New Weekly Workout Schedule

Hi BodyRockers,

To make things easier, we decided to take a new approach to the way we organize our workouts and challenges and break things down into a week by week format. Each week will have it’s own starting point and challenge with a particular focus. Every Sunday I will post a new schedule for the coming week so that you can easily follow the new workouts. I consider the schedule for this week very intense, so if you are a beginner I suggest that you incorporate more active rest days into your week. Three intense workouts a week is plenty for beginners so make sure that you are taking it easy and giving yourself a break when you need to. Your training should be slowly progressive in order to reach your goals and avoid overtraining.

This Week’s Schedule:

Monday – New Workout

Tuesday – New Workout

Wednesday – New Workout

Thursday – Active Rest Day (we will be sharing what we do on that day to stay active)

Friday – New Workout

Saturday – New Workout

Sunday – Active Rest Day (I will be posting the new schedule for the following week and sharing what we did for our ARD)

This week’s challenge is: No Sugar (because we are sweet enough)

This means no ice creams, cakes, biscuits, bonbons, chocolate, soft drinks, etc. Don’t even think about putting sugar in your coffee and tea. I believe that we all can do this – it’s only 7 days and we are doing it together. Stay strong.

I will be sharing some diet tips and recipes along the way this week, and you are always welcome to contribute to our new BodyRockers category and share your own experiences, stories, tips, diet approach, workouts, recipes etc. Send your pictures and words to bodyrockers@bodyrock.tv

I would like to also remind you of our new Official BodyRock.Tv  Facebook Group (everything else that you see on facebook has nothing to do with us) You can join with the link below.

  • Nicole

    Hello Zuzana and Freddie!
I just LOVE you guys! Thank you so much for what you are doing with Bodyrock.tv! It is absolutely amazing and has saved me a lot of money and added so many fun workouts to my weekly routine!
I do yoga everyday and I enjoy it. I don’t think I could ever give it up, but I was looking for something to add to my routine to sub the cardio(I was just getting bored with the same ole thing). A friend found your site through youtube and thought I might like the workouts you do, and I am so glad she led me your way! I really enjoy working out on a daily basis, though I do take rest days:) I enjoy challenging myself to see what I am capable of and your workouts to just that! I am a newbie to the body-weight type of training but I must say that I am hooked!
I’ve been going through your workouts and doing a different one for 5 days then I take 2 rest days(but still do yoga on those days). I can not wait for more workouts this week! As for the diet, I already do not eat junk-food. I don’t even remember the last time I had a soda:) I indulge every now and then but I keep it to a minimum. I enjoy the variety of the workouts so keep it up! I am now an avid follower!
Oh, and I have also tried some of the recipes and they are amazing! Thank you guys for sharing all that you do to help others live more active and happier lives!
    Nicole~
    Bodyrock.tv ROCKS!!

I am a beginner and started to follow his training as a beginner a few days ago and now I am full of muscle pain!:’( What should I do? Should I continue or wait for the pain to pass?

    Hi Zuzana and Fredrick,

I just thought that it would be really good if there was a feature on the blog that sends us an e-mail if someone has responded to our individual posts. That would make it so much more interactive and interesting for readers. That way even if someone is reading a really old post and asking a question or posting an answer to it, we’d get an e-mail that would notify us to check back on that post. It would be so much more informative to so many people this way. I know this is possible because there are sites that I receive e-mails from if someone has responded to our posts.

  • http://www.bodyrock.tv Larissa

I love that your doing weekly challenges! what a fantastic idea..and much easier to follow than a 30 day challenge. Thanks for challenge, I’m always up for one!

  • Kaitlyn

    Hey Zuzana and Freddy!

I have alot of things going on in my life that some people would think is an all time low. This month I lost my job, and my boyfriend went to Greece for his schooling and I will miss him alot. I have been following your videos and was so inspired but i never had the motivation to get up and do them. I think I’m gonna give this new challenge a chance to change my life! I am a farely big girl and i can say that I am a begginer. But I’m gonna do it. I’ll do it for myself to be healthy. And also to surprise my boyfriend for when he comes back to Canada ;)

Thankyou so much for all that you do. You are an inspireing woman and I will take all of this to heart. No excuses this time :)

  • http://bennyblackdog@comcast.net Cindy Pinckard

This is my usual workout schedule.I decided to add an extra day since you spoke about the one month challenge, but I am very glad to see I can go back to my regular schedule.

What time are the videos usually posted? I workout at 5am, so I may end up a day behind if the routine on Monday is not up by then.

  • Eden

Not having sugar for a whole week isn’t something I’d have a huge problem with not doing, but I’ve always set unrealistic goals, like, “NO SUGAR EVER AGAIN.” One week shouldn’t be a problem, and I’m hoping, after that, it’ll just become a lifestyle change. :D

  • Emilie

Hi ! I will try to do the challenge =) I was wondering when will you post the workout, i usually do it when i go back from work around 5h. I just want to plan my workouts.
Looking forward for those new workouts :)

  • http://flatbellyfast.org Micky H Corbett

    Hi Zuzana

You know I already do this! I hardly eat any sugary stuff at all these days, just fruit and nuts for snacks. Usually I have 1 bar of chocolate a WEEK! I actually have to force myself to eat a bar of chocolate now. And I used to really love my 80% cocoa dark chocolate.

I’ve done this by actually following an old challenge you guys had on the site, the “go off chocolate for 30 days challenge”, something like that. Well it was hard for the first couple of days but once you find something to replace it with you are fine.

I recommend buying the tubs of peaches, pears and pineapples that you see in the supermarket. You get about 5 or 6 days worth of fruit out of them for snacks, provided you don’t eat the whole thing. Stick a few pieces (4 or 5) of each fruit in a bowl and crumple some walnuts on them.

  • Josiane

    Hi Zuzana and Freddy!

You guys rock! You’re such a source of motivation! It’s hard to beleive that we still can have you and your workouts for free!!!

I hope you’re making money through this site because
we want you in our everyday workouts forever!!!

I shared your site with all my friends and me and my boyfriend are always competing together!

Thank you for everything and keep going!!!

  • Lori & Julia T – Canada

    Hi guys,

You guys are the best, I so much appreciate your dedication to your site. I am a dedicated bodyrocker and plan to send in pics soon. My oldest daughter Julia who is 7 almost 8 loves your site and videos too! She is a miniature bodyrocker and has tried several workouts with me. So you aren’t only targeting this generation but many to come, so thank you for all your hard work! We plan to do the no sugar challenge and my husband and I will be following your new weekly schedule.
You’ve had such a positive impact on our lives and we thank you for that!
    Keep rocking, Lori & Julia!

  • Sandra

It won’t let me join the facebook site :( even tho I have facebook.

  • Easter

    Hey sweet Zuzana,

I love when you put schedules now im arranged…i like the week’s challenge NO SUGAR…its been 5 years i dont have sugar in my kitchen-because i am sweet enough :):):)

Btw…im still waiting for the facebook member confirmation…
    Good Day…..

  • http://www.naughtyweds.com MrsNaughtywed

I am looking forward to your workouts this week!!!

  • Jin

We should also do ” no sodium week”… its a biggie in america.

  • Cristina

ah, this is great! I have marked these days in my workout journal already :) I am on a no-wheat challenge for the 3 weeks (food allergy…sad), so this is really great inspiration. Every morning when I finish one of these workouts, I feel so much better and in tune with myself, and find that I actually crave veggies… so something is definitely working!! kicking my diet soda habit is a little different story….

ps. Don’t know if you prefer working out without music but I found that Fedde Le Grand mixes go perfectly with some of your routines. It’s much more fun to dance in between different combos ;)

thanks for all that you guys do! don’t stop being awesome!

  • sandy

are smoothies with all natural fruit ok with protein powder mix?

  • C

This will be a challenge for sure, I work in an ice cream shop! LMAO!

  • Nicole

I totally agree! It’s very hard to cut out all sugar because we get sugar in so many different foods. I love fruit and the sweeter fruits help me with my sweet cravings, and I know the fruit is better for me than eating a chocolate bar or ice cream:) Just do your best to cut out the “junky sugar” as I call them. In high school, skittles and sour patch kids were my “junky sugar” happy times:)

  • Priscilla

Sou sua fã.Amo seus treinos, mas perco muito por não entender o inglês, seria possivel ter algo traduzido?Você é maravilhosa, sua familia abençoada.Parabéns!

  • Lizz

I’m 8 months pregnant so i can’t exactly do the workouts but I am going to do the no sugar challenge! I’m learning so much from your site and can’t wait until i can join in on it all. Thanks so much for your dedication and hard work!

  • becca

hey zuzi i promise to stick to this challenge.

question, what color is your natural hair? You look perfect either way so i cant tell, just curious

    thanks:)

  • Andra

“Hey, guys!” Love your website! It would be a bit hard for me to be on the same schedule as you, because of the time difference (I live in Romania) so when you’ll be posting the workout for tomorrow I’d probably be sleeping or something. So, I’m gonna have to change the weekly workout routine.
Anyway, keep up what you’re doing cause you’re really great!

  • BodyRock-Savvy

I’m in!… Gosh, I already have an appointment for birthday party this week, on Wednesday but I know I can do it… No cake and ice cream… I will stick to this challenge… Ok, today, Sunday, ARD? Let me see, what I will do.. Maybe kettlebell or bike, which one better? Please help me pick…

Fantastic! I think I can do the no-sugar for a week, I’ll definitely give it my all. I just got my Gymboss Interval Timer too! I can’t wait to try it out this afternoon. You guys are super inspirational, and I love the new hair style too, it looks AWESOME and really suits you. =]

    Blessings! =3

  • Catharine

    Hello to both of you!

I’m glad we’re hearing of a new challenge. I love the monthly challenges (and not just for the jewlery and makeup I buy as a reward to myself when I complete it)

Ever since the last no sugar challenge, my husband Roberto and I have been creating thirty day challenges of our own, perhaps you might join us on some of them. August 2010 was exercise every day for at least a half hour. September Brain Food. October is No Sugar the whole month until the 31 where we are allowed a reasonable amount. November is all organic and locally grown and raised food. December is the month to cut down on unnessesary calories. January 2011 is our month to try mostly raw foods. Feb. is our immune boosting burst month with foods to help our immune system and at least seven hours of sleep every month. March is portion control month with six or sven small meals, trying not to be hungry or full.

Hopefully we are already doing some of these in our daily life and the new habits will carry on.

Thank You for your constat inspiration and motivation!!

  • Juany Porras

    Zuzana,

I cannot wait for the week workouts. I love doing your workouts because they have really made a difference on my body. I workout from Monday thru Saturday so this challenge will be perfect for me. I am also on a strict meal plan so sugars are out of the question.

    Thank you so much,
    Juany

  • Michelle

This is so lame and I cant believe Im even going to admite to this but you commenting on my comment made my day!!!

  • mag

    cool!!
also you can share with us what you eat everyday during the day please just tell us and if you can a new recipe video that I love,
cereals count like food with sugar??
    thanks!
    I like you color hear!

  • Lizzy

A laid-out schedule will be motivating to me and a lot of the other bodyrockers! I’ve been doing pretty good at eating healthy though. I found that after awhile of not having my favorite sweet foods, I don’t even crave them too much anymore. I’d much rather have some nice, fresh bell peppers than a twinkie any day. I am so excited to see what the workout is for tomorrow. It’s like a surprise waiting for when I get off of work! I look forward to whatever challenge you throw at us. :) Thank you so much for your inspirational videos and blogs.

  • Melissa

    Hi Zuzana!

I’ve been following your workouts for a while now and I will definitely be following this week’s challenge!

I just wanted to ask one question. What time in the day is best to do your workouts? Mornings? It’s hard for me though as I wake up quite early to go to work and the only time during the day is at night after work… but I’m just wondering if this is still beneficial? Would it still be best to try and wake up early to do them in the mornings?

    Thanks so much!!!

  • Lisa C

    Hi Zuzana and Freddy,
A few days ago you asked for suggestions for new dietary challenges. I am not sure if anyone has suggested cutting out all added salt but I think it would be great to try for a week and/or month. In addition to further the challenge, don’t eat any prepared food that has over half the amount of calories as mg of salt. For example, if a frozen ‘health’ meal has 300 calories total, don’t eat it if it has greater than 150 mg of salt. What do you think?

  • Chanin

So glad you have a membership only Facebook page now :) It doesn’t matter what color you change your hair, you always look amazing. Not everyone looks good in every color. You are blessed :) Thanks again for all the inspiration. Looking forward to doing this weeks challenge!

  • Magalie

Oooooo… I have to finish my bday cake today then!!! lol

  • Diego

Hey Zuzana, I TOTALLY LOVE YOUR WORKOUTS!! I love them!!!
Thanks for all the awesome workouts.
I will surely send you a picture of my progress once I get my six pack :)
And I have a question, I saw on one of your posts that you were going to say how to construct a lot of muscle for men with your workout but I haven’t seen anything about that. Could you please tell us how to do it? PLease???
Mockrát vám děkuji za vaše cvičení Zuzana, prostě nevím, kolik lidí žije měníte!
    Jsem naprosto vděčný za všechno!
    -Diego

  • Tam

Thank you so much for all you do. You have really found your passion and we, who watch you, benefit immensely from it. Love your hair! Thank you again.

  • Susan

What about fruit? There’s natural sugar in it.. so are you not eating any fruit at all? I don’t know if I can live without it!

  • LisaE

Hi! I have been on my own no sugar challenge since December of 09. Eating super clean(healthy) and working out hard. I am mega bummed not much has happened or happening. Now I am working with a PT to recover from a inguinal strain. :( Sorry if I seem gloomy, not my goal. I would like to thank you for some great workouts and the encouragement. My goal is to compete in a marathon. Again, keep up the great work. XX Lisa

  • squirrel

I think it’s just such a great idea!!
it is better to motivate ourselves for a short period of time and change the challenge every week because a month may seem a bit too far and not concrete enough! Having a short term challenge is much easier…GREAT GREAT IDEA!

    LOVE

  • Maja

Looking forward to the challenge! I just made an awesome eggplant lasagna that i wanted to share with u.
2-3 eggplants (slice, coat in olive oil, salt, pepper & bake in over till soft and browned)
    28oz no salt crushed tomatoes
a sauteed blend of garlic, onions, sliced mushrooms
slices of toasted whole grain (hearty) bread

    sauce:
italian spices, salt, pepper, crushed tomatoes, balsamic vin.

    in your dish make layers.
sauce first, then toasted bread, sauce, eggplant, sauce, mushroom/onion blend
sauce, more eggplant. Then i put sliced tomatoes ontop for garnish. pop it in the oven 400 F until it’s cooked.

I change it up every time but their is always bread, tomato sauce & eggplant.
    u guys are awesome!

  • Bobbi K.

I will have no problem with this. The thing is your workouts are so awesome to me that I’ve totally changed my lifestyle because of them.
I feel great so it’s easy for me to pass up the kitkat at work and the soda’s after about 4 days of not having one they aren’t very refreshing to me. All I want it water or tea lol It came almost involuntary. I keep remembering what you said about if you fall off the workout routine for too long it’s harder to get back to where you were before which ends up making the end result a lot harder to reach. I work so hard already I guess I just don’t want to ruin it. I love your new schedule and your hair is beautiful!

  • Frederick

You just have to worry about junk foods :)

  • Paula.

I didn’t even recognize you with your hair darker like that! I saw it before, but you must have died it darker again. I was looking for the new video post ( as I generally do daily) and I couldn’t find it in my news feed! But it was right there in front of me, I just didn’t realize it was you.
Its look amazing by the way. =]

  • Frederick

Great idea… I will add it to our list :)

  • mag

    and cerals?? yes or not?

  • Nicole

Starting it out a little rough on that challenge ‘eh? :) No sugar. So hard! For me, partly because it is so addicting, and partly because it’s laced (yea like the drug that it is) into just about every food (here in America). But I will cut down….no sweets and no white carbs.

Oh I had a question for you, Zuzana….would you consider Yoga (Hatha-Vinyasa style) to be an active rest activity?

  • mag

and granolla bars are sugar o not??

  • Bridget

    Love this!!
… I’m excited about the “Weekly Challenges” too. We can do anything for just 7 days!

  • Nicole

    LOL! NICE!
That’s so something I would do too. (now it’s got me thinking….what’s still lurking in the fridge/pantry that I should “get rid of” before monday??) LOL

  • http://bodyrock Terry

Im in! Love the hair color Z!

  • Nicole

probably sugary cereals…like apple jacks and fruit loops. Those all have like 20+ grams of it. but I think if you’re in the single digits….9 grams….it’s ok….depending on the other nutritional info.

  • Lisa

Great time to follow the southbeach lifestyle.

  • http://heartshapedsky.vox.com ami

Hello! Love your workouts so so much! Life changing & I’m telling everyone I know about you! Big Love!

Just wanted to mention one of my favorite treats is making raw vegan ice cream out of ripe frozen bananas (I peel them, break them into pieces & freeze them after they have lots of yummy sugary brown spots) then place a bunch of chunks into my food processor and in a few minutes you have amazing soft serve! Seriously perfect dessert!

  • BodyRock-Savvy

and speaking of natural sweet (fresh fruit), what about a natural sweetener like Stevia, is that allowed?? I don’t know if I can drink my coffee without stevia and coffee creamer… anything else, I don’t crave for sweets like chocolates, cakes, ice cream or any junk food since I finished the 30 days no sweet (but I drunk coffee with cream and little sugar, that all.)

Please let me know if I can still use my stevia… Thanks.

  • Chantelle

I absolutely love this challenge! So in!

  • Sharon

what about cereal? is that considered a no? and fat free milk…and italian salad dressing or yogurt? because i’ve been having a lot of those these past few days… :(

  • Tegan

It’s like you read my mind. Been thinking of doing some sort of detox after a very naughty weekend of bad eating. Looking forward to doing your workout this afternoon!
    :)

  • Amanda

HEY was just wondering, since its hard to cut out sugar and since there are sugar in literally everything you eat, are you going to be telling us what you are eating for this week, like how your diet is w/o sugar? I just think it would be really helpful.
    Thanks
    btw you guys R awesome!!!!

  • Christine

Your workouts are so encouraging, thank you so much for your dedication and hard work; what an inspiration!

  • Jess

How early in the morning are the workouts posted? I would like to do them but I need to be up and ready for work early…

  • Randi

    Hello Zuzana and Frederick-

I just wanted to let you know what a blessing your website has been to my life.

My entire life I have been on a roller coaster, losing and gaining the same weight over and over. Now that I have ideas for working out at home and when I travel, I have no excuses not to get in at least 15 minutes a day. I also understand how to maximize my workouts without spending a boring hour at the gym. I am stronger, healthier and wear smaller sized clothes than ever in my life!

I was just thinking about how can I add new challenges to my workouts and diet, and your new schedule idea is just what I need. Thank you again for being such a blessing in my life.

    Best,
    Randi

  • Caitlin

This is a wonderful idea! I love the workout schedule, as well as the no sugar challenge! I am looking forward to this week’s workouts. =]

  • AtalantaRunning

    Hi Michelle,

I have been going through a rough patch also for the past year, and especially these past three months. I was in a slump and starting to get plump (hehe). But this site has really inspired me to get moving again and get back to my old self. I am not as ripped as Zuzanna (sigh) but seeing my body getting more defined and best of all feeling stronger again definitely boosted my morale. I now try to do some sort of activity/exercise everyday at least just to get active again to distract myself; and when I look at the mirror and see the improvements, it keeps me going, don’t want to waste my progress :) Good luck and God bless us

  • Anna

    Hi Zuzana !
I was just wondering where do you recommend starting? I haven’t exercised in some time and have grown quite weak. I can’t even do one push up. Eventually I’d like to work up to these workouts, but who knows how long that could take.
Thank you for the videos, they have motivated me to start taking my diet and exercise seriously again

  • Kitty

Great idea for a week only challenge to cut out sugar…much easier for most to accept.

Just a suggestion for the following week; cut back on sodium or start looking at labels and start calculating how many milligrams of sodium people are consuming daily!
Sodium is the cause of more health issues than many realize.
The Bodyrock platform would be a great way to include this education. (maybe you already have in the past, and if this is the case, I apologize, but either way it would be great to revisit).
What grabs me the most is that we’ve been told for so long that 1200mg of sodium is the maximum daily allowance, but very rarely have I seen what our daily requirement for health is…a scant 250mg.
To put it in perspective…a hamburger at the average fast food chain has somewhere between 400-800 mg of sodium…
Not that most bodyrockers are eating alot of fast food…but once you become aware of the numbers; what you need to function physiologically and your maximum daily limit, you may begin to look at your food choices in a different way.
    There…my rant for the day!
    Kitty

    HOW MUCH IS TOO MUCH?
How Your Daily Sodium Intake Measures Up

Daily sodium needed for basic physiological functions: scant 1/8 tsp = 250mg sodium

Daily sodium limit for seniors: 1/2 tsp salt = 1,200mg sodium

Daily sodium limit for adults: scant 1 tsp salt = 2,300mg sodium

Daily sodium the average American consumes: heaping 1 1/2 tsp = 4,000mg sodium

  • Malletina

Hey Guys!! I’m really looking forward to this week with no sugar. Knowing everyone else is in is so motivating. I think the hardest thing will be to not put sugar in my coffee.

Have you guys ever done a water challenge, to fit in your 8 glasses a day?

    XO

  • susan

I am going to visit china, small island 20mins by ferry from HongKong, next week. I wish I could still follow your workout there, but my husband said that it may block in there. that means I am unable to see this website. anyway, it is terrible hot there, and I have to miss your workout at least two weeks. I will follow your challenge, no sugar, during this two weeks. for me, no moon-cakes

thank you, Zuzanna and your hub.

  • Val from Quebec

I’m in for the challenge too! But is Splenda allowed in the coffee? It has 0 calories, so I don’t know?

  • http:/fitnesshealthwhateverelse/.blogspot.com/ Amanda (Maryland)

I’ll join you on the no cakes and all & junk food, but I need sugar in my coffee lol.

  • Mary

So, i think cereal like all bran and rice krispies are just fine but dont go into the sugary cereal like fruit loops and so. And for granola bars, i’d eliminate them completely for the week because event though they claim to be healthy, they are usually quite sugary…but hey, thats just what I think! Good luck with the challenge :)

  • Fallom Jimenez

Frederick, is it Honey out of the challenge as well?

  • J2

Enjoy the life that surrounds you
each and every moment with open eyes
    open heart and open mind
Breathe life as you breathe air
and acknowledge everyone that looks upon you
for the world is forever changed by you

    Thanks a thrillion

  • Ana J

I am in with the no sugars..but its artificial sweeteners allowed?..just for my coffee..I love your hair color Suzanna it always looks really pretty but I really like this color on you…

  • Nicole D Lopez

Zuzana, you look really great. I don’t know if it’s the hair, the outfit, the mood, or what, but you look fantastic!
This weekly plan is amazing and I’d like to thank you very much for coming up with this. I think this will work really well and help to keep me motivated.
The weekly challenge is really great too! I did the last sugar challenge with you and it was incredible. I learned a lot about how to eat without sugar. I have kept a lot of those habits as well, so it was a really beneficial thing to do.
I am actually glad to hear about the ARDs because today I went White Water Rafting with my Mom and my new college and it wiped me out lol. I was wondering how I would complete an intense workout on top of that…
Anyway, thanks for your brilliance, you two :)

  • Nicole D Lopez

This “Water Challenge” is a kick-ass idea!

    I vote YES.

    How about next week?

  • Bernice

    Heylo!

This challenge sounds great! Since I’m in Japan and a day ahead of yall, I’ll perform the workout prior to this post as my Monday workout!! The ARD’s will definitely help. And Thursdays and Sundays are the perfect days for my rest days.

    It’s awesomee because you’re awesome :D

  • Iris

Hi I am sure stevia is ok.Because it doesn’t make a difference to your diet if you eat it or not, cause it has no kalories.

  • http://viviany.tumblr.com Vivian

Hi! I’ve been reading your website and watching your videos for a while now, but I have not had the time or energy to workout or eat smaller portions! I’m super excited that it’s all about to change! :) I’m prepared to get in shape before heading back to school. I’ll keep you updated! (: – Vivian-without-sugar-for-a-week

  • Lydia

Well of course I’m in, but we’ve done this one. Next week make it no salt. :)

  • Hanka from Czech Republic

Hi Zuzi! I love your advices! Just one week I try your workouts and I plan I stay active with you and abide with your advices! I want to be slender and fit! Thank you to much about your tips and I will send you my produce if I will be successful!:)
Moje angličtina není moc dobrá, ale doufám, že je to alespoň trošku srozumitelný!:)

  • Charles Rodriguez

Alright, I can’t wait to start this challenge! So far I’ve kept up with the challenges and haven’t failed.

  • http://lucky2505.jimdo.com Simone

    Hi!

I’m in!! And I would like to share another workout with you. It’s interval training with 3 different combos.
    Here’s the workout breakdown:

    Combo#1:
    1. Jump Squats
    2. Tricep Push Ups (on feet or knees)
    3. V-Crunches
(set your timer for 5s rest and 20s training, 12 rounds = 5min)

    Combo#2:
    1. Mountain Climber
    2. Side Jump Planks and Jump (like Burpees on the side without push ups ;-))
    3. Side Jump Lunges
    (timer setting like #1)

    Combo#3:
    1. Step Ups (alternating legs after each round)
    2. Elevated Push Ups with 2 reptiles after each push up
(set your timer for 10s rest and 20s training that you have enough time to switch the position for the elevated push ups, 10 rounds = 5min)

The workout seems to be pretty intense. I will try it tomorrow morning and it lasts 15min. I’m looking forward to it and to your new challenges =)!

  • http://ikarusgreatdanes.goods.officelive.com Claudia

By the way, your new hair color makes you look stunning. A very exotic look!

  • Uyanga

    Hi Zuzana and Freddy,

I just found out about your website yesterday and i’m totally in love with it. I’m starting my fitness TODAY :-) and i’m on board with no sugar diet week.

Thank you for all your hard work and time

Good luck everyone with this week’s challenge!!! :-)

  • Maya

I really like to hear you speak and to see you doing other stuff and not only workout because it some how inspires me more. I’ve been really bad with my workouts lately, I lost motivation so seeing you really helps. I admire your body everyday more and more, your body is the only thing that keeps me going.
Now, sugar is not my problem, I eat sugar only from fruit, but lately (I don’t know whats happening with me, I never had problems before) I started to eat too much. I eat and I get to the point where I feel full and even than is hard to stop, but since I eat mostly raw vegetables and fruit its not that bad. I have no idea what is going on with me!

  • Natasya

Am in. I always wanted to follow your challenges…no Sugar, etc. But one month seemed to long. Now I’ll see what will happen in one week.
    Have fun,
    Natasya

  • Gina

I`m also in for the challenge.
I just gave my coffee with sugar to a colleague and now I have one without sugar.

7 weeks ago i decided to stop eating chips (in american crisps) and 5 weeks ago I stopped eating sweets. I still eat icecream, but not this week.

If I can do without chips and sweets, I`m sure we all can do one week without sugar!

    Gina

  • Timea

Romania? Where? I am from Romania too but live in California.

  • Timea

I am in. This will be my 5th week with no sugar for me.

  • Miss_P

You’d be surprised, even cereals like plain rice crispies has sugar in it!I’ve been learning to read labels properly and you’d be shocked to see how much sugar there really is in foods, even though it may seem sugar free.

  • http://www.janetspreiter.com Janet

I was just sitting here watching this and eating some cinnamon (read sugar) topped graham crackers dipped in Lilikoi cream cheese. Now I have to eat the whole pack this evening. I will do my absolute best :)

  • http://www.bodyrock.tv/ Zuzana – BodyRock.Tv

    HI Maya,

I have been through this many times in my life. It’s called emotional eating. It’s not a good thing so try to really pay attention to how much you eat and cut your portion sizes down.

  • muriel

    Hey guys! ;-)
    Your t-shirt is soooo cute!
I`m in for your challenge! (And what a challenge this will be…!)
    You`re my inspiration!
    :X

  • http://www.janetspreiter.com Janet

Reading your post reminded me of when I was that age I used to watch Jack LaLane workouts on TV (only a few channels to choose from back then, and black and white, too), and it made a lasting impression on me. I didn’t know anyone who looked as healthy and fit as him, and I recall it was such a fascinating idea that you could actually change the way your body was shaped by doing exercise and eating right. Inspirational people are hard to find; Zuzana (and Freddy, too) is one of them!!

  • http://www.janetspreiter.com Janet

Ugh…I am stuffed. Couldn’t finish the crackers so I had to treat the dogs to the last bit to get rid of them!

  • Chris

I’ll try this challenge too … But it will be hard ! I love chocolate too much and … I have to cook a chocolate cake for my youngest daughter’s birthday this week ! But I found a recipe without sugar added and without butter – I’ll try it ;-)
    I’ll do my best !

    What about honey ??

  • Sandra & Marcel

    Hi Freddy and Zuzana!

Yes, we finally did it… we made you a workout spoof!!! You guys can see it at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LvNQksK3rac

Sandra and i hope you’ll like it, we had a lot of fun making it… but i guess we’d better stick to rock climbing from now on, it’s way more safe! :-)

We hope your trip is going fine, we’re reading all the updates. Love your new hair colour!!!

    Bye and take care,
    Marcel & Sandra

  • Katia

Great. I’m already on a diet so no sugar for me. :)

  • Rea

    Use common sense…

Everything that is “processed” = junk! (That includes cereal, granola bars, protein bars, anything that says ‘bar’, anything with the words Sugar,Glucose,Corn syrup,Molasses,High Fructose Corn Syrup,Rice Syrup,Sucrose – and so on – these are all names for added sugar) junk is also most prepared stuff you buy, including sandwiches for example. You can never know what they put in it for taste or as preservative.

Fruits have sugar that is unprocessed so you can eat them, and I believe that stevia is ok to use in a no-sugar challenge as it is a plant=unprocessed=not junk.

Honey is also unprocessed but remember to consume honey and fruits in moderation!

Splenda is junk since it’s sugar that was chemically altered to have no calories.

If you wanna be extra “religious” about this challenge, keep in mind that:
    -Salad dressings contain sugar.
-Dried fruits have huge amounts of sugar in them, as the drying process sucks the water out leaving mostly sugar, so eat less of them
-Stuff like coconut milk, canned tomato sauce/puree, peanut butter or balsamic vinegar sometimes contain added sugar – check the label, make sure it doesn’t say ‘sugar’ in the ingredients list. I was surprised how many of the ‘natural’ or ‘exotic’ foods I buy contain added sugar of the worst kind (High Fructose Corn Syrup).
-I would eliminate sugar from coffee, even if you’re using just a pinch – your mouth will get used to the bitterness of the coffee and everything else will taste better!

    Good luck

  • Daniela Tolentino

    hi,

m just checking your web. my cousin recommended me your exercise. I would like to start and have flat stomach like u. can u advice some good hint what to do?M going to gym and doing sit ups as well 3 times per week 5O sit ups.

I’m in! I was thinking of doing this to rewire my body and cravings anyway so this is the perfect timing to do it while I have all of you doing it with me! This is going to be so cool. Thanks Z and Freddy. Loving the new hair color and style.

  • Marta

    I’m in too!
I’ve already gave up sugar some time ago, but I was on a holidays… so you can imagine how did it end. I’m really looking forward to this challenge.
Too bad there’s so much difference in our times. When you’re posting something on 29, it’s already 30th and Monday in here ):

  • Hector

Hi guys, i love your website. You are helping me to get my targets and i have no words enough to thank you.

PD: Sorry for the way to express myself, i’m spanish ;)

  • Monika

I´ve been doing LCHF since May. It takes away the sugar urge. :D

  • Julie

I’m in! It’s going to be difficult at first (lots of sweets around our office) but I’m going to do it!

  • Marketa

    Ahoj Zuzko a Frederick,
when will you upload Monday’s workout? I would like to start the new challenge with you guys, but there is quite different time in the Czech Republic. I don’t wanna miss todays exercising (1pm – now). Is it ok to exercise in the evening (after work)? Thank you.

  • sandra

I am doing this challenge too! My sugar cravings have diminished a lot since eating clean…I feel so much better and my acne disappeared!!! No more skin problems… Thanks for being such an inspiration, I’m always thanking :))) But, you guys are the way out of misery for many of us!!! So, we’re continually grateful every new post~ Lish

  • http://www.philadelphiahcgdiet.com Michael

I really appreciate your new system of letting us know the plans in advance. It’s a coincidence that I actually decided to eliminate all sugar and substitutes from my diet yesterday and then I watch this video today and your health challenge is to eliminate suger.

  • moana

What timing! I’ve been going hard with the daily workouts and today was the first day I woke up annoying-sore (not happy-sore) and just bone-tired…and craving CARBS. Though I’m usually better disciplined, I ended up eating a bunch of candy that was left around the office, and then feeling icky afterward. So am up for the no-sugar-week challenge, but also prepping some good carb foods, like sweet potatoes, which will hopefully satisfy my body’s craving for fuel without undoing all the hard work!

  • MsBeni

Sugar does not necesarily refer to only sweet things. Some foods we think are healthy such as MOST or ALL cereals out on the market have some sort of sugar in it.

Sticking to the organic stuff is best (:

I did the Melt the Fat Off Your Body workout.. I think that’s what its called. It didnt feel so intense after I did it..because I thought I rushed through the workouts especially the side crunches…That’s until I started to walk after the workout..My body felt so heavy! Haha..

I love your new hair btw! It suits you and makes you look like a celebrity :D Freddy is so lucky.

The no sugar challenge should be easy…I say that and I find myself picking up a cookie or having a spoonful of icecream! Yikes :P

  • http://httpwww.bodyrock.tv Karmen

hi! just wanted to tell you to be carefull! staying that ripped and eating so small portion will defenetly cause you problems! like amenorrhea! i have it ! take care!

  • Penny

I ate the rest of the cookies on Sunday before I saw this LOL. My jaw dropped when you said no sugar… but then I decided I’d do it… but then I decided it’s not a good week for that because I’ll be on the road and I won’t have many options on what to eat… and now I’m thinking that’s just an excuse! I’ll pack fruits and stuff in the car. =)

  • Melany

    I’m in for the challange.
Tonight is the birthday of my boyfriends mother.
And I don’t gonne eat some pie;)..
    I stick to my diet.
    And You’re workouts are awesome.

    That sounds awesome!

  • Jessica

Hi Zuzana and Fedie: I found your website about 3 months ago, I started off slowing and got so addicted to the results that I was doing your workout’s 6 day weeks. I have one 5 year old son and when I was prego I gained ALOT of weight, (about 60 pounds), and lost a good 40 with in the next 3 years and then 2 years ago i quit somking, yaahhhhhh! BUT then I gained it all back. Now I’m a homemaker who also watches my sisters kids while she’s at work. I love your work out bacuse it’s fast.
After workingout Saturday both my knees hurt when I walk up the stairs & when I got up sunday morn they still hurt. So I went to the doc Sunday morn and he told me that I pulled a ligament, and that I need to stay off my legs for a couple days and then do some light exercising for a couple WEEKS…:_( and just as i’m starting to feel some results. I don’t know what to do, I don’t want to stop, but I don’t want to make it worse. It’s gotten to the point that on the day’s I don’t work out I feel like chrap and I don’t have much energy, I’m just a lump on the couch! And I need ALOT of energy to run afer 4 kids.

    Thanx!
    Jessica

  • Alia

    Wow!
Living in the middle east I have let myself go, but now am really motivated.
    Your energy is amazing.
    Thanks

  • Blond girl

I can give up all sweets no problem, but where I faulter is sugar in my coffee!! I only drink 1/2 a cup a day, but I have not been able to resist putting in a teaspoon of sugar!! It’s so hard because coffee tastes like boiled dirt without a cream and sugar in it. It is so strange too that I could add this much straight sugar without it tasting too sweet because since excluding sugar and sweets from my diet and eating slower, I have now become so sensitive to the natural sweetness of foods.

  • TAMMY

Love bodyrock.com… For an easy way to know if the sugar you are eating is acceptable…think this way …if it is man made the sugar is no good for you….but if it grows from the earth the sugar is needed for your brain to function…….so cereal in a fancy box is made by man….however, plain oats (oatmeal) from the earth, so eat it with fruit….Zuzana, you are an inspiration and hope that you know how much you affect people’s lives by sharing apart of yourself with all of us. You truly motivate me. You are absolutely adorable! But you are more than impressive when it comes to fitness!!

  • Taty

    Hi Zuzana,

I really liked when you posted pictures of what you ate throughout the day. I know it was probably time consuming for you to photograph it all, but it was really helpful to see what type of things you are eating, and the portions. With this no-sugar challenge, that may help people understand more of what you should and should not eat for this challenge, and also how much. You guys should try to do something similar again!!

  • Zac

Here it goes!!! No sugar for the whole entire week! I’m excited because I feel far more confident in my personal will power to complete the 1 week opposed to the longer 1 month without sugar!

I’ve never done without sugars before, I’m willing to press through, any tips for how to deal with sugar spacific cravings?

Do you reccomend sweetners like splenda or suger twin?

    THANKS :)

  • Camila

I loved this new schedule. And the fact that we are doing this challenge together, gives me more motivation to do it. Great idea. So, no sugar for a week. Thank you!

  • Alexa

Hi Zuzana! Wonderful idea with the active rest days.

I love your new hair. But someone said on utube to get a bit lighter and with more volume in order to look hot hot. You still look hot but like that you’d be hot-hot.

    Luv u’r workouts.

I won’t use any sugar this week, but if I use honey or stevia still counts?

  • Bree M

That’s great! I’ve been living without any junk food, not one bit, for about 5 months now. I feel amazing my body looks amazing and even my running coach has noticed a difference. It really helps when you eat what your body is designed to eat. Good luck you guys!

  • Robin

I just started this weekend. I’m a little confused about which workout to do today, as yesterday I did the next video on the homepage: Butt Fat Melt Down! Workout. It might help to either link or list the workouts to use for each day, or if it doesn’t matter to explain that. I love your workouts and really appreciate having you as my new personal trainer.

    thanks,
    Robin

  • Aby

    Hello Zuzana and Freddy!

Thank you so much for this new organized way of taking our plan into action. This will help us keep focused! :)
I also have a question about yogurt…. I know it could be high in sugar… i eat Light and Fit yogurt about twice a week… how is this??

Thank you! love you all!! :)

  • http://www.fotolog.com/flavia23rj FlaviaRJ

Great!! I think I can’t go without sugar, but I’ll give a try, I’m sick so I won’t workout untill I get better.. The weather here in Brasil – Rio de Janeiro, is pretty crazy, one day is super hot and in the other day rains a lot, so my body got a cold… =/
Hope I’ll get better soon to back to workouts!
By the way… LOVED your new hair color, much better!! Really loved!!

  • Gia

Hey, I just found your site and I can’t wait to get started..I just do not know when you post your videos or where your blog is that explains the exercises…. so could you direct me?

    Thanks! your videos are amazing!!

  • ADJ

    Timea,

5 weeks, that’s good. Do you mean no added sugar and no more of boxed cereals?

  • Nephthalie

    I’m in!!!! It’s only 7 days!

  • Elinec63 from FRANCE

I’m in for this “No Sugar Week” challenge !!
It was hard for me today to drink my coffee without sugar but I haver to stay strong !
The fact that bodyrockers do the same is very motivating !!

  • Mickela

    Hi bodyrockers.
I don’t eat cakes and desserts or chocolate it doesn’t appeal to me.
what I like is wine, so I will cut down on that for the challenge.
I have also gotten to the point where I feel weird if I don’t work out once a day, even if it is a short workout.

I will keep up with this challenge I think it will be good dicipline.

  • Naimah

I have helped convert yet another potato into a Bodyrocker!

  • Helen L.

    Hi Zuzanna and Freddy,

When I took your 30 day challenge I had to think about it in 10 day increments so it didn’t feel so tough. And I actually made it for 30 days no sugar!!!
That first week, of the month challenge I saw big changes in my body: I dropped 5 pounds and was able to fit into clothes I had not worn in forever. Your workouts combined with eating healthy has helped me sculpt my body my body leaner. I can see my abdominal muscles and my shoulders are looking sculpted. I feel so good. I have been following you since July 11 2010. So almost 2 months.

This weekly deal is awesome. I want to share your workouts with everybody.

Oh….I just purchased Mark Lauren’s book: Your Body is your Gym. It looks like an inspirational read! So excited to get it.

You guys are amazing. I look forward to your postings every day.

    Thank you!!!!!

    Helen

  • squirrel

Pretty hard challenge… I did this for one month cos the doctor told me to.

And last but not least – Zuzana, welcome to the world of brunettes – looks good on you! :)

  • Nikki

Hey! Sounds great! Just one question, where do you stand when it comes to natural sweeteners such as honey? Just wondering :)

  • http://www.bodyrock.tv/ Zuzana – BodyRock.Tv

I will be posting the workouts every day. I had my workout for today already and we will post it shortly. Freddy is just working on it.

  • Puja

    Hi Zuzana and Freddy,

I found out about your website last week and over the past weekend I have come to absolutely love it. Your body is the by far the best I have ever seen and boy do you look great :)
I am from India and had trouble losing weight for a long time due to my diet and perhaps incorrect exercising habits. I love working out and I have managed to shed 15 pounds last year by researching on HIIT. I have ever since stopped spending hours in the gym. But I had run out of new ideas of exercising and have reached a plateau. I am not looking to lose more weight but lose more and more fat. I am so excited to have found your site which is exactly what I was looking for…

Keep encouraging and motivating all of us out there trying to live a healthier and better life and looking good at doing that :)

    Lotsa love
    Puja

Zusana: You are a beautifull and sexy women regardless of your hair color. However, I feel you sparkle when you are blond.

  • Timea

Yes,I only eat fruits. Usually one apple, one medium grapefruit and 1 cup berries. No sweetener, no cereal. I like oat cooked in water and .25 cup milk and a small banana. Yummm :)
I actually don’t eat sugar since 2001 but had honey and agave syrup. Agave syrup’s glycemy index is low but they are still not as good as fruits. I will try to stick with this no sugar habit. If a crave chocolate I eat a half apple and I am good. Later a cup berries with yogurt. So far it is easy. ;) I trick my body with healthy sweets. :)
    I love these challeges ;)

    zuza,

If I were to do the weekly challenge with you, could I still engage in cardio workout in a gym (like running on threadmill, free weights) or do you think I should just stick with your program?

  • Timea

Cool, I am from Oradea. Did you start the challenge? You can do an older workout for today and tomorrow do our new Monday workout. Next week you will be fine. Or take Monday off.

  • Georgia

This is great it will really help us to keep focused and organized! One week no sugar I think Ican do that!

  • Erika Ashley

    Hi Zuzana!

Where is the first workout for today?

  • Valerie Paul

Since I work out at 5:30am, I Had to do one of your older ones today- fat ass burn off. I look forward to your new one tomorrow am. I really hope I can do the no sugar thing. I already do not use sugar in my coffee or tea. I eat oatmeal plain too. Can we use a little Stevia?- the natural plant based sweetener if we have to? Looking at the challenge in 7 day increments is genious! I hope to go until the 17th of Sept- my birthday on the sugar free thing. I Heard that your body does not register sugar under 5 grams , is this correct? I have the workouts down, but this will give my diet a boost! Thanks for the daily inspiration

  • Asia

Oh no I’ve just ate my grandmother’s cake;/ but I really like to join your challenge. So this is the end of sugar for this week.I really love the way you motivate me Zuzana, it always works;) So good luck Bodyrockers:D

And by the way, I love your hair! But all the blonde girls who change their hair to brunette will either get married or have a baby!

I think that my program is intense enough, but you can still do your regular cardio on your active rest day if you feel like it.

  • deni

I’ve changed my mind, you look better brunette!

If you all want a great resource for clean eating, pick up a copy of the Clean Eating Diet by Tosca Reno, another lovely Canadian lady!
She says kick sugar to the curb too!
She gives a good lay out on how to eat to lose weight, to maintain and to lean out for special occations. Very different eating styles from each other. Based on real food, no calorie counting.

I am not in any position to give advise since I find it impossible to lose weight. But if I need to fix a sugar craving I eat dates and almonds. Safeway sells these great little date roll thingys in the produce section. Watch out tho, the have a lot of calories!
A cup of tea with agave nector or honey helps too, but again, calories.
Thanks for the beginner tips Zuz. It is also great to hear that these work outs might be too intense for some beginners. I love working out this way, but I did put my back out, and now I have to wait for it to sort out before I can work out again. My body is not conditioned enough yet to work out like this. I have so much work to do to get there. But I am inspired, non the less, and will keep watching!

  • Buffy

Buy the way, Zuz and Freddy, where did you end up after all?

  • Chrissy

    Puja,

Can u share your workouts that you did HITT, I use to be the same with hours in the gym, I now have to rest from hard workouts due to amenorrhea from marathon training. I would love to have something to go back to like your workouts/diet advice when I can return to more intense exercise!

  • Adrian

Hi My girlfriend just showed me your site and before I couldn’t motivate myself. So I saw your site and was intrigued with your routines. I tried your hotel room routine and was sore for two days. It was a great feeling so Im ready to do this weeks challenge and I have been doing no sugar for a week so whats one more week. lol. good luck everyone and thank you Zuzana.

  • Katie

I’m so in for this challenge! I’ve never been able to give up sugar (I don’t have it in my tea or coffee, but I’m addicted to cookies!) so I am determined to not eat sugar this week!
I love the hair. The dark color suits you so well!

I had an idea for a fitness challenge. I know I often skip warming up before and stretching out after since I stopped dancing and I am challenging myself to get into the habit of doing all that. Maybe it would be a good week’s challenge?

Thank you for the workouts! I love them and they are giving new ideas to challenge my workouts!

  • Liana

It’s funny, I was planning to take the day off from doing intense workouts because I did so many in a row, but I’m always up for a challenge, so I’m sticking to the schedule. :D

I was also intending to treat myself to a chocolate bar this week, but I won’t, in order to take part in the no-sugar challenge! I don’t eat storebought cereals, breads, pastas etc. so any of those nasty ‘hidden’ sugars will be easy to avoid. I also only drink water, so I don’t have to worry about adding sugar there.

Thanks for setting up the schedule for us, Zuzana!

  • ADJ

    diky.

  • ADJ

Thanks Timea. I’ll give it my maximum effort. But I won’t begin banning sugar until Sept 1st just to help acclimate my brain..LOL ;)

  • Nikki

Not eating sugar for a week will be easy for me. I’m not a huge sweet person anyway. However, the only sugar thing that I use is honey in my tea. Incase this is still something you wouldn’t eat than I will cut it out. But would you still put honey on the list as sugar?

  • Canadachic

Haha, me too! I already had ‘sugar’ today in the form of homeade blueberry bran muffins! Yikes, this challenge is going to be hard! LOL

  • SisterWorks

bye, bye vino! I’m in for the challenge.

  • Tameshia

    Hi Z & Freddie,

I’ve been doing your workouts since March & I love them!! I’m gonna try the “no sugar” week, however, will honey work? I love honey & lemon in my green tea. Let me know if I can’t have it & I’ll try to make it with just lemon. I’m diggin’ the hair & the new workout plans…Keep up the great work :*_*:

    xoxoxo

    Zuzana,

This has nothing to do with your discussion but your hair color looks beautiful. It really makes your eyes pop and being a brunette, I’d like to say welcome to the club ;)

    Dee
Aussie Aussie Aussie, Oy Oy Oy!

  • Frederick

No – just junk foods :)

  • GIORGIO

IS IT HONEY ALLOWED THIS WEEK?

ALSO I USE TO DO A 12 MINUTE CARDIO WITH TABATA PROTOCOL AFTER YOUR WKTS. MAYBE NOT IN ALL OF THEM BUT IN MOST OF THEM.
FOR EXAMPLE IF I DO 5 DAYS A WEEK I USUALLY DO THE 3-4 WITH A CARDIO AFTERWARDS TOGETHER OR 1-2 WITHOUT THE CARDIO.
DO YOU THINK THAT IS TOO MUCH? I DO IT BECAUSE I FEEL THAT THE 12 MINUTES WKT DOESN’T FEEL TO DIFFICULT TO ME FOR A DAY TO DO ONLY THAT.

I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR COMMENTS ON ALL THOSE QUESTIONS-REMARKS.

    THANK YOU!

  • cutie

    Zuza,

U r the bestttt!!! And you are cute in brown hair ;)

    Take good care guyzzz

  • http://www.bodyrockchallenge.com Jovana

    Can we use honey? >.<

I don't use sugar … at all, basically. =) Though I do eat a bit of chocolate here and there.

Am definitely going to join you on this now! Going to be interesting ^^

    Thanks for everything.

  • Maja

    Hey maya
-maybe your diet is missing something? I know in the past i’ve had issues like that and i find that i’m lacking protein or carbs (so i eat more legumes make some hearty bread and I feel better) OR my meals aren’t exciting.- add more spices. :-)
    All the best,
    maja

  • Euthie

Definitely loving the brunette even more when your hair is down! Your skin glows more. No sugar will be like a death sentence to me, but I’m going to give it my best! Coffee will not be the same, though, lol. I’m normally a cream and sugar or even sometimes a light and sweet kinda girl. :( Oh well, here goes!

  • Lada – cz

You are czech or you just learn how to say thank you in zuzana’s language? :)

  • Lada – cz

To jsi na tom stejně jako já:)

  • Ruth

Dang! Just made sugar cookies w/ my daughter! Had two bites of the dough… I guess no more for me. Maybe this is what I need to get over my coffee addiction. Can’t have coffee w/o stevia. This is a hard one girl! *whimper*

    Love the hair!!

    Best,
    Ruth

  • stephanie

Just wanted to let you know that I cannot follow you on facebook. I don’t know why.

  • Tracy

Love your workouts and I am looking forward to seeing results!!
I have just recently started doing them, love it keep it up!!

  • Julie

What time do you usually plan to put up the new workouts?

  • http://silktouchmedspa.com Susie Kerr

Is this really what you do for a workout every day? 12 min. workouts? I want to know if I do your workouts every day without any other exercise in addition, will I see results similar to yours (assuming that I eat a low fat diet etc.)

Is it realistic to expect to get fit in 12 min. a day if it the workout is super intense?

  • Siranya

Is it better to lose the excess weight from my body, via running, before doing this?
