My name is Kaja and I’m originaly from the Czech Republic. Now I live in San Diego with my husband and our 3 children. I started following your site about a half year ago and I LOVE IT! I have to say that there are a lot of people who are in great shape, but I really like how you do it and help others to get there. It is a great concept, great inspiration and motivation. Keep it up! I bet you will go long and successful way.

I love to do spinning, tennis, running, rowing machine is great and now I’m adding your stuff. I love the pain and sweat. All of us should be little bit masochistic. What do you think?

Now it’s christmas time and I’m making my gingerbread cookies. I don’t like to call them cookies, but pernicky. I started making them 16 years ago in Czech and I brought this tradition here. I made two gingerbread bodyrockrs just for you. :-) I’m sending you at least the pictures. By the way I really miss the snow for Christmas!!!!!!!! Freddy your pictures of Prague are magical.
