		<description>i pulled a tendon on the last workout doing mountain climbers. don&#039;t know how THAT happened. anyway, it&#039;s been a week and I am much better although not 100%. so I had to alter some of the movements that required jumping. but i&#039;m happy that I did the workout! I missed working out. Heres what my slightly crippled self accomplished:

1.roll back &amp; jump (i just rolled &amp; tip toed): 6/6/6/6/6/6
2. side leg lifts: 7/6/5/5/6/6
3. scissor jumprope (just walked on spot): cant count this.. 
4. sunflower squat: 8/7/8/8/8/8
5. full sit up: 7/7/6/6/7/7</description>
