ll/sc/bl: 2:23 (2sec faster)

side plank lifts: 2:29 (4sec slower)

1-leg bridge lifts: 1:32 (1:31 faster)
5 min 10/20 skipping 

+ 5 burpees

		<description>Did this workout earlier today, warmed up with the usual house cleaning and vacuuming...with two short haired dogs in the house I have to vacuum often! They&#039;re shedding like crazy these days.

1. High Knees 60-62-61-60-59-59-58-59
2. 2:45 (but I lowered my legs after each hip lift)
3. Jacks w/ rope: 20-21-23-21-20-23-21-21
4. 2:22
5. Scissors (first round w/ rope,the rest without): 25-40-42-43-42-42-42-43
6. 4:13

Great workout! followed by 30 minutes of Ashtanga Standing Series + close.

		<description>Ive done this workout once and it was like 1 year ago or even more.... today i revisited and added a bit more exercises

1. High knees: 52-52-52-52-53-53-55-52
30 half dive bombers + 2 knee tucks: 4:17 min
Leg lift, star crunch, butt lift x30: 3:33

2. Jumping jacks (2 jumps = 1 rep): 22-23-23-22-20-23-24-23 
25 side plank lift each side: 3:30 . (It was so much harder on my left arm! it took me alot more than with my right arm) 

3. Scissors (shoulders really burned on this, guess it was cuz of the planks) 44-45-45-45-44-46-46-45
One leg bridge, one leg lift, toe touch 25 each leg: 5:45 (i have no idea why it took me so long! i never stopped but it felt so long! and inner thighs really hurted!)

extra: 100 supergirl planks ouuuuchh: 4:47. (ive done this before and it usually takes me 4:00 min, i think it took me longer cuz i did a whole workout before)

I beat my last times!  I added 30 pushups before starting this.  From my knees, they took me 1:08.
