Merry Christmas 2010!

Hi BodyRockers,

Well we tried! We celebrate Christmas on the 24th here in the Czech Republic, and between baking and unwrapping gifts, driving to see family and just enjoying the festive atmosphere Freddy and I didn’t do any exercise today. In fact we are going to take a break for tomorrow as well and then get back into the swing of things on the 26th. Freddy and I wish you all a very happy, safe and blessed Christmas filled with all the love and joy you deserve.

      Merry Christmas to the four of you (puppies included). Thank-you for sharing your photos. They are absolutely beautiful. Makes me wish I was able to visit my brother in Germany. Florida is just Christmas-e enough for me :( You guys have a great rest and will ‘see’ you again after the holidays :)

      Oh man, I DEFINITELY went over board on the chocolate today. I just had such a craving for it since I haven’t had any sweets in a long time! I had a yogurt for breakfast and chocolate all day. I feel SO guilty. And I feel even worse because I promised myself I wouldn’t and I got a lot of new clothes for christmas and I don’t even want to try them on right now because I feel so bad D: But tomorrow, no more!!!! I’m going to workout and just pretend like this day never happened, well the chocolate part of it. The rest of the day was a blast : ) lol Hope you’re having a good christmas!!

      Merry Christmas everyone! If anyone is interested in a Christmas day challenge, I did one and I will share it! For time I did 500 side to side jumps (without skipping rope), 60 get ups with kettlebell and 100 kettlebell swings!

      Merry Christmas! The photos of Prague are lovely.

      I did a workout today (12 minutes of 30 second 10 second intervals- I just did whatever I felt like during each 30 second interval; including squats, dancing crab, triceps pushups, pike press & side to side pike jumps, reptile, sumo pushups, forward/backward lunges…). I’m happy I did the workout, but I wasn’t as good about diet- my Mom made delicious cookies and pumpkin pie!

      Merry Christmas Zuzana n Freddy and to all BodyRockers :) Hope everyone had a great day and got to spend it with those they love! My husband surprised me with a DIP STATION! So friggin happy lol! He got me the pull up bar too so im stoked! Cant wait to use my new equipment and still in total shock that he got it for me! A year ago if you were to tell me i was going to get workout equipment for Christmas and id be super happy to get it i would have laughed at you! Hysterically! You guys have helped me transform myself… inside and out. And i thank you so much. Much love and Merry Christmas :) Looking forward to the new year, a fresh start to being serious about my health and loving life to the fullest and working my ass into the best shape of its life hahaha!

      A late Vesele Vanoce/Merry Christmas from Cesky Krumlov. This has been one of the best yet. I managed to get several of the challenges in and am feeling great. I didn’t go overboard with the Christmas feasting and am so happy about that too. Thanks so much for motivating us all to be good to ourselves. I’m looking forward to working out with my new homemade sandbag my husband made me for Christmas. :-) I hope all my fellow BodyRockers had a great Christmas too.

      I love your picture with the puppies! It looks like a Christmas card. I went a little overboard with treats this year, but not much, and I shared them with my in-laws so that I wouldn’t eat so much. Instead of doing exercise indoors today, I ran outside and it was snowing. :) merry christmas!
