We have started to include jump rope into our workouts because it is a great tool for improving overall conditioning, coordination, agility and endurance. It’s fun and easy to learn and perfect for indoor home workouts. If you have a jump rope you don’t need a treadmill – it’s a highly effective and much cheaper option for burning calories. It takes time to develop the basic skills with the jump rope before you start using it in your workouts – take some time to practice and you will be ready to go in no time.
