Wrists hurt a lot with 250 knee raises ! (I thought switching towards the pull bar but as my Dip Station is brand new I really tried to go on ... and now my arms are shaking :op)

After a 2 months break I&#039;m back again, using easier variations (for push ups +++) but bodyrocking, and that&#039;s the most important ;)
