		<description>I revisited this workout today, cos I FINALLY have my own home-made dip station!!! Yeeeeey!!!! :D :D
I was eager to do the dips and reversed push ups, and since this workout includes both of them, so I redid it. M. Climbers and Santana Plank were really challenging, since my arms were already pretty tired from all the dips and reversed push ups, but I enjoyed every second of it!! :)</description>
