Beefsteak tomatoes sliced into 1/2inch steaks. Spread with a spicy mustard, top with a sprinkle of parm cheese and broil until brown...yum.

		<description><![CDATA[ Quinoa Crunch with Seasonal Fruit and Yogurt

For each cup of quinoa, mix with 1 tablespoon agave syrup and 1 tablespoon safflower oil; spread in a layer on a baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool and serve with yogurt and fruit. Serves at least 4. Store in an airtight container.  This one comes from Martha Stewart, it was just so simple and healthy I had to bring it over here. ]]></description>
