shove burgers and pizzas down our neck. I know you’ve posted something on this before.

Do you get negative comments ever about being “obsessed” or people saying that “its not all about looks”. No its not all about looks but why would you want to see your partner turn into a fat lazy slob when they weren’t the person you fell in love with!

OMG I love Charlie! I have a silly boy dog like him. I also have a girl. She is a Doberman Pinscher who has designated herself as the resident ear washer. She cleans the humans ears, the fellow dogs ears, the cats ears, the stuff animals ears…sheeesh. Loved the vid, it is hilarious and put on those darn sweats, we are all friends here so you guys may as well get comfortable. Those baggy-crotched jeans look like what they wear in my area of the country…Detroit…LOL…I live NEAR there, not in the city…YIKES! Zuzana in da hood chiwwin wiff da Snoop…ROFL!! You would have to get the “walk with the legs apart” thing down that they do to keep their pants from falling down.

And as far as the “sweats” thing goes, I am the same way. I only wear my fancy new clothes when I’m going out or for something special. I wear my workout clothes the rest of the time because for one, I am constantly being active throughout the day, and two, I like to be comfortable.

I bet you still look super cute in your laid back clothes though :)

p.s. I’m glad Frederick is in more of the videos now, I like watching you two be funny together

Z, I tooootally agree with you on the “home clothes” situation. When I come home, I change immediately from the clothes I wear to work/outside to house clothing, it’s like a switch. I can’t sit around in jeans on the couch and it always annoys me when my bf wears his outside clothes at home too. Ughhh. Sometimes he won’t even take his fleece off, what is that??? pravidelně chodím do posilovny a dlouho jsem hledala nějakou dámskou inspiraci, vzor, postavu, které bych se chtěla alespoň trošku přiblížit. Myslela jsem, že mezi ženskýma se svaly nikdo takový není, kdo by vypadal žensky, sexy a přitom měl pevnou vyrýsovanou a štíhlou postavu se svaly. ..až jsem náhodou narazila na Tvůj web.. Vim že Ti tohle píše asi každý druhý, ale opravdu jsem ráda, že někdo takový existuje. Je to úžasná motivace:-)
Prosím pěkně, poradíš mi které 3 cviky na zadek (ze Tvých videí na zadek :-)) hodnotíš jako nejúčinnější? Od přírody jsem hruška, takže je to moje problémová partie, ale věřím, že se tím jde něco dělat a já chci s tim něco dělat.. cvičit, tvarovat, dřít a dřít :-) Ale dřu už docela dlouho a jsem spokojená se vším, ale zadek furt nic!

Those were really disgusting,,they looked like you had a load in there,
Crack pants come from people who have just gotten out of prison ,and are used to the prison clothes where they do not have the correct sizes for every prisoner,
They just buy a few size pants and hand them out to all the prisoners and if you are tall or not as big,,,then you get crack pants

Another Canadian here.. and my mum taught us the same way..not sure if THAT is the reason why I always go and take off my “good” clothes as soon as I come home…or that my Victoria’s secret sweats are sooooo comfy?? Probably a bit of both..

Plus, my jeans fit..true to size..and aren’t all that comfortable on the couch..mens jeans are usually baggier…maybe that’s the difference?

I am too old to begin, I want to look great by end of Apri. We are currently in February, it is possible to get a decent size shift in my body being in my 30′s as a male?

Zuzanna,the first pair of jeans that you tried on with the “funny crotch” are high waisted jeans so you’re meant to wear them a lot higher by your waist and not low down on your hips.

Just want to know whether you got that super-toned body from just doing the sort of exercises you show us, or do you also do some other forms of exercise like swimming or weight-lifting etc?

Also, do you take any form of supplements like protein powders etc? Or did you use to take these things, Or are you all exercise and good diet?

i live in scotland and im the same about clothes, my mum always told us to save new clothes for good when we were little. so at home i wear stuff id hate anyone to see me in, old jogging bottoms and my dads huge old t shirts or sweaters! some of my friends think im always immaculate, make up perfect, nice clothes etc, but at home i look like a slob!! my sister is the opposite, she applies make up and puts on new clothes even when she isnt going out…weirdo…

Seriously, what was up with those jeans that you tried on? LOL! I don’t think I’ve ever seen jeans like those in the states. My mother also always told me about changing clothes after coming home.And many of my friends here, in Poland do the same. I always do it and I feel also really uncomfortable at home in new clothes. But my boyfriend do the same like Frederick! Men are lazy;)

I also agree with the sweatpants-at-home thing. My mom told me that you have to change clothes because a) you want them to be new as long as possible and b) more importantly, it’s more hygienic – you don’t want that outside dirt all over your place, right? I tend to vacillate between not drinking at all for the sake of health, to allowing myself to drink but often wondering about how much is too much.

You are a baby!!! :) Why do people in their 30′s think that they are old? You still have at least 10 years to become a man. Right now you are still a boy and you should be full of energy. Start working out right now and give it a month or two to see really nice changes on your body and energy levels. You will be surprised. Just make sure that you are consistent. Do your workouts on a daily basis. You shouldn’t have a single lazy day. You don’t deserve a lazy day in your age :) Good luck.

I live in Ottawa, ON Canada. The first thing I do when I get home is put on my Lululemon shirts and pants. It is way too uncomfortable to stay in outerwear. I even do this when I know I’m going to be going out again. If I’ll be at home for longer than 1 hour, I change into comfy clothes and change again before leaving….Weird?? Maybe.

I’m 38 now and I worked out for years. Having a balanced diet and a dedicated work out routine was a big part of my life for a long time. I’m a full time college student now and work two jobs so I have not been to the gym in three years. I look at my body now and some times I feel a little depress because I don’t have the body I use to have. Watching your workouts have inspired me to get that fire back as soon as I graduate college. I want my body to be perfect again just like yours.

Hiii it’s me again Zuzana. Remember the one who said you remind me of Heidi Klum. Ok I’ve been dieting for about two months now maybe alittle less and here is my routine. For the beginning maybe one week I would eat a grilled chicken breast for like lunch and dinner with veggies or lettuce leaves. After one week I started using whole wheat pita and lean turkey burger a day on 1 whole wheat pita. I worked out acouple of times on the bike but not too much. In the morning I’d have like 17 almonds alot of the time one apple also and just water. Then later I’d have 1 turkey burger on whole wheat a day chicken breast. Then after that on the seventh of this very month i weighed 188.4 pounds. Now I checked and yesterday it said 184.3 then today I looked and it said 183.8 I can’t explain this. I hope this is not Low Carb Atkins because I’ve been eating whole wheat and for two weeks did half a whole wheat pita a day with half turkey burger. Maybe it was because for two weeks in the morning I’d take one plastic spoon of honey and fill a plastic cup with mineral water sometimes with lime juice. What is going on???? I’m worried.

Your dogs are so cute. I have three dogs and the only tricks they know are go to bed and sit (for five seconds)they start moving closer until there laying on their backs in in front of me waiting for me to scratch their stomachs. I didn’t know about the no belt thing but thanks for the update!
