Hello Zuz and Freddy!

I’m Adrienne Borg from Malta. I started bodyrocking a month ago, and I can proudly say that you have changed my life. You have changed the way I feel about myself and the way I look at a healthy lifestyle. I have always had issues with my body, because I never really saw myself as fit or model-like. I always hoped for a body like the ones on fashion magazines, but that led me to be more stressed and think negatively. Nowadays I have set a goal and I know I will reach it with the help of you guys. What I want is to be confident in my own body, and be proud of what I’m achieving through hard work! A healthy lifestyle isn’t something impossible for me now J The picture is from a photoshoot I had when I had the guts to pose in front of a camera ;)

Thank you, not just Freddy and Zuz, but to all Bodyrockers out there who are my constant inspiration J

honey….you are go-jus!….you neednt worry about fitting a supermodel type…there are only 4-8 women who fit that catagory…and they are all super models! :P…….
