My favorite shops are Miss sixty, Guess, Nike, Diesel for me has poor quality of jeans, and other things, maybe its just for me, :)i had jeans ant t shirts, but both were in bin after wash, i always care of my cloths, but now i wear only Nike, and guess, sometimes miss sixty :)
Oh yes, i got experience in one beauty shop, now i live in Ireland, but i am from Lithuania, and i feel sometimes irish people ignore people from different country’s. I hate that, So i went with my friend in beauty shop, and we spent maybe 20 min, to look in all shampoo’s and so on, I suddenly came to me girl who works in shop, and asked,
“Well, are you think to buy something here, or not? I said maybe yes, i still thinking, And she says, if not, where is no reason to be here any more… I was really shocked.. And sad about staff, they has to be always helpful, and smile, and care of customers.. Oh well i will never come back in that shop.

I really like the jeans, purse, and boots. To be honest though, I am never a fan of anyone over the age of 10 wearing disney or cartoon characters on their clothing. I just think it’s a little tacky. Of course you look beautiful in anything, including the Mickey Mouse…but I think you would look even better in something a little more feminine. :) Much love to you though, and as i said you look great, I hope you like your new outfit!

You are so funny girl! Here’s my approach to the guy not addressing you, but Frederick…..It was a sign of Respect to Frederick. If a guy came up to you on the street and only acknowledged you and your hotness(lol) and not Frederick, I think that would be totally disrespectful to your husband. I do understand somewhat where you are coming from, being that you do all the exercises, he could have atleast said hi but try to look at it as him being repectful to your husband by not being all googled eyed over you =) Hope this shed’s some positive insight and that your wisdom tooth is better.

Now I’ve never shopped at those stores but the styles seem similar to one of my favorites: The Buckle.

I’ll have to reward myself a new outfit from there after my 30-day no bad food & sugar challenge is done with a new outfit. All of my bras are too big now. My tops used to look cute and now they’re too big. Even my jeans are getting baggy or sliding downwards… Whoa is the life of an exercise enthusiast! Haha

P.S. I have to say that cutting out the bad food & sugar has been so easy for me that I’m not just gonna do it for 30 days. I figure “Why stop at 30 days?” I’ve decided to keep this mindset for the rest of my life. Now lets be realistic. There’s gonna be times when I’m around it. I’ve come this far and I’m gonna continue the challenge but, the occasional sweet treat will only be left for special occasions such as birthdays or special events. Am I the only one who feels this way? Anybody else with me?

I also want to have such “damage” jeans! Love You and Your workouts.Please, more Abs-exercices, especially for lower abs.

Am also recommending you all over Denmark and Holland. I love the way your body looks so no matter what kind of clothes you buy it looks great, but I would never choose shoes like that myself, are you sure you can walk on them??? I have to run after my two small children all day long so high heels don’t work, i go for funky sneakers! Anyway, just want to mention that I am as small again as i was before I had my children (4yrs and 1 yrs) so I am in size 25 jeans and size 34/XS shirts, YAY. Am doing your exercises 5/6 times a week and eating clean, my body changed enormously in the past 2.5 months!

I am laughing right now, oh my dear Zuzana I think he was blushing because of your beauty, he was out of countenance and so happy & confused that he met you that’s why he reacted like that. I also think that he wanted to show his respect that’s why he was only looking at your husband Frederick (you weren’t alone my hardworking bee… :p).

I love shopping. I can’t get anough of it. It’s so nice to shop, espeacilly with your friends. And then it’s good workout too, because you walk a lot.
I mostly buy my clothes in ONLY and H&M, but some times also in other stores. The brand doesn’t really matters to me, as long as like it, then it’s cool.
Do you also love to shop, because I have noticed that you have bought a lot of clothes lately :)

I love your website and if I met you on the street I would give you a giant hug for giving me these workouts everyday!

But, a point to note, I bet the guy was trying really hard not to look at you because I find that if girls are quite attractive guys will want to be near them but be intimidated to actually talk to them so they pretend to be talking to whoever they are with and will look everywhere but at the girl, even though thats where they want to be gawking.

Keep those workouts coming, it makes me look forward to exercising everyday.

The outfit as always looks hot! I was inspired by you the other day and got an off the shoulder sweater from Apple Bottoms, really nice, everytime I wear it I think of you. Yes, I totally get the whole shopping experience. Even thought I do a lot of nearly new shopping these days. When I did shop in the stores I love the same momentum your talking about. I like to get new outfits every month or so myself, I love MEK jeans but everything else I shop around for. I like that you add this to your site, it makes it feel like you are a friend. I would say personally I have to admit I would talk to Fredrick because, first you are married ( out of respect ) and second I would most likely fumble words I try to say to you because you are such a pretty celebrity who I admire.

I’ve been doing your Absolute Workout For Beginners and I feel so good about myself knowing that I can do a great workout without the stress of going to the gym. First of all, your clothes are terrific. You seem to have really good taste.
I think that in the long run, the boots you bought will be a better buy. I think the boots with a really thick soul, even though they are popular now, would have a very limited shelf life. I don’t see that trend going on forever. I think the ones you bought are a more classic style.

Yes, I agree with Georgeanne. I know you felt upset about it but I think he just didn’t want to over step your husband. Fredrick is the one who wants to make sure you are safe and you never know the kind of people you meet. So addressing Fredrick seem like the polite and respectful thing to do.

What is up with my thighs. I tell you I kill myself working out with your videos along with going to the gym. Which by the way, yesterday’s workout is by far your hardest routine. I eat an extremely clean diet every 3 hours. My upper body and abs are perfect, but my thighs won’t budge. H E L P!!!!!!!!!!

Going shopping is almost like a great workout…..:)

Walking long distances with intervals (every shop we go in, is an interval…) we use our own body weight with undressing and trying on the clothes, shoes etc. and more over with running around with heavy bags with all the things we bought….

So, shopping is synonym to an active rest day……:)

By the way, here in Amsterdam we not only have shops like Mango, Zara, H&M, but also a lot of Scandinavian Shops like Vero Moda, Only and Vila…

If you will be visiting Amsterdam in the future, you should definitely go to the canal streets (9 streets) for the very hip and exclusive shops!

But first back to your home country. Hope you will continue bringing us new work outs from there as well?

Oh by the way, I wanted to comment on the fact that you said you had gotten weird vibes from certain stores.
I feel like this when I walk into Guess or Bebe stores, I love all their clothes and accessories but the girls there all ignore you (or at least ignore me).
They don’t say “hi” when you walk in and even if you make eye contact with one of them they still don’t say anything and just look away or walk away and then once you are in the store for a while THEN they ask you if you need help, but they don’t sound to enthusiastic about it.

It’s so funny, when my boyfriend and I walk past one of these stores he says to me “So, you wanna go walk in and get ignored by minimum wadge snobs?” and I just laugh because its the truth.

I know these stores have expensive items but most of these girls that work there don’t make that much money but yet they act like they are better than you.
Even if they did make a lot of money, that still shouldn’t give them a reason to ignore you or to not smile at you if you make eye contact with them.

I don’t know, that is just my observation. Im in Los Angeles so im not sure if it’s different in other cities or states.

Back again with another thought cuz I just read the inroduction (next time I will read it first). Yeah I have that happen that I feel negitive vibe or energy somewhere and I dont want to be there, I have had this happen with a place where I brought home food and I didnt want to eat the food when I got home because they were too rude. Recently I have to have physical therapy for my back and its a great place meaning they are good at what they do. I havent been back and I put it off because each time the receptionist has caused me grief and problems on th phone and I just feel negitive about going..I dont know why.

I was thinking about what kind of Charm you will get yourself after your 30 days of no sweets is over and I have an idea for you. I have been following the Vancouver Olympics religiously for the first time ever. I do not know if it is because I am from Canada and it is hosted here or if it is because I now leave the TV on in the background so I can hear what is constantly going on (I normally don’t watch TV) but I have to say that the whole energy has really inspired me BIG TIME. The Canadian women athletes are doing amazing and have really inspired me to push myself further not only in my fitness but also in my work (I’m a graphic designer) and in life in general. The Olympics athlete makes me think about pushing myself beyond my comfort zone, to work harder and to focus on whatever I what to achieve. One athlete talks about being “in the zone” -when they are in training or competing they are totally focused on what they are doing. I will now try and use that to help me with my focus. I love your website because you are constantly looking to improve yourself and to help others along the way. You are always trying to beat your personal best and inspire other to try and beat you. This is amazing because this is how we strive to be better, faster and fitter. So my idea would be to get a charm based on the Olympics. Frederick is from Canada and you lived here so I thought it might interest you. Check out the Olympic website and see the charms they have from Birks. I’m pretty knew to your website and I wanted to say thank you for helping me find my motivation to get fit again. I was about where you are now three years ago, but a divorce and the aftermath got to me and I let myself go. I gained about 15 pounds and lost my confidence as well as my energy level.

All of Zuzana`s workouts are apropriate for gaining weight – muscles. It is just abou the diet. It depends on calorie intake if you are going to be losing or gaining weight. So, you just have to eat a litlle bit more and aften. And do Zuzana`s workouts and you will be gaining muscles.

It comes down to your nutrition whether you bulk up in muscle of fat and then your workouts. You got to eat larger portions of CLEAN foods frequently throughout the day (mostly proteins, starchy and fibrous carbs, and EFA’s) and all the workouts on BodyRock are not solely to lose weight, you should incorporate them in your routines on some days as aerobic, good for the heart and they do strengthen your muscles. However, I would recommend following a weight training routine. That is the only way to build/maintain/ and grow muscle mass meanwhile using a bulking diet to avoid gaining fat. Use proper form, good technique, and LIFT HEAVY!!

but if Im doing the workout so often my muscles have no time to regenerate and after the third day Ill be out off power … I mean istn it better to do the workout twice or three times and then have a day break ?… the bodybuilders do so

If I ate larger portions Id be no able to eat so often throughout a day, mainly during the summer time when it s hot outside. In these days you rather drink more and have no taste to eat. … but thank you, every piece of advice is useful … :)

breasts are not necessarily jaust fat. I used to be an australian size 14, after losing 15 kilos my cup went from an f to an e so it really depends on the individual and the density of the breast tissue as to whether they would get smaller. For example, look at serena williams in comparison to venus. serena is very curvy and very voluptuous while venus is lean and muscular. But i do agree that zuzana has had some sort of breast augmentation, and good on her, i know a few people that have done it and its changed their lives. If she hasnt though its not fair!! mine are large but not nearly as pretty and i wont be impressed if they are natural!!;p
