It is very impressive the way you are handling moving. Moving is one of the biggest stressors for people. It is a sad time for you, and it’s completely natural to miss Malta. I hope you deal with those feelings instead of just denying them and acting like it’s not a big deal, like your hubby. I hope one day that you can settle into a place, and be like your husbands mom. Where you can accumulate truck loads of stuff, and place them in your home, and not worry about having to move and get rid of all the special things you collected over the years. You are very strong, you stay possitive and make the best out of what you have. You are very admirable.

I’ve travelled a lot myself (4 years living and working on Cruise Ships and 2 years living and working in the West Indies) and I never travelled with pets. It was hard enough just to get myself organised!

Looking forward to some new workouts and some video’s of Prague as I have never been and have always wanted to go!

Hi Zuzana. I am a Canadian dentist from Vancouver and my advice for your tooth is to have it extracted as soon as you can. In the meantime, a hot salt water rinse a few times a day can be very helpful. And stay away from popcorn or anything that can get under the tissue around the tooth as that is usually the cause of the pain. It is called Pericorinitis.

ohhhh poor cali…i have a big dog and a little dog, too…and my big dog travels well, but my little dog doesn’t. We joke about him being scared of clouds going by in the sky- well, because he actually is, so I have to sedate him to travel. I don’t actually take him often unless we are going to be somewhere for a long stay.

I think you should have tied the leash (with the collar attached, just let it dangle) and have told the security that it was a new style of belt- its’ just not logic what they say you can or can’t have on a plane- presumably what trouble you can do with a leash and collar, you could do with one or two fashion belts.

i agree the worries of travel suck- the grimey airplane air is really so unpleasant- BUT…I could tell that you were excited, Zuzana! hee hee, the anticipation and the ‘getting there’ excitment was writ all over you, it was a big ball of energy you were containing, more than any of the stresses of transit. It was fun to watch.

I’m glad you guy’s had a safe trip to Prague :-) Poor Cali, she looked scared. I felt sorry for her. You could tell Charlie was use to ride. Enjoy your stay as I know you will. I’m excited about the new workouts your going to bring us Zuzana :-)

Anyways, i just want to say thank you. I have been feeling pretty low about myself and how much i’ve let myself go. I started by telling myself all i had to do was lose 20 pounds and now after 7 yrs, i have 90. I really go back to that video often to remind myself that EVERYONE has something they regret, that they feel bad about. I learned from that video that the key is to do something about it. I used to have to travel across the US for college and I hated it. I am from California and went to school in South Carolina so it was a long flight and I was almost always by myself.

Hello from Terrace, BC Canada. I came across your video on youtube (what a fun site). I was actually looking for something to watch and I saw one of your videos featured in the front. I was curious as My husband and I are trying to get into better/healthier lifestyle. We have started a programme and saw that a lot of your routines are similar to what we are doing.

The reason I wrote is because of your dogs. We have 2 dogs ourselves, well 3 really I include the one that I gave to my dad. I love my dogs and I would take them anywhere if/when I am able to. Travelling with pets is very stressful.

Just out of curiousity where are you two living now? What do both of you do for living? I just also want to say thanks for sharing your life with us. Good luck to the both of you.
