Freddy had to go to Canada for the next 2 days so we have to go back to our older workouts. I asked you guys on our Facebook page for some suggestions and based on your comments I picked 400 rep workout for Wednesday and 550 rep fat massacre workout for Thursday. So the house we are interested in is still in play, which basically means it is between us and one other person. Apparently the owner is going to decide who gets it tomorrow. This is one of those cases where it would be super cool if the owner was a devoted BodyRocker ;) So Freddy and I are hoping that fortune swings our way and we get to move into this new house… keep those fingers and toes crossed for us today. We should have some news for you guys tomorrow :)
In anycase, today’s challenge is super simple but really challenging. Watch the video below for the full explination of the challenge and to see how to do the exercise with proper form.
