I saw those mountains and immediately knew it was Vancouver!!! My home! I love knowing that there are bodyrockers in Vancouver. Sometimes I feel like I’m the only one here that knows about this amazing site. I’ve told my friends about it and some of them are stoked, but some of them think its too hard. I just say, that’s why its called “WORKING OUT” not “SLACKING OFF” it’s WORK!!! It’s HARD!!!

I think it would have been funny if when a bodyrocker is doing ‘burpees everywhere’ if someone in the crowd joined in. If I see a bodyrocker doing burpees in the street-I will join in for sure.

That is actually easy to do. I’m thinking in doing one. You can go to those stores of Kodac (or other photoshot stores) and you can bring an image in a pen like “BODYROCKER 4EVER <3" (you write it and then copy to Paint in your PC) and ask them to make a t-shirt (white or black…it dependes what they have…) with that sentence.
Or you can buy paper that is specially made for that, print that sentence at home and them use a t-shirt and iron the paper with the sentence in the t-shirt and the sentence will stik to the t-shirt.
 
I'm going to do a bodyrock t-shirt when I have the time and money (even though maybe it isn't to expensive) :P
