Mountain Climber

Get into a plank position with your hands underneath your shoulders and arms extended. Step forward with one foot and bring your hips a little bit up. Jump up and switch the legs – your feet land at the same time. Focus on keeping your core tight. This exercise is a great bodyweight cardio drill and one of the best exercises for abs.
