Love Muscles Workout

Hi guys,

3 days left of anti-biotics and counting. Today I had the sense that the worst is behind me, although I did still feel a bit under the weather.

Since I am giving updates, I wanted to let you know that we are working hard on the new design of the site, and we have just about settled on the homepage layout and design. It’s such an incredible rush to get the drafts back from the designer and see all of our changes and ideas coming together. We have been able to incorporate quite a few of your suggestions – I am sure the result will be an improved experience for everyone :) More details as they happen…

Today’s workout was from way back in November – it was original called “Rock It Workout” and you can click the blue link for the original post with description and pictures. For this workout I was using my exercise mat and my Gymboss Interval Timer.

Enjoy,

Zuzana.

Hey! I have question. Where do you currently live? And I would just like to mention that there are a lot of guys out there who are probably looking forward to see Freeide in some of your work out videos. :) It would be nice to see him work out and give us some helpful tips :)

  • Alison

feel better zuzana!!! I did the 550 repeats today– AWESOME! ;)

  • Shawnie

Woo-hoo! Thank you for not killing me today with this one! I am eating very low calorie for about 40 days, and I think working out on top of that is shredding the fat! (And draining my energy!)

I have proven to myself that I am disciplined and I really do have self control…(I was just used to spoiling my inner child!)

YAY me! I have lost 18.6 pounds in 17 days! I have not been doing the complete workouts daily because, I am just starting out and I was very weak, but getting stronger every day! I need a few more like this one, it is tough but do-able! Thank you Zuzana and Frederick for catapulting me into the best changes I have ever made in my life!

It is awesome to see the changes in your body, Zuzana, just since November (was that Nov. of 2009?)GOSH!
    Blessings,
    Shawnie

  • Antonia

super cute in the hat love it!

  • Nicole D Lopez

    Dear Zuzana and Frederick,

I have a very important question to ask you two. I have researched on my own to find the answer, but I would like to hear what two people that I know are healthy have to say about it.

My question is this: is it better to workout even if you have to do it right before bed?
See, I know that it’s not as good as doing it some other time, but what I really want answered from you two is whether or not I should skip my workout altogether or if I should just go ahead with it because it would be better than nothing?

Lately I’ve been so busy during the daytime that I haven’t been able to find the time to workout except for right before bed. (I’m in college, so nothing is static. And now finals are coming…)

    Please help me

P.S. Feel better Zuzana the Great!

  • cecille

I’ve been following your exercise routines for 2 months.I have to tell you that my 4 year-old girl can do mountain climber and jumping jacks( she can do about 30 then she said I’m tired mommy :) ) because she watched me workout with you.So, thank you sooo much for inspiring me and my girl to get active!!
Anyhow,I did Drag me to hell workout today and I completed 9 rounds and 2 squats.I am feeling it right now :)

  • Mary

Hi Zuzana and Freddie! I just found your website recently via youtube and I’m really anxious to start working out with you guys, but I’m a little confused about sets/reps and what the timer is for?….and what is Zuzana writing down? How can I use these workouts to my full advantage?

I have always exercised and I recently lost 20 lbs but my bodyfat is still 30% and I REALLY want to cut that in half!! I have a feeling you might be able to help me :)

I hope you feel better soon, Zuzana!

  • http://www.30bananasaday.com/ Brie

    Hey Zuzana,

It’s nice to see that you’re getting better! While I was waiting for you to update the site with yesterday’s (27th) workout, I went back browsing page 9 and picked exactly this workout before you posted it here, hehe. Great minds… ;-)
It was the first time I did this one, time was: 24:17.

    Take care!

  • http://www.youtube.com/soniasblogs sonia_j

Get well soon! It’s horrible to be ill and not be able to work out – you must feel so helpless! I’m really under the weather when it happens to me…

  • Niko

Hi, thanks again for the updates and I’m glad you’re starting to feel better.

A quick question, will all the old workouts such as the bootcamp and 20 minute cardio still be available on the new website?

  • Dani

hello zuzana just hope you are feeling better :) i’m like you i cant stand not working out when im sick or injured but it’s nearly over :) your workouts have changed my life and i actually look forward to them every day! keep up the good work and get better :)

  • Ilo

    Hello Zuzko,
Thank you for all you’re doing, your workouts are just incredible!
First I didn’t really believe that it can work so much. I’ve tried so many exercises cause I’m a personal trainer and I was 17 when I have started going to the fitness. Today I’m 26.
I’m doing your workouts for 3 weeks and it is working pretty well!!! I’m very surprised, really!
I have been doing bodybuilding for 5 years in the competition way, so believe me, I’ve tried a lot but nothing have never worked like your workouts. My body have changed in only three weeks!
And I’m also from Czech Republic. Budu rada, kdyz napises.. mej se papa

    hello… zuzana. .. i wanna ask u something. . . have u ever watched P90X?

  • http://www.destinationeurope.com.au Andrea

I needed this slightly easier workout today as I’m still a bit sore from the last 2 workouts ;)

Completed in 25 minutes and 12 seconds.

  • Charlie D.

The best opinion I have ever heard about the “ideal” time to work out is that the time that you are able to fit it in is the ideal one for you. Go for it.

  • Dani

is there a reason why people call you charliejames 1975 on youtube?

  • Charlie D.

25:51. Those sit-ups – was I doing them wrong? I did them like you, but I only felt it in my hip flexors – not my abs at all. Anyone have any tips?

Thanks for continuing to post while you’re down. You guys are the greatest.

You guys have mentioned a possible DVD in the future – if you haven’t already tackled the issue of music, please let me know if you want someone to help you with that. I think it’d be a fun job and it’s the least I can do in return for all you do. If you’re interested, I can give you my email address.

  • Ivana

and you look much better today, you will be back whit workouts very soon!

i ll try this later today eve tho everithing is still hurting me from yesterdays wourkout from HELL!

    KISS!

  • Dakota

Great to hear about the web site design improvements. It seems like the site is growing (which is good). It seems like Z is getting better which is also good. I’m kinda resting for a couple of days before my competition. That way my muscles are roaring to go when it comes time to use them. A few stretches here and there and a vigorous walk but that is it. I can’t wait to get back to your work outs and getting back to the gym. I can’t wait to see the new format for the web design. Rock on!

  • MJ

Great question. I hope so, I am new to the site and go back to older workouts all the time. This site Rocks!

    Get well soon Z.

was wondering why i have had a comment waiting for moderation for 5 days is this normal anyone else having this happen

  • Tiffany Stephens (day 38)

Glad to see you’re up and poppin!

  • Amanda

Hey Mary. I’m sure they will reply, too, but here’s what I know (hehe) The sets/reps are explained in detail within each workout. Sometimes they are in the blurb they wrote, or it’s listed – just look around. The timer is the interval timer and the object is to do as many reps as you can within the set time. So when Zuzanna has 30 seconds or effort, 10 seconds of rest, she uses that 30 seconds to do the exercises. Her notebook is where she writes down her reps or rounds depending on the workout. For interval, she’ll write down how many reps she completes so she can beat her reps the next time she does it. The rounds is so she can keep track, or so she can beat her rounds next time. I hope this helps you out! :-)

  • Alyssa

    Hello Zuzana,
I’m sort of in the same situation you are. I injured my knee during the workouts and have only been limiting myself to more upper body workouts and some leg lifts ( I think it’s just overstretched but I’ll have to go the clinic sometime to get it checked out). I wish I could do the full workouts though, my skipping rope has been sitting on the shelf because of it and it’s perfect weather right now to go outside and skip.
    Oh well.
    Best Wishes,
    Alyssa

  • http://myfoundationfitness.com Patrick Hitches

    Zuzanna,

Truly enjoyed the workout video. The compound movements that you incorporate are an unique approach that I will definitely keep in the mix and utilize with my clientele. I look forward to your continued insights and methodology.

    Thanks for the post Zuzanna!

  • Audra

I finished this workout in 19:49

I want to thank you Zuzana for helping me bring my body fat percentage from 23% down to 15% :-D

Feel better soon Z, I’m craving a new brutal workout :)

  • Michelle

Feel Better Zuzana !!!!! Mmmm liquid food! ha!

I look forward to doing this workout later today!

  • Missy

I have been using a combo of your workouts and running for the past three weeks and have found my legs are getting bigger! Is this normal? Will my legs eventually get smaller? Should I change something?

  • Channy

My time is 32:45. Not as good as I wanted but, I’m still proud of me. ^^

  • Tina

Well thank God that today is easier or I might pass out hahaha! I started your workouts three days ago and plan to stick with them forever :). I took my first before pictures on April 26 and it is not a pretty site, all jiggle and no muscle. I am 5’11” at 170lb and this year I’m pushing 38, ever since I’ve started your daily routines my body been SUPER SORE :), but I love it because all that I know is that my thighs no longer jiggle as they’ve used to and are now stuck in that stiff state that I don’t mind them to be in :). So I am sure that I will love my muscles in the future! Your workouts are AWESOME!!! Thank You!

  • Niko

Phew! Just finished it in 28.44 Pretty slow but I did the first round with full one arm pushups and then the others full but with my hand on a step so I’m really happy! :) It’s so good to feel my strength improving, thanks Zuzana.

  • kaTharine

i am wondering the same thing

  • Ru

Fun workout. Not as intensive like you said, but i wasn’t heartbroken about that. I finished this in 24mins12secs. Love those Maltese Sit Ups : )

  • SM

    Hi!

So I’ve been sick with a cold for the past 3 days and I was finally feeling better today and decided to hit it hard! So I came up with this brutal workout and it just about killed me today. I couldn’t stop sweating after. So I thought I would share it here for anyone who wants to try.

    My Sucker for Punishment Workout:

Setup the timer for 4 intervals of 60 and 30 seconds. There are no breaks between each exercise. At the end of the 6 min round take a very short break then reset your timer and do the whole circuit 2 more times for an 18 minute brutal workout!

60 seconds Prisoner squats with Knee up

30 seconds standard pushups (not from knees)

    60 seconds Jump Rope Skips

30 seconds burpees with pushup and jump

60 seconds Side lunge touch down (staying low)

    30 seconds mountain climbers

60 seconds Leg Lifts

    30 seconds Side jump squats

P.S. the gymboss doesn’t let me go to 60 sec so I had to set it to 59 sec..close enough :)

Hope you feel better soon Zuzana!

    -SM

  • Audrey

Hi Zuzana, I just started doing your workouts last week after a friend showed me your videos. I did not believe they would work as well as a trip to the gym. I was incredibly wrong. These work outs are super challenging! I am now addicted to your website. One question – How do you decide your workouts throug the week? Some are shorter and others are longer. Do you have a plan?

  • M2

Just wanted you to know that I love your website and I am completely addicted. Ive been doing the workouts for a few months now. Just returned from an 18 day vacation in Spain – I brought your workouts with me and worked out EVERY SINGLE DAY… My diet was very good, Im a raw vegan, but I did allow myself some treats as I was walking several hours a day in addition to your workouts. Happy to say that I came back with a slimmer waist, dropped 4 lbs, and I can see my 6 pack again.. YES– its been since last summer that I could see my abs.

Thank you Zuzana and Freddy. Whatever your sellin – Im buyin!

    M

  • Daska

Hi Z&F, unfortunatelly the link to the detailed description of the workout does not work, it says “error establishing a database connection”. This is happening quite often in last weeks and I cannot follow your older workouts :(

  • bea

At first I hope that you get better and that fredy took care well of you.
I am your trainings for at least 4 months and I wanted to thank you. At the beginning I managed to make trainings as 4 times instead of 8 and I was later broken with a lot of aches.
Now I make 8 rounds and 2 last ones are for the motivation but I fact and I am not any more broken.
I lost 2 cms of waist measurement and my fat mass is crossed from 33.5 to 27 % without loss of weight.
Now I hope to make some workouts while before it was only a dream.
Thanks to you 2 and I am you…

  • SM

My bad..the gymboss does let you got to 1 min I guess my brain wasn’t fully functional from the cold :) I was trying to make it go to 60 sec instead of entering 1 min haha!

    -SM

  • Petra

Hey, can anyone please tell me how many sets do I have to do from each, because the old link with description isn’t working :S

  • Linda

    Hi Guys,

I have been following your website for a while but have not brought myself to start your workouts. I am an avid runner, I run approximately 10KM everyday and I am kinds of torn between doing your workouts or my runs. I love running, would you say that it is feasible to do both in one day?? I have lost 70 lbs since August 2008 and I am currently holding. I have my really good days with my diet and then I have my really bad days with my diet, my biggest weakness is chocolate. I look forward to hearing back from you. Linda. Take care.

  • Liz

I first want to say I love your site, I totally love what you and your husband are doing for people world wide. I am having some trouble getting the pictures in my emails and also when I try to click on the older workouts that on on the new ones you are installing because you are not able to workout right now. Is it just me? Or is it because of your overhaul? Which I can’t wait for:)I am also excited for me and for you guys. Oh one more question. HEHE does Fredrick ever film himself working out for the male population? Thanks again

  • Antonia

    hi.

When I work out late I cant sleep. That seems like that is the only drawback to that. honestly i am working out late and my hours are flipfloped.

I am going to take a chance and guess what they would think about the working out before bed.

If on ocassion its your only option maybe you could skip the workout and stay on your pattern. BUT -if there is not a choice and they could consistantly ONLY workout before bed-they would continue to workout and quiting is not an option-life would just have to start balancing out some other way but come hell or high water the workout is going to happen. guess if i am wrong they will let you know, but you get the picture right?

  • Zar

    Zuzana,
I’ve been working out and needed some new exercises to change the pace in my routine. I just tried the 6 rounds of jump rope with the running in place that I saw you do on youtube. It was very tough to keep up with, especially with the high intensity that you demonstrated raising the knees waist high. Thanks for the awesome routines.

  • Charlie D.

Keep at it – you are going to be so amazed at the results and so proud of your new body and so energetic all the time. Good for you.

  • Hanan

Hi Zuzzana and Fred, I have a question for you, my husband and I are doing most of these exercises but sometimes we mix and match or remove few ones and do the rest, the reason why we do this is because we always do weights before your exercise.

So if we did legs and shoulders, we try to do less legs in your exercise. Is this ok? Or would the benefits change if we mix and match?

Also, it is better to do weights and cardio of the same muscle groups for example legs? I would appreciate an answer. Thanks!

  • SM

    Hi!

This was the original post that did show-up for some reason which explain my gymboss confusion message…anyway I’m trying to post again..hopefully it will show-up this time.

    Hei,
i really hope u get this message, cuz it always says Waiting for moderation…

I was working out today. Outside, at home. It’s spring break and am home. So i made a picture for u. It’s in our garden. It was so great. Fresh air, birds singing, light breeze…perfection.

  • samantha R

Hello again, I finished this in 22:52 today and thoroughly enjoyed it even though I’m sore from yesterdays workout. Had to do a bit of a double take when I saw the new name for it ;)

  • Frederick

    Beautiful location!!!

  • Cyper

    Nicole,

I am in the same position as you – I am in my final year at University and am about to take my final exams. This means I work throughout the day which leaves only the evening to exercise. Exercising is pretty much the last thing I do right before a shower, then bed. (I eat a boiled egg white or something small right after I exercise, then give myself at least an hour before bed time. By eating after exercise, you allow your muscles to grow).

I would say it matters way more that you’re actually doing the exercise than what time you do it. Don’t skip it because it’s late!

The only problem with doing it late, and after a long day, is that you feel tired and therefore may not push yourself as much. I try to ignore this feeling and really push hard because I know I can rest afterwards. By exercising at the end of the day, I give my brain a rest from working all day and also tire myself out so that I sleep very well. I find if I exercise during the day, I’m too tired to do as much work when it gets towards the evening.

    It works for me.

  • Wendy

I’ve been doing all of your workouts, but for some reason this one felt really hard… Maybe my muscles needed a day off? Love the site, love the workouts! The only request I’d have for your new site, is if/when you decide to start a family that you continue to show how you exercise as your body changes with pregnancy. If/when I decide to start a family, I’d like to continue with this style of working out. Thanks and Happy Birthday!

  • Rocker Chick (Debbie)

Happy Birthay Sweet Zuzana!!! May you be blessed always!!!

  • Michelle

This also happens to me and it is super frustrating. I can go on for a time without working out (like when I was injured over this winter..and my legs shrunk. I like them much better in tight jeans) but then when I start working out..boom..bigger thighs again. SO frustrating and I would love to learn more on how to maintain leanness instead of pumping up. Does it have to do with cutting more calories or water, maybe? Anyone have ideas??

  • Wendy

Missy – I’m having the same issues, my legs and butt are getting bigger and my pants are getting tighter. Been running too. Just started adding pilates to see if that will help thin things out, just worried about over training because I really enjoy the burn of the bodyrock workouts. Hope my legs/butt start shrinking soon. Could it be swelling from the intense exercises?

Nothing will be lost. Keep letting yourself heal. I can’t tell you what an inspiration you have been (and will be again, soon!) I am more than 40 years old, have a physique exactly like yours (underneath the flab that I have allowed to accumulate) and can’t wait to re- reveal those super-cool abs. Surely not as cool as yours but for an old lady, very cool :)

  • Renee

    Hi guys,

I wasn’t sure where to put this comment but I had a thought. What if you guys put a forum up on your website? The 2 of you must be pretty busy people, but I’m sure that you get a fair amount of questions from followers of the site that are hard to keep up with. A forum might let people who follow the site to talk to one another and get feedback, compare results, ask questions etc. It might not be what you guys really want as it might clutter the site, but just a thought! =D

    Cheers from Canada

  • erikp99

    Zuzana,

I have recently found your workout videos on youtube. I am new to your website. I enjoy your routines they are challenging.

I am sure you have been asked this before. Because you are a very attractive woman you have many male fans. Is their a variation for muscle building?

It would be very helpful to your male fans if you could do a chest/arm workout.

    Thanks.

  • Alex G

Hey Zuzana, I’ve been visiting your sight on and off for a few months now,and I’m always amazed by the intensity of your routines. I’ve been getting everyone I know to check this site out, and I always get good feed back from my friends after they’ve checked it out. So far I’m taking on the 600 rep challenge; I love the change in my fitness because of it. Keep up the good(and inspiring) work!

Hope you had a very Happy Birthday, Zuzana! Now have a really great time tonight at your party, too! Love birthdays, they’re the best…I want A LOT of birthdays in my lifetime.
Today, I’m joining a friend of mine to show her your workouts and we’ll do one together. Probaby ‘Body on Fire’, my favourite. Over and unders are very good for the sciatic and hips. I also really like the swimming push-ups. I’ll be trying the cauliflower recipe soon, I know I’ll love it. I think my husband will actually like it, too, although he is about the same as Freddie when it comes to being skeptical about cauliflower.
    Have a terrific weekend!

  • Gabija

    I did this in 25:34.

But I did pushups with both of my arms AND on my knees. I have extremely weak arms and I can’t do a single pushup on my toes. I’ve been practicing but it’s so hard! I can pull myself to the ground but I can’t get up…

  • Mickela

I like this workout and will challenge myself with it this weekend which will be a very active one.
I am in a sailing race all weekend. very competitive and I am looking forward to see how well I do. My upper body is a lot stronger now than it was last season.
I missed you guys while I was away and had no contact to the web.’

    Cheers

  • Erica

Hope you had a great birthday!
Just wanted to say… I bought my first bathing suit of the season, and all thanks to you & your awesome workouts… I.look.amazing! I don’t even feel bad saying that because I busted my bum getting up at 6am every morning & pushing myself as hard as I could. The hard work paid off & it looks good!! I still have some tweaking to do, but I’m ready for the beach!!
    Thanks. Keep the workout coming!

    Hi Gabija,
    I can relate!
I just wanted to tell you that I had to do push ups from my knees for a VERY long time before I could do them from my toes. It was very discouraging, but I was really determined.
I’ve been able to do them from my toes for a while now, and I’ve never had to go back to my knees. Once you get them, the strength is there and you’ll only keep improving. Now I am starting to practice some harder variations (like when your feet are raised, or the walking push ups).

Maybe these tips can help you as they did for me:
    1. I always practised proper form, even from my knees. So don’t rely so much on your arms, my arms are not that strong either. Lift your whole body as one solid motion. If your core is held strong, your back is straight, and you don’t hesitate, you can imagine raising yourself as a solid plank. Don’t let your hips drop. (This was one reason that I could never do toe push ups in the first place. I thought my arms should push me up and my hips always felt too heavy. I couldn’t imagine how it was done. When I changed my perspective on what I had to do with my body, I stopped even thinking about my arms, and the concept of using my whole body to help me push up became easier to understand.)

    2. To work up to doing a real push up, I had to do a few things over and over to build up the strength for it. I don’t think it’s that easy to just transition from knees to toes. Without some variation in the strengthbuilding leading up to it, you might be able to do 100 knee push ups and it doesn’t necessarily mean that you’ll be able to do push ups from your toes all of a sudden. Maybe for some, but for me, I had to work up to it.

*From a knee push up, try lifting yourself off your knees to your toes in the raised position, then hold that full plank position for a couple of minutes, staying really strong in your core, then you can go back to your knees and down.

*From the raised plank position (on your toes), let yourself down slowly, but don’t go right down to the ground. Only lower a few inches, then in one fast motion push yourself back up and don’t let your hips drop. This gives you the “feel” of a regular push up without starting at the bottom. You realize how solid you need to keep your full body. Repeat and see how low you can go. Stay strong, don’t hesitate or go to slowly on the push ‘up’ and don’t collapse your body.

*If the front of your body is raised a bit, it is easier than doing push ups right from the ground. Eventually, as you go lower and lower, you’ll get stonger and be able to do them from the ground level. So start with your hands on the edge of a bench, or something about that 1 foot or 30 cm high and keep your body straight, hips up and core strong and do push ups from your toes. If that’s still too hard, find something that is about waist high, and just focus on proper form of a regular push up from your toes.

Don’t give up on them, good luck! In addition to my regular workouts, I would include about 10 minutes of ‘push up practice’, and after about 2 months of being consistent, the progress started.

Someone share please? From doing these work outs do u find your legs getting thinner first or slightly bigger then much thinner?

Maybe we are using too heavy weights or maybe it’s our diet?

All opinions and experience welcome :)

  • Missy

  • Alisa

Zuzana, you have a gorgeous body, and I am so motivated to work out and eat clean. I’d like a body like yours!

Do you sell posters or pictures! I wish you would. I’d love to have a poster of you in my apartment, and one in my pocket so when I think of eating ice cream, I can look at your picture and remember the shape I want to be in. You are truly inspiring!

    Ahoj,

  • Steve O

It’ll be great if you can incorporate an archive search into the new site. So we can find workouts easier as opposed to going through all the groups to find a particular workout.
Isn’t life grand? We get this stuff free and we still get to make demands..lol
    Thx! you guys r great!

  • Lady Che

Go girl! Much love from Vancouver, Canada.

  • Sheridan

Do you swim with your face?!!!
That was a joke, of course. What a strange question. If anything, the face will get smaller because by swimming daily you’d lose weight. But muscles in your cheeks?! Impossible unless you’re vigorously munching on something while swimming…

  • Nerdgirl

I know this workout was supposed to be easier, but I am sore today! My hamstrings, my back (in a good way), my butt. Great workout. I love how working out gets rid of all the cobwebs in my body and mind! These workouts have yet to fail on that!
    Glad you are back!!!

  • Liny

  • Saskia

    Hi Zuzana,
i love your site and i found you on youtube…

I already saw a lot of videos from you, but never did a training.

3 days ago on 4th May, then i finally started one workout and I loved it!!!

I just did 4 different exercises and did all of them them 4 times again with the tabata intervall (20 – 10) and I wrote down how many reps I made of each exercis.
And the push ups I just made the girly version, with knees on the ground, cause currently I’m not so good at it, but I feel it get’s better each day.

It was very hard and the next day I felt sore, but I love it. Since then I tried 2 more Trainings (every day). I havent lost any kg, but I think it’ll take time?
And in the morning I just do some Burpees (to wake up) :)

I eat healthy, but sometimes forget my breakfast :( (i love eating!) and yesterday hat a pizza, but it was delicious and I think i can handle it ;)

But I still want to loose weight, but in a slow an healthy way and with no eating-dismisses, but i will cut down junkfood and sweets.

    Hope this will help?

And since this year I started dancing (musical and hip hop, twice a week for about an hour for hobby) and since i started these intervall workouts (just these 3 days) i noticed a strengh-increase for dancing. I was fitter and in better condition, then last week, bevor starting those intervalltrainings.

I think I’ll stick at first to the tabata intervall and then switch to any other intervalles ore other kind of workouts on your site.

    Thank you so much Zuzana,
and I think I’ll keep you informed about my goals of loosing fat and getting fitter, not slimmer ;)

    Greetings Saskia

  • Anthony

I wish to say thank you for the fitness videos. I will continue to watch and exercise to your videos. I am 19, and I am gaining the body I had when I was in football but better.

  • Missy

    Thanks Sarah

  • Adam

God-damn-it beautifull. God indeed must had put some work on you ;]

    20:12!

  • Anonymous

    8/2/2011: 18:49.

I looked at a different workout before doing this, so had that workout’s time (19:00) in my head as the time to beat.  I beat that…but I think that my time would have been slower if I knew my previous time was actually 20:12!  Trying to beat old scores really is a great motivator!

  • Kay

22 mins! The last time I did this it took me 25 mins! So I’ve improved by 3 mins :) those mountain climber with kicks are killer. yeesh! I added 10 mins after of hula hooping.
