		<description>man! I did this workout before but I didn&#039;t write it down. Still on the mend from my ankle, so i cant do spring action burpees or dynamic pushups so i just moved one leg in and out at a time instead of jumping my legs up and down/in &amp; out...
1. Low Jacks: 14/14/15/14
2. Dynamic Pushups: 4/4/3/4
3. Jump squats: 9/9/9/9
4. 1/2 burpees: 6/6/7/8
5. 1 leg side jump lunge (slower on healing leg): 8/8/7/10
6. Pull ups: 4/5/4/4
7. Step jump: 7/7/7/7
8. Dancing crab: 7/6/5/6
9. butt lift &amp; toe touch: 4/5/4/5
10. twist jump: 30/34/34/34

not working out tomorrow! It&#039;s supposed to be around 50 degrees celcius with the humidity! </description>

		<description>This was a good workout and I sweat a decent amount.  However, next time to up the challenge a bit, I&#039;ll change the intervals to 10/20.  I could have pushed a little harder and the longer intervals should do the trick.  I think it will take this workout from tough to positively BRUTAL.</description>
