Hello Zuzana and Freddy and ALL bodyrockers,
I absolutely LOVE this website…it has changed my life! I have been working out at the gym for years and no other workout gives me the feeling like the bodyrock workouts do. I am fatigued…sometimes exhausted doing these exercises but I have an immense amount of motivation and energy to push myself through it. I love the interval training and that there is so much variety in every exercise/workout that your body never plateaus. Muscle confusion is definitely the key to a great workout and the best results. I will always incorporate these exercises/workouts into my day. I’m hoping to continue them even when I am pregnant. Can you post workout modifications that would be feasible for a pregnant woman to do? I want to be able to bounce right back into the bodyrock routine post partum. Thanks for everything you do…you are truly an inspiration!
