My Workout and Score – Fit Hotties Rock
Hi BodyRockers,
This is the workout that I was suppose to do yesterday with you, but because we were moving to our new home and the site was broken, I didn’t have time to actually do it myself. I must say that this workout was exactly what I expected: High Intensity Interval Strength Training :) This workout is made up of only 3 bodyweight exercises so all you will need is you Gymboss Interval Timer.
It was hard, but short. I sweat a lot, but I enjoyed it. If you didn’t do your workout yesterday, do it today and check out the instructions for this workout here.
My score for this workout:
Sumo High Knees – 72 reps, 56 reps, 54 reps, 44 reps
Pendulum – 64 reps, 66 reps, 64 reps, 60 reps
Santana Lift – 14 reps, 16 reps, 12 reps, 12 reps
I just wanted to let you guys know that this look of our site is just temporary – we are working with designer to put together a new version of BodyRock.Tv which is going to be just amazing. It will have so many cool things that this site doesn’t have and it will be much better for all of us BodyRockers.
