Drag Me To Hell Workout Is Back

Hi Guys,

So I have 4 days left of anti-biotics and I’m completely bored. When I met Freddy I used to say “I’m boring” when I was bored. He would never correct my English because he thought that it was hilarious. I only caught on a few days later :)

Seriously tho, after a few days of kicking around and taking it easy I am going a bit nuts. I want to get back into the workouts and being active. I guess that I will have to be satisfied with giving you guys this brutal workout :) I’m telling you – I am going to hit it so hard as soon as I’m better – that is if I have any muscles and strength left by the end of this rest period.

If I was actually able to do this workout today I would use my Ultimate Body Press pull up bar and my Gymboss Interval Timer to keep track of my time.

For the full description of this workout including pictures of each exercise click this link: Drag Me To Hell Workout.

It’s a short and simple workout but believe me it is a very efficient fat burn.

Enjoy – I wish I could :)

Best,

Zuzana

    Hi Zuzana,

Sorry to hear of your current troubles…You have definitely been a motivation for me to workout. A good supplement to maintain muscle mass on or off workouts is Chromium Pecolinate. Hope to see you back on track Soon!!! Gratci

  • Corinne

Hope you are feeling better. I had my wisdom teeth removed a few years ago and can totally relate to what you’re going through. Take care and take it easy.

  • RN

    Hi Zuzana,

I absolutely love your workouts. They make me feel so good. I guess you can say they give me a real high for the day. My only issue is that I’ve been doing them for three weeks and have not been able to see any changes in my body. Absolutely no fat loss. I am a little depressed. I have been eating small portions 5-6 times a day and tracking my food in an online journal. I’ve have been reading through all your posts and in more than one of them you say and I quote, “The healthy weight loss rate is about 2 kg per week…” Did you mean 2lbs? You said this in at least 3 of your posts, actually in one post you said 10kg in one month. Is this really realistic? Any ideas on why I’m not losing weight? I am 5 feet tall, weigh 130lbs and I’m trying to stick to a 1300 calorie diet. It’s been very frustrating.

  • Tiffany

    Hey Zuzana!
I’m sorry to see/hear about your tooth nightmare! I understand what you’re going through though for sure. I usually work out 3-5 times per week between work and school. Its sometimes difficult.
Anyways, But i had gotten all four of my Wisdom teeth taken out, which took me a good solid week to feel better again. Not doing any cardio or work out was BRUTAL!
But, I’m hoping you feel better very soon! And just wanted to let you know I look up to you and all your work outs. Total inspiration for me! I love how your work outs kick ass, even though they are simple…yet not so simple body weight work outs!

    FEEL BETTER~!

  • becca

haha zuzana you are definitely giving us the most brutal workouts you have in stock, i think you are missing kicking your own butt so the only way to compensate is to make us suffer hahah thank you so much for this:P Cant wait til your back with us

    love ya

  • Thyago

I did 6 rounds… But I’m really not in good shape… I’ll be better with time… I’ll go get soon a pull up bar. I’ll need it to pratice ^^

    Take care of you Zuzana

Thank to both you and Frederick for these fantastic trainings

  • Roxy

I always wonder if ( or better say how much ) we loose our hard earned muscles during a long term rest !!! And how long it takes to get it back?

  • James

What is the name of the timer that you use when you work out? I want to make sure I get the right one. Thank you.

    James

  • Douglas

Don’t worry about a thing, more workouts are coming and I’m looking forward to them. ;) I’m in a slight dilemma myself and have been sick for a week and haven’t been as active. Don’t be bored, be happy rest is taking care of that pain :)

  • Angie

    Hey Zuzana,

Glad to see you’re getting better and are (mentally) ready to come beck in full swing with more exercise routines! I caught a fever when I had my wisdom teeth taken out as well, although you look much more beautiful than I did- my face was so swollen!

    Get well soon,
    Angie

  • Steph

Atleast your dentist told you to rest, I had to find out on my own =/

    It wasn’t pleasant.
Haha my mom always says “I am so boring” when she means she’s bored. She grew up in taiwan so she doesn’t know engish very well
    It’s funny XD

  • http://WWW.BODYROCK.TV SML

Well if it makes you feel any better, I have not been able to work out as much as I’d like, I am a full time student and these last couple of weeks are crunch time. Which in the end means a little sacrifice from what I love doing most which is working out. Thank you for all you do, I feel since I have started working out with you, I have gained some much strength and inspiration. I finally got passed my plateau. I even had made it my mission to learn to do pull ups without being assisted, which was something I was always afraid to truly try.
    Love ya,

hmmm…i’m not sure about the safety of taking C.P. solely for the purpose of maintaining muscle mass – there are other resources on the web regarding this supplement. this is just one of them regarding the possible dangers of taking C.P. – i thought you might be interested. http://altmedicine.about.com/od/herbsupplementguide/a/chromiumsideeff.htm

  • Laila

Excellent workouts as always! Thank you so much for all your efforts in producing very intense exercises that can be done with minimal equipment and maximizing fat burn!!

I just wanted to ask you, what types of food do you stay away from to maintain such a lean figure year round?

    Thanks again!

Hi Zuzanna, I use to live in Las Vegas back in 2001 I moved there 2 weeks after 9/11 happened and I wanted to get a dog so bad because I never had one before. I always had cats. Anyways, I picked up the cutest dog ever just when he was 7 weeks old. I didn’t know what to name him and at first he was such a trouble maker I use to call him ” Little shit” I use to be like…Get over here you little shit!! One day my neighbor asked what my new dogs name was I said I don’t have one I just call him “Little Shit” she said why don’t you give him a good name like, Charlie? And so I did back in 2002. I just thought that was cute how you say Charlie by the way, you sound so cute with your accent. Hope you are feeling better. Thank you for keeping us posted on how you are doing. We care and love you about you. Wishing you a quick recovery. Take care. ~ Tommy

  • kayla

totaly understand my track coach told me to take the week off cuz i was working to hard and needed a break i almost went nut it was terrible

  • Nicole D Lopez

    Hello Zuzana!

I am so sorry to hear about your boredom :(
I’m not much of a recreational reader, so I can’t really suggest any “normal” books for you to read, but if you ever want to learn about the environment, you could pick up a copy of “Living in the Environment” (16th edition) by Miller and Spoolman lol. It really is a great textbook.

Anyway though, today I made my mom and me some fat free plain yogurt with peaches (I put the peaches in the blender so they’d mix in completely with the yogurt) and added some granola to it. I think if you leave out the granola it would be a nice snack for you. It’s got your protein, your calcium, and your complex carbohydrates, and it’s pretty liquid, so I think it would be good for you if you like those two things. And when you get better, you can add the granola if you like :)

You’re amazing! Hope you like the yogurt! And I hope you heal quickly!

    Love,
    Nicole

I’m with Frederick. My ex is from Germany, and it’s really hard to correct your woman’s English because it’s so darn adorable. I saw this workout, and it is simple, but I’m sure very effective. Any ideas for alternatives for the pullups?

  • VikiSil

Hi, Zuzi, thank you so much for staying in touch with your fans even in these hard for you times. You know, if I were you, I would have refused to put any antibiotics into my body, even on an occasion like this. I had a bad wisdom tooth removed, it was growing askew and pushing into the tooth next to it, so it had to be removed before it was fully grown out of the gums. It fractured into pieces while removal and the root of the tooth remained inside of the gums. So, the gums had to be forces open to remove the root… basically, when the dentist was finished, there was a crater in my jaw. It was terrible pain for the next two days, so that I could not sleep at night. But I only took a light pain killer and only for the first day. Definitely no antibiotics, because I had been medicated with antibiotics a lot as a child and was left with really damaged immune system and it took me a lot of time and a lot of work to restore my health to even acceptable, let alone good, after growing up and catching up that antibiotics kill infections killing immunity cells along with it, and leaving you less protected against infections once you stop using antibiotics. think for yourself, the most famous antibiotic- the penicillin- it is an extract from mould fungus. No offense to the doctor, who prescribed those antibiotics to you, but do you really want to be putting mould into your body??? Who is in charge of your physics, is it you, or is it some guy/girl titled “the doctor”. Most importantly- which one of you is going to live in that body of yours for the rest of its life- you or “the doctor”?? I mean, ‘cmon, if body like your’s cannot take care of the infection by itself, then there is no hope for the rest of us. How comes that you are looking and feeling worse, when you should be looking and feeling better, I mean, this weeks use-antibiotics-no-exercise strategy should be making you better after the tooth removal, right? Well, is it? In short, if I were you, i would quit the drugs, to not to interfere with the healing power of my own body, instead I would relay on that healing power of human’s body, and I would also do light exercising. Emphasis on LIGHT, what you are used to is brutal and really not appropriate while healing an injury, but I don’t believe that you should not suspend exercising all together. I didn’t, when I got my wisdom tooth removed, I just cut the intensity. Isn’t exercising what you want to do, didn’t I hear yourself say so? Girl, who do you mistrust yourself?

And thanks for todays workout, I’ll post my result on the original page. ;)

  • AnnaSirena

I’m also waiting and counting days, when you get well=)
    And 1 advise for you:
Try to not be bored and counting every hour) – try to use this time properly. Remember those things, that you wanted to do – maybe read some book??, or anything like this=))
And enjoy))) You have rest now, and after this rest, you would push more harder!!! =)

    (I’m sorry for my english))))

  • Sabrina

    Hi Zuzana,

I’m new at your page and let me tell you that I’m absolutely fascinated of your workouts and daily discipline and also that you share it every day with us. Yesterday I tried for the first time one of your workouts and let me tell you I was so happy afterwards (besides my incredible muscle ache today!;) that I started to tell my friends about your blog and now we are already 3 that want to follow daily workouts. This is absolety inspiring to see that there still people that live this kind of lifestyle since people keep telling me that I’m fanatic when it comes to fitness what keeps me sometimes from keeping my discipline. Now that I see you and Freddy that also supports you, that gives me strength!
I’m so happy that I discovered your page accidently and also that you do all this work to share it with people…thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
    You are amazing!

    Greets from Germany.

  • rania

zuzana i’m very happy to see you better today! i hope in these days left you won’t be “boring” lol. And don’t worry about your body, I’m sure that you won’t lose your strength:)
Yesterday I tried to beat Freddy, I did my best but my time was 35’11″ :) And i also did some push ups on my knees… But I’m pretty glad about my score:)
Today I’ll try this one and I ‘ll let you know about my score later.
My goal for summer is to lose 7kg, I’m 57kg right now and I’m 1.63m tall… I know it may be difficult but I’ ll do my best to achieve it… I have already been working out every day and keeping the 50 day challenge.
Zuzana I have a question, is it easy to lose cellulite? It has been reduced obviously but it still bothers me and I’m so sad for this. I feel like i’ll be like this for ever… Do u think that if i lose some fat won’t be visible? I need some hope:( And how to calculate my fat percentage?
    I hope i didn’t make you dizzy:)
Thank u so much for everything, if it weren’t you I wouldn’t be working out and improving my life:)
    i love u:)

  • http://n/a Tanya

I sincerely wish you a speedy recovery!

  • Yanti

    Hi Zuzana,

I recently bump into this site of yours. I was doing the squats that you are doing in this video, after doing a few reps, my knee joints hurts. Why is that so? Because last week I have done squats for 3 sets then I rest for a day to let it recover. But when I started to the squats again my knee joint hurts. I hope you know what’s the problem here.
    Anyway, nice site you have.

  • Paolo

    HI Zuzana!
You are perfect, but i would like to found, how old are you?
    Thanks.

  • Steph

    Hello!
Your website is great. However, i think it would be nice to show us some stretching exercises after the workout, because it’s really important and we don’t really know how to do them well, it could be a good way to avoid having muscles aches.
We watch your blog every day and I thank you for all the good workout and positive attitude, it’s so great!

  • Human

Charlie outwardly seems a good doggie=)

  • Gaby

I hope you are feeling better today Zuzana.. thank you for this workout, I did 12 rounds plus 13 squats I am drenched in sweat but I feel great. Have a great week you two. xo

  • Geary

    You are an inspiration.

  • carrie

I just wanted to let you know that i recently just found your website and spent one night (with nothing else to do) going through everything and figuring out how this works. First of all your body is amazing and i only dream of looking that good second i started your workout yesterday and i cannot tell you how sore i am. I have done workouts before and gone to the gym, but never have i had pain from head to toe like this. Thank you very much and i cannot wait to get done work to go home to do another.

  • Dakota

    Hi Zuzana,

I know what your going through. I hated being ill and incapacitated. I know you are going to unleash the animal in your up coming workouts. Get Better Soon!

  • Joanna

I’m sorry. It must be hard for you to “take it easy” cause you are used to workout every day. Hope you will get better soon.
I looked back at your older videos and I found just one chest workout. I’m looking for some exercises to tone my chest. I was thinking if you could show or tell about more exercises to workout chest to see effects fast. Looking at you I believe there is a way to get nice and firm breasts without surgery and I’m ready to work hard for it. So if you could help me with it I’d be greatful!
    Thank you.

  • Nell

    Hey,

I can totally relate. I had a couple of things happen to my mouth, including breaking my upper jaw once, which had me off sports for half a year, so it could all knit back together without me hurting it again! Luckily, nothing but a lingering fear of falling on my face remains ;) but since then, my teeth are the body part I really really watch out for! ;)
Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for the great motivation you spread with your workouts and your website, and the great advise.
Take care and take it easy. Mouth injuries are the worst! They do need time to heal, but you’ll be back on track in no time!

  • http://www.bodyrock.tv Andreea

  • add

Heyyy Zuzka, hope u will feel better ASAP!

  • Cialia gurl

    Hi Zuzana

Hope you feel better already. The site for your Drag me to Hell workout is error.

    Thanks.

  • Michelle

Feel better but ease into those workouts on your return..listen to your body. You should bounce back darn quick given the amazing shape you are in. I love that Charlie…he looks like he is livin the life;)

  • Katelyn

Thats really weird. I mean I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed at once and I went under anesthesia. But i only had to do liquids like 2 days? I think and i was also allowed to exercise. But I guess everyone is different and should take different precautions

  • http://www.peacefulbend.com/kT Katie

Oh, I hope those teeth aren’t still hurting you. This workout hurt me though – in a good way!

I’m glad you reposted this workout. I’m still pretty new to the site and hadn’t found the ‘cheater’ way to do the pull-ups. Now I can at least do a partial pull up (more like a ‘let-down’!) and build up some more arm & back muscles. Hopefully I’ll be able to work up to do real pull ups soon. Take care, and thanks so much for everything you do on this site!

  • Monica

    Hi Zuzana,
I hope you feel better and recover very soon. (Honestly) I was trying to get to the link, but it is showing an error. I like to print the pictures and followed them as I’m doing the workout. I don’t know if my computer or the website troubleshooting. Anyways, thank you for all you do for us every day, and please take care. Sincerely,

    Monica

  • Samantha

Poor Zuzana! The rest will be done with before you know it and I’m sure you’ll come back full force; better than ever! I can’t wait for you to be able to work out WITH us again! I know you feel the same!

  • http://www.mediumandthemessage.com zoe

    Hi Zuzana

So sorry to hear you are sick. what a bummer. i hope that this blows over very quickly and you can get back to your kick ass self!

I almost hate to comment because I feel as though I should leave you alone so that you can rest. but as you said, you are bored…lol

My question is this – after being told that you cannot exercise for a period of time, what do you do to make sure that you don’t fall off the wagon? I know for myself, even two days of not working out and I feel it.

What kinds of things can you do, even to just keep your mental game in check?

    thanks, and get better soon!

    z

  • Jenny

“I’m boring”… thats cute, hahaha! Hope you feel better soon!

  • Deborah

I can’t wait to see your kick ass workout when you get back on your feet!! but you are probably going to be a little weak…. like the rest of us:) I was wondering if you could put a list of some of the music you listen to while you workout. In some of the workouts you have put the songs with the video… thanks so much. I have looked through a lot of them to see if I could find more but it is taking me forever. I know it is whatever we like but I dont know the name of songs and when I go on you tube it is overwhelming. Just thought you could help me out on getting some motivation while I am working out with some of the music you like. Since you are taking some time off this will give you somethign to do. ha. Well, thanks so much for sharing your workouts with us. Hope you feel better soon.

    God Bless

    Hi Zuzana and Frederick:

Your videos are great, getting me back in shape after surgery. Thanks!

Sure you’ve received lots of smoothie recipes…

    Chocoholix Smoothie

1 cup Silk almond milk, plain (or your fav lowfat milk)
    1 cup ice
    1 heaping tsp cocoa powder
    1 banana
    1 tbs wheat germ
    1 tbs flax seed
1 tbs oat flour (ground oats, most any kind except steel cut will work)
spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger are good add-ons

Into the blender it goes! Helped me get over the wisdom teeth adventure. I go crazy and add pureed mango; any kind of fruit or coconut works well if you like chocolate that much. (If not, delete the cocoa.) If you want something lighter, a combination of diet 7up and vanilla protein powder works well.

    Enjoy and feel better soon!

  • Karen

Oops, that’s ground flax seed. Just to clarify.

Thank you for great workouts, recipes, and soooo much inspiration!! Hope you feel better soon!! :) It’s frustrating to NOT be able to do something, but soon you’ll be able to workout again and probably come up with the most brutal workout ever!
I did 12 rounds and 3 squats! By the end my legs were jelly and I can’t believe I kept going. With this workout and digging up the garden yesterday, I’m nice and sore.
I’ve never had such amazing changes to my body before with any other workouts I’ve tried. Thank you for changing my life!!

  • Sara

    Hi,
So I was just wondering about how many hours did you workout a day when you were beginning to reach where you are at now? Do you run a lot?

  • Jana

    Ahoj Zuzko,

heyy Zuzana, i dont have any rings or anything for pull ups. Is there anything else i could use for pull ups? I’ve really been wanting to get a nice upper body shape, but have no rings or bars. So if you could give me another option for pull ups it would be great, Thanks :)

  • Amanda

We’re all going to pay for this rest period…aren’t we? haha. I look forward to you kicking our asses once again. This morning I did the “Damn Sexy Body.”

  • Tiffany Stephens (day 40)

I wanted to thank you and Fredrick for always keeping a goal to work towards. I need it because it makes me feel accountable. This was good cardio, I wish I’d had rings but I used the example someone gave and used my tredmill bar and put my legs out straight which was very difficult. 10 rounds :-)
I’m goning to add this to the quickie workout later tonight. Mmmm Mmmm!!! still gotta do my 550 tomorrow for certain. Hey it’s 10 days into my 50 day challenge…39 days to to go!

  • Anya

Oh,Zuzana,I really feel for you. Get well soon! About this workout…I did 11 rounds and 20 squats. Wanted to finish 5 more pull ups but was really out of breath.

  • Ella

    Hola Amigos Z&F!

Speaking of rest… Zuzana, you have mentioned your ADR. I wonder if you could answer me these questions.
I am 41yo woman, my life style is healthy but passive. I have been following you faithfully since Jan 1st. So far I have noticed huge improvements in my life. Thanks.

My question: Should I take one or two ARD from the workouts? During the last month I have not had a rest of my workout, not even on Sunday. I am falling in love with these workouts. I am urged to wear a bikini this summer… so, is it wrong not to take a rest from the workout? What is the best for my muscle tone, sculp, etc? I slow down a bit once per week doing half of the workout or those light ones you have in your site.

Is this clear? I hope you answer me, I have never trained this way: with a purpose, with success, with evident results! With a lovely Czec trainer :) !!!!!

I do not want to mess my health, body or goal: 6 pack!

    Thanks in advance.

    Greetings from Mexico,
    Ella

  • Claudiu

Zuzana I have one sugestion to make. I noticed that you always recomend that we do some streching to cooldown after a hard day workout. Show us how you do it. I’m just curious. And I know that some of us would apreciate this because some don’t have that much experience. Thanks. Claudiu.

  • Luis

    Hello Zuzana and Freddy!!
You all (ya’ll: texas style) are amazing. You have a good mix of humour, sexiness, positive information and very great workouts. Keep up the good work.
If you’re ever in Dallas or in the U.S. for that matter let me know, hope ya’ll can visit. lol You may look me up on facebook with my email if you’d like. You both seem sincere and very cool.
    Ciao,

    Hi Zuzana,
If you haven’t already read it, maybe pick up the following book to read while you’re healing up.
Food Rules: An Eater’s Manual by Michael Pollan (same author as In Defence of Food). This is a newer book and he describes it himself as “much less about theory, history, and science than it is about our daily lives and practice.” He uses everyday language and basically sets out a list of recommended “personal policies” in order to make what to eat and how to eat very simple for anyone.
If you like it as much as In Defense of Food, it may be a great recommendation for a practical guide to sorting out nutrition.
P.S. I had posted a comment that had told you to not be too wimpy…hope it didn’t offend you since it’s still waiting moderation…obviously you’re in pain, but I know you’re tough and so can also take some teasing. I wish you well very soon!
P.P.S. I introduced a friend of mine to your site today. She emailed me after she tried a workout and I think she’s hooked,
she said, “I broke into this huge sweat and then collapsed on the bed. Then I woke up to terrible (but very good terrible) sore muscles. So I wonder what she’ll have for us tomorrow!”

  • Victoria

    Hi Zuzanna,

I hope you get better soon. I feel your pain! I remember when I was younger, I had to get all four removed at the same time. I looked like a bruised hamster (lol), not to mention the pain. A lot of blessings!!!
    ~Vicky
    (I go work out now..;))

  • C.L.

heyy..im 14yrs old and ive been gaining alot of weight these days…and i tried to do this intense workout..but do u think it’s the right workout for me? and about how much of these should i do?

  • Mariam

    Hi Zuzana,

Sorry that you’re in pain, I wish you a quick recovery so you can get back to doing what you love :)

I have a question and hope you’ll answer it. How can I measure my body fat? Am I supposed to go to a hospital or something?

I really want to know my percentage, but don’t know where to go.
    Thanks in advance :)

  • Aneta Todorova

    Hi Zuzana,
This is the first time I’m leaving a comment on your website. You’re so amaizing! Your work outs have changed my life completely. : ))) You’re look beautiful and healthy and I love all your recipes, too. I can’t get enough of all your different work outs and I’m trying really hard to follow. I have one question for you and I hope it’s not too personal but I feel you’re the only one who could give me an honest answer. Since, you work out every day and your work outs are really intense, I was wondering if you get your monthly periods regularly. Do you take any hormone pills? Please, if you don’t feel comfortable answering, just e-mail me at ANETASILVER@HOTMAIL.COM. As far as your wisdom tooth, you’ll be allright soon. I had 3 of them removed at the same time back in November and was fine after 3 days. I’m surprised you’re still on antibiotics. Hope you feel better and will go back to kicking ass. : )))
    Best wishes,
    Aneta

  • Joy

    Zuzana,

I can honestly say that I feel your pain. I just had my front tooth pulled and the setting for a dental implant put in on Wednesday. I think I was in bed for three days straight! I’ll be on antibiotics until Saturday. Hang in there it will be over soon! I can’t wait to get active again!!

  • http://cotton6100@aol.com Steve

Sorry for the pain its sucks. But the work outs rock

  • Valerie

Nice to see that you are feeling a bit better.

Does ever anybody compliment Freddy on the videos?
I didn`t know the old workout – very nice video – with the sun and the angels.

The tipp to make it a easier is good ;-)

  • Amanda

    Hi Zuzana and Fred,

I would like to share something with you guys since these events have been going very often.
Since I started a very active life style, I have changed completely.I’m 22 years old, 120 pounds, 5’5″, and 12% body fat (of course I won’t go any lower than that). I feel great and very energetic. However, people do not stop saying how different I look and the comments about how good and bad I look started to bother a little bit. I never payed much attention to it since half of the people who say those things are overweight and very unhealthy. They think pizza, candies, fried food are “good/real” foods. What I am trying to ask is; do you feel that there are a lot bad judgment from our society towards fitness? Did you go through the same situation when you changed your life style?

  • kaylim hung

I think you are one of most influencing female in the world definately.. =)

i guess you can do a little bit of Yoga? not much energy draining excersize. right? meditation?

=) or you can have Freddy work out and you can film him and post his version of excersize clip..

=) I think it will be fun ;)

  • http://fisherneal@live.com Neal Doucette

I like pull ups the best. I dont seem to get better at them should I add weight. Get well soon!

  • Angelo

Your situation has reminded me of a quote from a book I was reading today, “If you are placed in a difficult position, look upon it as a grand opportunity for practicing the virtue of hope.” – (Mother) Mary Potter

Also, I am wondering if you are familiar with the works and philosophy of Anat Baniel. She has a book named “Move Into Life” that I have read recently, (and she also has a website). She emphasizes the importance of subtlety and variation among other things as well.

Perhaps you can find a way of using this time to help develop a greater awareness of the variety of intensity and diversity in an exercise program, and to find an opportunity to enable the communication thereof to your audience.

  • http://www.janetspreiter.com Janet

I will tackle this tomorrow. I caught up by doing the 300 reps this evening and that was more than enough for me!! Hope you are feeling better!

  • Anna

Hi Zuzana. I hope you are feeling better today. I have one question – this morning I just completed your 600 Rep Workout and during the first exercise of this routine(Burpee and calves raises)I had a terrible pain in my feet. Do you thing it is normal or there is something wrong? After 60 reps I hat to take a few minutes of rest because of the pain and than I was able to go throuh the whole workout and the pain was gone. I did this workout for the first time about 5 weeks ago and it was the same. Please let me know if you have some idea. Take care

  • Vilivil

    Get well Zuzana.

  • Rutele

Hello Zuzana :) How are keeping? I hope you feel better? :)

By the way, if you have some time, can you post a video about abs? Its little confusing, there so many exercises, set and reps, and everybody ofcourse are different. How many times per week you would recommend to do?
I look forward to get your answer :)
    Thank you : )

  • Rea

    Hi Z & F!

    Hope the tooth is better…

I have a suggestion about the site redesign (stop me if you’ve heard this one before):

It would be nice to have an archive that goes by year and month, e.g. April 2010, November 2009…
This will allow us to find the workouts by time of year (Winter or summer workouts…) and also enable us to see the progress Zuzi made over time (which motivates the hell out of me, personally).

Thank you for taking it into consideration.

  • Ivan

hope today you feel fine Zuzana! you one of the reason why i started again to train my lazy body! thank you=) and take really care. if it is possible say please how can i contact you or Frederick, i really need question to ask, and will be happy to know the answer on it=)

  • Amanda

First I have to say I LOVE your workouts, and your personality (your too cute). This is the first workout that I have stuck with for longer than a week (THANKS).My question is about your teeth, your doc told you not to work out for a week after…right? Now is that because of the meds or the healing process?? I am asking because I am getting 3 wisdom teeth pulled along with 1 molar on May 17th and I really don’t want it to get me off track. Hope you feel better soon and if you have any tips let me know cause I’m really nervous :) THANKS

  • Sarah

I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed a few months a go…on my BIRTHDAY! I feel (felt) your pain. Get better soon and start kicking our butts again!

Hey Freddy, what kind of camera do you use.

    ::Peace::

  • Tammy

I loved this workout. It was hard and I was not expecting to get in as many reps but even with a month off from P90X, I was happy to see that I was able to get 10 rounds in. I am 46 years old so again, proof that you can be fit at any age! Get better soon.

  • Mélanie

I know that your birthday it’s in april then I wish you an happy birthday but i dont know it’s when in the april! I hope that you had a great time! thanks for your motivation! :)

  • Jayne

Zuzana, I am really impressed that you still putting videos up for us when you are feeling so blah. I mean that I know you had an infection in your tooth which is bad enough but I know you must be feeling so blah because you can not workout. For me if I decide not to workout then I probably need a rest. I love to workout and when I can’t because of certain circumstance I just get depressed. So thank you again so much for keeping us motivated and hang in there. I can’t wait to take my pictures of my new summer body and I know you will be looking great too. Thanks to Frederick as well.

  • Roma

Get well soon!… And take something 4 the pain… pain exausts your body and that is not something you want… xoxoxoxoxo!…

  • Tiffany Stephens (day 39)

I don’t want to take anything for ganted, I hope you aren’t suffering? I hope your feeling better?

  • http://www.janetspreiter.com Janet

Hoo boy! This is the longest 15 minutes I’ve experienced in a long time. This alternates between two ugly options. I gave up at 14:50 with 10 sets. I didn’t use a stool; instead my chin up bar allows my feet to just touch the ground flat footed so I was able to assist gently by extending with my feet (but no hopping) as needed. I still went down to full hang to max it out. Go easy on us, Freddy!!! Is Zuzana climbing the walls yet?

  • Lola

Hi Zuzzi!!! I am very sorry to hear of your pain! I really hope u feel better especially since you have been such an amazing motivation in my life for the past 2 months.

So maybe I can pay you back somehow today, you see I am a third year dental student. I wanted to suggest that you do a warm salt water rinse(1 cup of warm-hot water + 1tbs salt) twice a day (morning and before bed). You should swish this all around your moth especially in the area of the extraction. There is no need to gargle it. This will promote healing of the oral mucosa in this area and promote the formation of a blood clot which will help to close that awful hole u feel.
The healing properties of salt water are quite amazing.

Hope this helps! And how lucky are you to have Freddy doing such a good job taking care of u!!

    XOXOXOXO to u both

Isn’t it crazy that when you get so used to such an active lifestyle that whenever you miss days of exercise it eats away at you. I get anxious when I miss working out but no worries, you still look fantastic! You’ll get back in it girl. Miss your workouts!

  • Mariana

Hi Zuzana!!!!!! i´m from Mexico, i really love your site. The exercise are amazing. I´m 22 years old, and I hope one day have a body like you (I know its gonna be to hard), so you are my inspiracion girl. Thanx for your help you are an amazing person. XOXO

When you’re in health again, there’s some page of the site that cannot be visualized, probably for broken link or something similar. Hope they came back online fast.

I wish you all the best

  • Antonia

just wanted to tell you i am so glad to have you as a friend- one that is non judgmental and only looks for positive and tries to teach this-is a real friend. you should know that people like me who have had many negitive people in my life and sometimes get reminded by them poping up in one way or another, I just “pop” up you like just now and the message i get in my mind by even seeing your picture…”the hell with them, keep going…we are worth it…remember all of our workouts and our talks” may you and Frederick be blest for your giving spirit. Continue to be strong Zusana. There are not many people like you, I know that is an old cliche’ but in your case its true. Like showing us the home you grew up in and all the trips, but that one validates your purity of heart and reminds us what is important. think i will watch go back and see that today.

love you and thank you for being here,

    Antonia

  • Maja

  • Nerdgirl

Zuzana: wow, your workouts really burn fat. I have been doing them for about 2 weeks and I can tell already that I am leaner and stronger. I just did this workout: 10 rounds plus 20 squats. My pull ups were very assisted, but still, that just means I have more to do and it should be fun! I used to only distance run and wonder why I wasn’t really getting fit. Now I am! Thank you!

  • http://www.bodyrock.tv Andreea

    HI Deborah,

the workout you are looking for is the “sexy chick workout” you can find it in the daily workouts section….

  • Chantelle

Hey Zuzana, did thins work out. First time I did 12 Rounds thins time did 13 Rounds and 20 squats. I completed the 5 pull ups just for my own satisfaction. I wanted to complete fully.
    Hope you are feeling better.

    Hi,

Zuzana, nice to see your cheek is not as swallow as the first day. I hope you and Frederick are able to go sightseeing while you are recuperating. Just want to say thanks for still coaching us through your down time.

I completed 8 rounds and 8 prisoner squats with high knees in 15 minutes. I am still not able to do regular pull ups, so I did chair assisted ones. The more I do your routines, the more I am amazed of your fitness level and strength. I can’t wait to see what you’ll put out once you’re well.

Get well soon girl, you sexy beast. Frederick, you’re a sexy beast too.

  • Scarlett

    Hi Zuzanna,

I came across your website and I’m an anxious to start your work-outs but at lot of the time when I click on an exercise video to do, it comes up ‘System error’. Also, I noticed some of your work outs have a written description but others do not. The written description is very helpfull. Do you have this in another place on your website and I just haven’t found it? Do you or will you be putting your workouts on DVD for purchase? I would prefer to buy the DVD’s then trying to navigate through the webside, and half the time the video isn’t working. Thank you for this website – you are truly an inspiration!!

  • Ishmael

    Hi!

  • Nicole

    Hey Suzanna/everyone,

I’m having a very difficult week and haven’t worked out once since last Thursday. It has now been a week and I want to do a workout but at the same time I just simply do not want to do one. Sometimes I get this way. I’ll push hard for about a month and then I get into this state where I don’t want to work out at all and that usually goes on for about a week or so. By the end of that week off I always crave working out again and then push hard for another few weeks or month or whatever…then back again to my week off. Why does this happen? Does this happen to anyone else?

  • http://bodyrock.tv sophia

heyy Zuzana, i dont have any rings or anything for pull ups. Is there anything else i could use for pull ups? I’ve really been wanting to get a nice upper body shape, but have no rings or bars. So if you could give me another option for pull ups it would be great, Thanks :)

  • http://bodyrock.tv sophia

    congratulatios

  • David

Hello, I hope you are feeling better! You are such an inspiration and you vids are awesome! I have a question for you…Where did you get the gym rings that you are doing pull ups from?

  • Audra

    Hi Zuzana,

    I finished 12 rounds in 15 minutes =-D

I made sure I did “ass the ground” squats so it slowed me down but, the burn was worth it.

I also changed up my grip on the pullup bar each time for different variations like close-grip, reverse-grip, wide-grip, and military to fatigue more muscles in my back & arms. You should try it that way next time you do this one. I liked it very much :)

  • aleksandra

    Happy birthday Zuzana!!!!

  • Marilyn

How are you doing Zuzana, I hope you feel better. My daughter had her tooth removed Wednesday. Girl, your are a bad momma jamma okay, and wear the title proud.

  • Thomas from Norway (38 yrs)

Hi, I did 12 reps in 15 minutes.
I did the squats 2 times with one kick each time as one count (20 reps and 20 kne kicks total each rep).
I did 4 chin ups without any asistance each time. No break at all during the 15 minutes. That is 48 chin ups, 240 squats (low) and 240 kne kicks. Not bad for my first time. I am in ok shape you think? Best regars from Norway – Thomas

  • Sarah from USA

I came back to this workout- I first completed it in April. I’ve been completing your workouts for at least 4-5 days per week all summer and I am in the BEST shape of my life! I’ve got carved abs, muscled arms and firm legs. Best of all, I know I’m getting stronger. Today I completed 11 rounds of this workout, 3 more than I was able to do 3 months ago. People ask me what kind of workouts I do and can’t believe my workouts are so short but I’m seeing such great results.

Thanks for the inspiration! I tell everyone I know about your site!
