    Hi Verena,
    Sometimes I will just do my own thing by making up routines using parts of her workouts or will use 5-10 lb weights for various exercises. I have also started using my sandbag that I made for zuzana’s workouts as well as bootcamp style drills outdoors (ex: pick up the bag ,run like hell , drop the bag, pick up the bag, run like hell, ….) lol– you get the idea!
    Just do your best and keep at it!

    I too would love to see a daily/wkly meal plan that you follow. I have given up on going to the gym, and have committed myself to just bodyrocker workouts in the privacy of my own home….and my 13 year old daughter has even started to work out with me.

    Just wondering….you mentioned HIIT in your post, and recognized it as a Turbo Fire workout. Do you use Turbo Fire? I have been considering buying it, and would like a real persons opinion.
