Dynamic Squat Exercise

This exercise will improve your power, agility, and flexibility. Dynamic Squat exercise will target your legs and core muscles.

Stand tall with your feet together, keeping your core tight, chest up and shoulders back and down.

Get into a squat by jumping your feet apart and bringing your but below your knees. As soon as you touch the ground with your fingers power up and jump your feet back together.

    I LOVE Dynamic Squats! My squat technique needs some work, I went as deep as I could, but I did 100 of these the other day and damn my ass was sore the next day! Felt great though!

    Love the section showing all exercises. Excellent idea guys!
