I just really need to get my life back together and on track. Not sure where it went wrong, but I know inside that I'm strong enough. I can do this :).. Just have my off days. Took another day to get things together since yesterday sucked, and I'm cleaning and organizing my room, and already I feel better and want to workout again :). It's funny how simple things can really be but at first can be so hard. I also have realized that music helps lift my mood.. And I barely ever listen to music, not even when I work out. So I'm listening to some upbeat music right now. I'm not saying that today is going to be like 'boom' lifestyle change, but I'm taking slow, easy steps to get there instead of everything all at once. :) thanks Zuzana, Freddy, an every single Bodyrocker out there. You are all extremely motivating, but I know it starts with myself before I can change! :) hopefully this little boost of confidence lasts.

...I laugh at myself for trying to think I can talk myself out of 4 minutes to workout!! ( I pick 4 minutes as I believe that is the shortest workout you have on your site!!)

...and the fact that I like the challenges you present...is what gets and keeps me going = )

I never had a problem exercising. I used to ride my mountain bike 6 to 8 hours a day. I love working, motivation isn't a problem when I set some goals and have plans if things need to be changed. People are mentioning depression I suggest people get some moderate sunlight exposure. TV and too much internet can cause depression on a lot of people so you should limit your exposure.

Okay, this is going to sound really really bad but this HONESTLY is what gets me moving. I think of my former fat and ugly friends who betrayed me, and that right there is what gets me motivated to exercise. I visualize myself running into them and saying, "Damn right, I'm better, stronger, and wayyy hotter than you." hahaha It's mean but that's what keeps me going!
