Burpee/Pull-ups!!! -BodyRocker Tommy -Team USA
Hey BodyRockers!! Tommy here again. I just wanted to share with you my variation of Burpees Everywhere. I don’t get to travel or see exotic places very often. So I did these Burpee/Pull ups in the comfort of my own backyard:) I took a 2×4 and nailed it across two trees. You can easily do these on any pull up bar but I thought being out in the woods would spice it up a little bit ha. This is an awesome workout! I usually do 3 or 4 sets of failure… Meaning I go until I can’t go anymore, rest for a quick minute then do it again 2 or 3 more times. Quick, but very intense. Give it a try! Let me know what you think. Excuse the tubby-ness of my stomach I have been slacking big time on my diet lately! Today was actually the first day back on strict diet in like a week. I wouldn’t be anywhere near where I am if it weren’t for BODYROCK.tv!!!! I love you all!!!! Bodyrock on from MN!
