Hahaha, well you sound like so many of us, when you buy something you like you just want to share it…sometimes I think that we are not “normal”, I think we girls, when it comes to shopping…
I, like you,come into the store to buy one thing, and somehow I end up whit full bag..no meter how many times I have promised myself not to do that again…
But, you know, we only have this life to live (or maybe more??), and if we want to be beautiful…I say GO FOR IT…
So, next time we will see the smoky eyes, not “only” the smoky body…:) :)

That smoky eye kit is the best!

Well, all I can say is I have *invested* a good (like…very good) amount of money in the best eyeshadows ever, until I found out that the brushes were the key. I was used to do smokey eyes and eye make up in general with those little spongy things, ending up with a someone-punched-me-in-the-eye kind of look :( and eventually discovered the magical power of blending brushes.
So now you have a good excuse to go back to Sephora and get one, if you don’t have it already :))

I agree there’s so much choice out there – you don’t have to give up anything. I like to use cosmeticsdatabase.com if ever in doubt.

I agree with a lot of her opinions. She is a makeup artist and she has some strong opinions about image and labeling people, she is just herself. I agree that everyone should be wearing what they feel comfortable with, no matter if it is clothes or makeup. I personally like strong eyemakeup on myself, but there are days (like today) I only brush some mascara on, because a) I didn’t feel like spending long time in front of the mirror this morning, and b) I “feel” pretty today :D I like enhancing the natural features of my face, or completely changing it with makeup. It is like an art, isn’t it?
Everyone should wear their makeup the way they feel is good and making them happy. The same with exercising – when I talk about it at work, people are looking at me like I fell from Mars or something like that, I can only share it with one of my workmates, who always says: Great job! and that makes me happy :D Others do not undestand is. Makeup is the same – some people will tell you: You have so much of it on, it is not appropriet and blahblahblah… Do not listen to them, YOU are the owned of your life :D

Zuzanna- have you ever tried Stilla eyeshadows? A friend gave me a gift set and I absolutely love them! They go on smooth and the colors are rich and stay on all day. I’m obsessed now!

Whoa girl… your light eyes and dark hair would look AMAZING with a smokey eye!! I’m surprised you don’t wear that look all the time! For mine, I use a really soft eye pencil to get the shape of the color and blend that out along with the shadow. (just a tidbit, if you’re interested) Have a wonderful New Years holiday!!

I’m sure she’s too busy being gorgeous and healthy and happy to care if someone doesn’t like that she bought some eyeshadow. Heck, she probably needs it so when people talk to her, they look her in the eye instead of at her beyond perfect body. But let’s not think about her wonderful personality or the countless people she’s inspired to get fit or the lives she has helped to improve. Let’s talk more about eyeshadow and how it contributes to the downfall of society…

I am the same way! We don’t have a Sephora here where I live (that a good and bad thing hehe), but whenever I do get to one, I spend sooo much money!! It’s truly impossible to buy just one thing. That eyeshadow looks amazing! I’m a big fan of Urban Decay shadows, they have amazing colors and pigment density.
