Hi,
I just wanted to let you know guys how inspirational you are.
Trying to stick to a healthy living is not easy, but knowing that a whole bunch of people around the world are doing it just keeps me motivated :)
Your site is a real resource to strengthen the mind, body and soul.
So all i have to say is keep up with your good work!
And to all the body rockers

The body does not want you to do this.
As you workout, it tells you to stop but the mind must be strong.
You always go too far for your body.
You must handle the pain with strategy…
It is not age; it is not diet.
IT IS THE WILL TO SUCCEED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once you have the will power, all the rest follows…so never give up :)

    Wow ! this is so TRUE ! it’s we all identify with ourselves here at BodyRock :D
    It’s really like we all have a common “Physical” Language !!! the same amotions, the same barriers, the same bodies… WOOOOW !!!
    But I think that it’s the MIND that stops us from doing things, as zuzana said: “Good luck and remember often ***the hardest barriers to overcome are the ones we place on ourselves***” – It all starts with the mind. We GOT TO train our minds to the short-but-intense workout style !!!& that’s the most important thing… & that we would support each other all along the way !!!

    Hi Lydia and welcome! Where and how to start – go through the site and look at the workouts and also the warm-up and stretching sections. Then, pick a workout you’d like to try. :) There are plenty of bodyweight only workouts if you don’t have equipment yet. An interval timer is central to all the workouts so investing in one is an excellent idea. We are all here to help, so if you have questions, don’t hesitate to let any of us know. Also, if you’re on facebook, look up the bodyrock.tv page. It’s a great way to connect with other bodyrockers and also read about workouts and stuff. Hope this helps and again, welcome! :D
