Hi Zuzana, I was wondering as you said you and Freddie choose to include or exclude meat form your diet but most of the times you exclude it, so what about like fish (salmon, tuna, sardines) do you include these in your diet as well??

After reading this article, I went downstairs to decide what to make for dinner so i could pull something out of the freezer. I chose fish and really had no idea how it would turn out. But it was really good! This is the recipe I made and it serves 4-5 people.

+ 5 small pieces of fish
+ half a sweet potatoe
+ split peas (Im not sure how much I used, I just poured)
+ 1 pepper (choose your fav colour)
+ 1 or 2 grated carrots (i used pre grated)
+ 2 apples cut into small pieces (a little smaller than bite size)
+ 2 green onions cut into small pieces
+ bite size pieces of cheese (i used old cheddar)

I boiled the sweet potatoe and split peas while I was cutting up the ingredients. Once it was ready, I dumped it all (minus the cheese) into a big frying pan with some water to cook it all up together with the fish. I also added some sea salt, pepper, and chili powder for taste. Once I knew the fish was cooked I added the cheese to the top so it could melt over the meal. Once the cheese melted it was ready to be served. careful its hot!

Now I'm hungry. Awesome guys! Can't wait for the next food video! PS I'm gonna get organized and begin a comprehensive work-out routine next month. I ran a half marathon in 2009 and was really hard for me but I finished (2:10 hrs). But with your work out routine, I can see that would benefit me greatly on my next marathon. Thank you guys for all that you do.
