I did this one after best ripped abs,  and I wanted to give up sooooooo much,  but I didn&#039;t!  took a few breaks though!  managed 9 rounds plus burpee for erin!</description>

		<description>10 complete rounds + 1 round of jump lunges. Last time I did this workout I did it in 12 rounds. but I think I was doing regular pushups and not 1 handed ones. This time I tried my best at the 1 handed ones. Ok, off to do 10 mins of hula hoop! bye guys!</description>

		<description>I completed 9.25 rounds in the 15 min.  Dripping in sweat.  The pushups held me back.  If I could actually *DO* a one arm push up, then I think I could have done more sets, but I ended up doing 4 regular pushups instead because one arm pushups are too ...  eh-hem ... advanced? for me.  BUT, BodyRockers don&#039;t give up, so I just did what I could and when I heard that final beep, I was THRILLED!! :) Thanks for a great workout!! </description>
