Brave BodyRocker Erin – Team USA

Dear Zuzana and Freddy:

I have been a Body Rocker for about a year now.  I am so thankful for all that I have learned from you and have been inspired so many times by what you say and how you say it. My husband emailed you about a week ago regarding my situation – looking for some advice and support from the body rock community.  I am not sure how much he said, so I guess I will start over.

I have cancer.  This however is not the beginning of my story nor is it the end – it happens to be right in the middle.  My name is Erin.  I live in New Jersey, USA.  I am 37, married, mother of 3, and a personal trainer.  I have always enjoyed training both myself and others and encouraging (as you do) people to be more and want more.  I love to live life, I eat healthy, and laugh a lot.  I am fit and energetic, love to travel and experience life.  For all these reasons, I am even more confused as to how and why this all happened.

To give you a brief back story, I had been back and forth with my family doctor about some chest pains…”You have cartilage damage” he would say, but knowing my body, I knew it was more.  I continued pestering him and finally had a chest x-ray  – If there is one thing I can say is trust what your body is telling you – push to get the right answers.  On that day, January 6th, 2011 my life changed.  I was diagnosed with Diffused Large B Cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in my chest.  I immediately needed to start treatments and I did so fearfully but with optimism.  I had a lot to live for, and for the most part this type of cancer was “curable”.  I started a chemotherapy program called R-Chop.  I would have treatment once every three weeks.  I was in the best shape of my life (thanks to you), and handled the treatments extremely well.  Very little down time and very little sickness.  I joined “Team in Training” raising money for the Lymphoma Society and right after my last treatment ran a 5 mile race.  I felt on top of the world.  I had more than survived – - I had continued to live!

Eight weeks later I am back in the doctor’s office…Hearing the news that my lymphoma has come back.  The prognosis is not as good as the first time.  I have been hit yet again with a sledge hammer.  This time I need to be in the hospital for 4 days on a continuous chemotherapy drip call R-Dice.  I need to repeat this 4 day treatment 3 times and have a stem cell transplant and more high dose chemotherapy.  The stem cell transplant will keep me in the hospital for a month.  So far, I have had one treatment and my next one is in August.  I am a positive person and I know that I have to focus on the fact that this needs to work this time.  I am looking to you and the Body Rock community to help inspire and motivate me to get through this.  I have a great husband and friends that are always there for me, but I am looking for someone who might be able to relate on some level and encourage me to keep pushing, not give up, and that this is another challenge I just need to get past.

Any advice or support is welcomed.  I have been truly enjoying Diana’s posts – - especially “Wake Up!”

All my best to the Body Rock community,

Erin

P.S.  I have included some photos one before with my husband, one before my race, and one with my family.

P.S.S.  As a thank you and hopefully as a final salute of victory, I will try to do my best in hospital Burpee at the end of my one month stay – hopefully at the end of October.

I´m amazed. You and your whole family look warm and kind!
I´m not sure but in the photos where you just have got chemo you are full of life and light :). Can´t believe that such a strong person have cancer.

One of my family member have had cancer, too. But it´s gone. I only can suggest to you what he did/said to me:
    1) He changed his nutrition by eating a lot of fresh food and herbs! I also believe in those greens, they are the ´smartest´ plants on earth and perfect medicine ;)
    2) He found out what message was behind the cancer. So ask yourself/ listen to your body what it´s telling you what have you missed/blocked/ignored in you life by now?

    Love, Carol

Erin, you are a beautiful and brave woman. You have such a beautiful family ! Yes, you have many many reasons to live. Please keep a positive attitude and never give up ! You probably hear this a lot and only you know how hard it is. A kind suggestion to you ; look into alternative medicine too, as it’s not so harsh on the body.
Post on bodyrock and share your workouts and your feelings. You WILL get a lot of support from bodyrockers, this is such a helpful and supportive community.
May you get well and always have sunshine in your thoughts !

Hi Erin, the bodyrockers love is already working! :) everyone is sending you so much love and positivity. I  can’t wait to see your Burpees of victory – I can see them clearly in my mind already.

  • Mavi

I cannot relate to your problem first hand, I haven´t had cancer myself. It was my mother and my grandmother who had it… I saw their suffering, the way they handled it, beating themselves down. My mother seems to have found in that sickness a justification to her negative way of seeing life, my grandmother too. I am scared of developing that sickness myself, I know it is a well establish sickness in my family… but what I am mostly scared of is of dealing with it in the same way they did. It has destroyed their lives and even though they have a lot to be happy about (they both live!!) they both talk about it like if the sickness has killed them already! (they don´t have it anymore!!). Your story is amazing, it does teach me that there is another way of confronting this sickness… it shows that there is always an alternative to victimization, self pity and anger no matter how bad is the present situation you are going through. I have seen how much harm this three things has done to my mom, it hurts me deeply, at the same time it makes me sad that she couldn´t and can´t give me the life lesson you are giving to all of us and your family. My deepest prayers go to you and all the people that has suffered and is still suffering from this sickness… I hope with all my heart that you will beat down this and continue inspiring people! you are a fighter that is your strength!
    much love

You are strong.. Fight hard my friend, you will someday plan your daughters wedding. All my love and prayers to you and your family Erin…

Also, don’t let statistics run your life, no matter what a doctor says keep that hope up, because after all statistics just group thousands of people into one big clump, and you’re unique.

Erin, your story is so inspiring. Thank you so much for writing to us. I can relate to you since I lost my dad because of cancer couple months ago. I know how harsh the chemotherapy can do to your body but Erin, you are a TRUE FIGTHER and you will WIN this challenge :) I will be doing burpee every time I finished the workout along with Zuz and the bodyrockers :) I’m sending my energy to you and your family. Be strong, stay positive :)

You are an inspiration.  I don’t have any advice, but I will pray for you.

  • Laurenl

I am in too!  You WILL do this, not only get through this but thrive beyond it.  I am doing a burpee for you right now… there I did 2.  I recently watched the documentary “The Secret” and even though I honestly thought it was a bit cheesy and overdone, the essential message is very very true- Thoughts become things.  Send out positive thoughts, vibes, and actions, and those are the kinds of things that come back to us, same for sending out all the negative.  Erin, believe with all your might and keep doing what you are doing, thinking as you are thinking, and the reality of your recovery will materialize.  We support you!!

    Lauren

  • Corrina

Erin, what a strong woman you are.  I am sitting in BC at the moment, visiting my older brother (48) who is dying in a hospece house.  He was given 1 year to live – 3.5 years ago.  He is the strongest man I know, and I have learned a lot from him.  Although his life is coming to an end he is still fighting for each day with us. We still laugh, alot! I am in for the burpees as well.  You have the strength of all of this community behind you to beat this cancer.  Keep us informed of your progress, I will be looking for your comments.
keep positive, you can do this.

    Dear Erin

First of all, girl you are beautiful!!  Second, you already beated cancer once, didn´t you?  so let´s beat it in the second round!!  Our energy, thoughts and prayers are with you.  Be a fighter. Show what you are made from.  And make love (really, I watched on the Discovery Channel, that people with cancer who had sex more often responded much better to treatments like chemo, due to the endorphins released during sex).

Please keep us updated on your progress :)

You are a lover, not a fighter, but you know how to fight

Now you made my eyes water with that last phrase.  I will remember it forever.

I will do a burpee for you every time I start a workout and every time I say a prayer for you. The whole BR community will be rocking you with energy that you will feel coming at you from all directions. Somehow you will know we are all there for you every step of the way. P.S Thanks Connie for suggesting this amazing idea.

  • http://www.janetspreiter.com Janet

First of all, you cannot blame yourself or feel like you failed yourself somehow by getting cancer.  Those thoughts will not serve you.  Everyone has cancer cells here and there, but our immune systems are supposed to keep them in check.  This is why it is incredibly important that you do everything within your power right this minute to rebuild a bulletproof immune system and increase your positive energy.  It sounds like you are already doing this and being incredibly brave and strong, but you really need to ask yourself if there is anything self-defeating on a very deep level because you are in a serious situation right now with little margin for error.  Learn all you can about your illness so you can best create your personal vision of how to change the direction it is taking.

Two great books come to mind in this context.  They are both alternative healing.  The first is anything by Dr. Deepak Chopra.   He is world renowned in mind-body medicine, quantum healing, and how to stay young.  If you don’t feel like reading he has some excellent tapes available that really capture his wit and wisdom in a wonderful way.  The tapes can be found at SoundsTrue.com.

The second book I would highly recommend would be one by Adam, Dreamhealer.  He has several books, but Intention Heals is very good.  He spontaneously started doing healings of cancers and gnarly diseases beginning at the age of 15 (he is only about 23 now but is world renowned already!) when he healed his mother of her neuralgia caused by multiple sclerosis.  You can get them at Amazon or on his website, Dreamhealer.com.  He also does workshops which you can benefit from by process of remote healing. (http://drupal6.dreamhealer.com/node/3235)

If you have not read anything like this before it can be a bit of a mind bender, but you sound like the perfect candidate to be able to take that quantum leap of faith to back to health.  I was introduced to this form of healing by a dear friend (who later became a healer herself) in your situation who was healed of breast  cancer.  It took her two tries to do it, but she is cancer free at 65 now, and without surgery or chemo, both of which were the recommended path for her.  Know in your mind full healing is a possibility and start feeling in every cell how that state of resolute health feels.  Feel the vibrancy of that state with intense gratitude and know that is the choice you want and have.

You can and will do this.  Just think of it as another level and of your fitness journey.

And, of course, with each burpee we will be sending healing your way!!!!!  Visualize all that burpee energy consuming the cancer just like pacman!  It is very healing to let yourself be flooded with all this love and good energy!

Keep us posted on your journey!

    much love, Janet

Erin, you are an complete inspiration. More people should have the strength and attitude towards life that you have. Please send updates so we can ‘be there’ through your recovery. I can’t wait to see you do your victory burpee!

  • Annebel Wind

You are a very brave woman to share this story, and soooo strong. It’s difficult for people who havent been in the position you are in to give any advice. The only thing I can say is you have conquered it before, you can do it again. And hold on to all good things you have in live and get positive energie out of this. Eat healthy (no processed foods), save energie bij doing relaxation exercises, meditations.. I wish you all the strength in the world. We bodyrockers will be thinking of you, sending you all positive energie we can give.

    Erin,

Your story has brought tears to my eyes, yet inspiration at the same time. I will definitely do a burpee a day just for you!

It is for reasons like these that I became a stem cell donor two years ago. Cancer is something that sneaks up on anyone but it does not have the power to take your willingness to live and beat it. I will think of you everyday and aside from doing a burpee, I will send prayers and positive vibes your way.

We are all here for you, although we are spread all over the world and don’t know each other personally, the Bodyrock community will be there for you all the way. We will help you show the cancer that it cannot take your strength and desire to keep on living and fighting.

May God bless you and your family every day, every night, every hour. Much love sent to you.

  • Staci W

    Hi Erin,

I don’t believe that me doing a burpee is going to help you rid your body of cancer, but I do believe in the support of community and of prayer, so I’m really happy you shared this huge burden with all the BodyRock folks.  I don’t think I’ve ever been a part of a group that is so positive about life.

I will continue to do my BodyRock workouts, but with one change:  I will be praying for you as I do them.

Peace, love and strength to you and your beautiful family!

    Staci

Erin – WOW!! Your words are so powerful even as I read them silently. They say a LOT about the type of spirit you have – one of a fighter! This cancer hasn’t beat you and won’t start to now! I’m glad that you put it on our BodyRocker Community to help you beat this so-called Brutus-related cancer because I know we will! I will pray that God give you all the strength you need to continue your journey and I know the Mamoe Family over here will be doing a burpee EVERY DAY for the cause!!! We send our love and energy your way, Erin!!!

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=13948383 Anna Englund

    Strong Erin,

I hope I don’t offend you by bringing up religion. It is not to preach but to share a source of inspiration.

My grandma was gravely ill and in the icu for several months this spring. She couldn’t talk, and was too weak to squeeze her morphine button. She could hear us. She was and is the cornerstone of strength in our family. During one of the particularly difficult days my aunt found a forward that caused me to change how I look at life and found BodyRock.tv shortly after.

The forward showed a bunch of people carrying heavy crosses, one sat down and said “Lord, this cross is too heavy, please lighten my load I can’t go on”. So his cross was made smaller. He walks on, and again stops, and prays  ”Lord, this cross is too heavy, please lighten my load I can’t go on” Again, his cross was made smaller. He happily walks on. Then they come to an obstacle. Those who had full size crosses used their cross, and the strength they had developed to cross the obstacle. The person who had given up and asked for a smaller and smaller cross could not. His cross wasn’t big enough to cross.

It was upon reading this simple innocuous email, that I realized that the best way to help my grandma was to train at my hardest everyday. The daily training, pushing to your max, whatever level that is, on BodyRock is what helps us get through the obstacles that life throws at us. Your impressive ability to run 5 miles after your last treatment is testament to your training and how strong you are. Great job!

The forward ended with that last scene. I find that very unsatisfactory. It should show the man stopping and again asking “Lord, please help me I don’t see how I can go on”. Then, another person with a full size cross stops and asks “Can I help carry you over the obstacle with my cross?” Your story will inspire other BodyRockers to do burpees for you.

One final note, I sometimes work in the hospital. One day, I got a call that my grandma had lost consciousness and was having trouble breathing. I was waiting in an elevator lobby to leave work. Thinking that day was to be the last day I would see her. One of the friendliest hospital employees came out of the elevator. He smiled at my sad face. He was wearing a button that said simply “miracles happen”. No other employees have any buttons. I asked about why he had that button. His response “Because they do”. That man delivers food to critically ill patients everyday with a smile on his face. I truly believe he is the angel of the hospital. I left, and whispered that story to my unconscious grandma. You know what? She opened her eyes, squeezed my hand, said my name and that she loved me. Miracles do happen.

Watch for and listen to the angels in your life. They’re out there. :)

    Good Luck!

I hope we can get a “Burpees for Erin” bar somewhere on the site to track just how many BodyRockers are building strength for you!

Hi Erin: A friend of mine survived a similar diagnosis a few years ago and here is the link to the blog that he and wife created to stay positive. http://neverfeltbetter.blogspot.com/  You will want to go back to some of the older posts to see some of how they coped when things were tense. There is less blogging now as their miracle family keeps them pretty busy. I hope it helps! I will be praying for you!

I am an 18 yr old daughter of a mother of three, if my mom fought half as hard as you are i would be the proudest kid in the world, i bet your family and friends look at you every day like your wonderwoman, and when you walk out of those hospital doors in october your going to prove you are a superhero. you’ve been through hell and back but you know what? in my eyes your not jut brave because you keet fighting but because you do it everyday with a smile, that takes a hell of a lot of balls and i don’t think many other people out there can say the same. your a true, real life inspiration and i mean that in everyword.

In this life we are faced with many trials and some are harder than others. It is important to never lose perspective over what we have in life to be thankful for: family, nature, music, love. The world around us has so much magic in it if we pay attention. If you ever feel lost in your battle (and it’s okay to have bad days) try to be mindful of something: the taste of tea, the sound of your children’s voice, a good book, kindness of strangers and be grateful. Never go a day without laughing or smiling, allow yourself to feel joy and stay strong.

I am looking forward your burpee of victory.

Erin, I don’t even know where or how to begin telling you how much your story has touched me. I can’t say I have ever been in a situation like you. The only similar situation I have had is that currently a close family friend is battling a rare form of pancreatic cancer and I wish he was a BR’er because I know his attitude (while still positive)  would be much better. You are beautiful and your family is beautiful. And as a bodyrocker, i feel like we are all family, so I can’t help but feel so much for you as I am sure all bodyrockers  do. I bounce between long island and NJ and offer my company if you want some burpe support in your hospital room! The demon you are facing is the same as that inner voice that we battle every day in our workouts, diets and every day life.  You HAVE WHAT IT TAKES to make through!

I can’t do any burpees Erin, but I’ll remember you in my prayers

I watched a documentary called Food Matters, where the nutritionist said giving someone an i.v. of pure Vitamin C cures cancer.  People can cure all kinds of “incurable” illnesses with food.

Erin, I’ve just done my burpee for you and I want to continue to do so until I know you are fully recovered.
I only takes couple of seconds to do one burpee, but into these seconds I put all my concentration and my thoughts and my heart are with you.
You are very brave and strong woman, please always keep your positive attitude and never give up.
    Sending you lots of love.

    Erin,

I’m from New Jersey as well! I volunteer at the John Theurer Cancer Center in Hackensack. I was training a new volunteer last week and I came to find that he was an ex-patient at the JTCC! He overcame a bone cancer at the age of 17 and a few years later, tonsil cancer (which was not as easy as just removing the tonsils as I soon found out). Although you face a challenging road ahead of you, as do all the patients I work with – you may not realize it, but you are such an inspiration to your family and to all of us. Hey if bodyrockers can fight cancer, there’s nothing we can’t do! I’m throwing in 10 extra burpees today for you! Bless you and stay strong :)

    Hey Erin!

I just finished my workout today – started and finished with a Burpee dedicated just for you – and thought of you the whole time. It was a real toughy – but then, so are you. During the last set, the song One Love by Estelle & David Guetta came on and I thought “This is Erin’s song!”

“Can Anybody Help Me I’m Outta Plans
Guess I Left My World In Somebodys Hands
I Don’t Like To Hurt ButBut Everyone Gets Weak
Someone To Rely OnThat’s What I Really Need
Now Here We Stay It’s All That Were Worth
I’ve Been Thru The Pain And Been Dragged Thru The Dirt
Whatever They Tell You Were Bigger Than Words
I’ve Been Where Your Standing I Know How It Hurts
Let This Be A Song Now And This Be A Day
And We Stand Together Then We’ll Be Okay
Because Were Survivors Were Making It Work
Expecting The Best When They Hope For The Worst

One love – This is the way we found
One love – Even though they’ll let you down
One love – Nobody’s perfect now
One love – Don’t let that hold u down
One love – Let’s stick together now
One love – We got to stand our ground
One love – It’s easy to believe in
One love – Believe in u and me
    Onee Loveeeeeeeee

Now I Could Try And Fix This All By Myself
But I Know Itd Turn Out Better If U Help
No One Likes To Hurt ButBut Everyone Gets Weak
Someone To Rely OnThat’s What Everybody Needs”

The rest of the lyrics repeat….

I’m really glad you wrote in – and Thank You Zuzana and Freddy for posting the letter. You really can can rely on all us BodyRockers Erin! We got your back!

    PS – Here’s the video – I hope you like it! :)

Hey, I wanted to let you know that I did an extra burpee for you today, and while I did it I prayed for you. I’ve known many people who have battled cancer. Many survived, but some didn’t. I can tell you are a very strong women and that will help you through. Fighting to stay positive and not give up is important. I don’t know what your religious background is, but check out my favorite verse Isaiah 40:30-31. The whole chapter is pretty awesome, but I always find comfort in those words. Those who wait on the Lord with renew their strength; they will soar up with wings like eagles; they will walk and not become weary; they will run and not faint.  What ever happens know that God has a plan and he loves you and your family. If you reach out to him, he’ll be there for you every step of the way. My prayers are with you.

    Love,
    Melissa Erin

    Hi Erin,
I wish you the best and hope you get well soon!
My little cousin had cancer for two years starting at the tender age of 12, and was able to overcome it. Now he is a hyper 16 year old teenager. I understand how difficult these things can be, but you know never give up! And everything, good or bad, happens for a reason. You should check out the book When bad things happen to good people. I found it motivating, and interesting.
Have you ever heard of Gerson therapy?

Oh, and today I did my workout dedicated to you. I really really pushed myself hard, and boy was I sweating my ovaries off! Didn’t gave in to Brutus… I gotta admit I almost did.

P.S. you have a beautiful family and smile, best wishes =D

    Hey Erin,
I can’t say that I understand how you feel and what it is to have cancer but I have Apotic Dermatitis. In my case it’s not curable. I had some complications in spring and felt some clumps in my lymphoma and that’s why I had do weight out the possibility of having cancer but it turned out not to be cancer. Instead I was diagnosed clearly the first time in my life.
I honestly hope you’ll get better and as the rest of the bodyrock-community, I’m dedicating an every day burpee to you to send you positive energy and support.
    Fight-o, fight-o!!!!!!!! ^__^

    Dear Erin,

I think you are just wonderful opening to others, telling your story, taking pictures of you beautiful smile and hyper positive attitude. Aleksandra is right, someone who did not go through what you go now cannot “understand” but we can feel, all of us, a lot of things for YOU. Feel affection, care, empathy, love, friendship. No you are NOT alone, and also, the fact you gave life to three wonderful children is so important, because every day you see those beautiful continuations of yourself, and I am sure they can only nurture your strength, energy and willpower. Every evening when I lit up my little candle on the terrace, it will be for you and sending you a lot of positive energy and thinking.
Take care and keep up the fight!!!!!!

Hey Erin! I worked in an oncological hospital and not only that I know, but I saw with my own eyes the progress that people make by not giving up, I saw how hard it was for them and their families to stay upbeat, but nevertheless with positive thinking and the love around you I am sure you will be cured, you are already on this path of curing, I am sure that we all here know that =)
Count me in on the burpees everyday to send my positive thinking to you and your family! (Connie a big big thank you for your magnificent idea)

    Erin,

You’re right to look for support and inspiration.  The mind can do wonders for the body.  My mother-in-law battled ovarian cancer 3x in just 12 years and she never took losing her battle as an option.  See as many 2nd opinions as you can and include holistic doctors(PPO often covers Integrative Med doctors).  Stay strong and keep coming back to us BR’s for support.

    Erin,

You are an amazing woman! I have had many trials in life but they were nothing compared to yours. Still, I contemplated taking my own life. In contrast, here you are having cancer and has the right to ask a lot of whys but you choose not to. Instead, you still are positive and you continue fighting. I am embarrassed of myself for ever thinking of giving up. You are an inspiration to me and am sure all the other bodyrockers out there.

I will not just offer you one burpee a day. I am training for a duathlon in early October. From now on, all my runs every morning will be for you. I will do the actual duathlon for you – for your being so positive and for your courage.

You can do it!! You are doing a great job already!

    xoxo,

    Jo Anne

I agree my eyes were already watery with the post and reading the above comment brought me to tears.

Some people think I am crazy when I suggest this, but as Zuzana has said, our words our very powerful….I never say that “I have a cold”  instead referring to it as “this cold” or “the cold”.  So when my friend developed breast cancer I suggested the same thing to her.  At first she didn’t understand, but when she worked really hard and not claiming ownership of the disease she felt much more detached from it…..Something to give some thought to.  Our prayers are with you and your very beautiful family, Erin.

Hi, I wish you well.  I hope you take a look at this videos.  This guy had colon cancer and other health issues.  Most of them get resolved with changing the diet. Dan Mcdonald aka Liferegenator has helped a lot of people.  Take a look at his videos also it can help you.  He does give consultations but he’s hard to get hold of.  You can message him and see what can be done.

    Erin,

Just wanted to drop in to say that I have been doing my burpee at the end of my workout for you.  In a small symbolic way, it reminds me that when I am at my weakest, I can still push more.  I know that cancer is harder than any workout, but I hope that this community gives you the strength to keep pushing when you are at your limit.  We may not have met, but I know that many people here love you and want to see you beat cancer again! No matter what happens, we are all here for you, thinking of you, burpeeing for you at the end of our workouts, and rooting for team Erin.  If you ever need anything don’t hesitate to ask, there are so many people here who would be willing to do whatever you ask.  Need a ride, a meal cooked, a friend to talk to , we are here, and we are on facebook too!  I hope you are doing well, and I hope your children and husband are doing well too.  Sending positive vibes your way,

Erin – if you must be in a hospital you have a fantastic view. Looks
like you’re doing pretty well with treatment, not too wiped or ill,
whew. Yes the constant checking and monitoring in the hospital is hard
    on patients.

Hugs and kisses and lots of healing energy from me to you. I know all
the bodyrockers are pulling for you. The cancer doesn’t stand a chance
    against our collective healing thoughts!!!!

    Erin,

My Aunt had cancer and went thru chemo a few times and I know it isn’t any fun at all. She unfortunately didn’t make it and lost her battle in January of 2010, she had a different type of cancer than you do and battled for a long time. She was also in her 70′s.

Stay strong, keep laughing and know that we are all pulling for you.
    Keep up the fight!

    Much love,
    Amy

Hi Erin, how’s it going? I just wanted to reach out to you, and the only way I know how is to post here on the Bodyrock site. Thanks for sharing your story, sending the pics of your lovely family, and the video tour of NYC! I visited when I was a child but I only remember how shocked I was at the massive glass of milk I got given when I arrived…haha
Even though we’ve never met, I really wanted to say, I know you must be going through one hell of a time. I guess, even though you are surrounded by love and positive people, sometimes you can feel terrified of the future, and lonely too, because at the end of the day it’s you this is happening to, and sometimes it just sucks :-))
So I’m sending you a great big hug for a sunbeam of a person. No amount of treatments and hospitals will ever wipe out the energy exploding from your eyes.
Thanks again, much love to you and your family – and keep in touch with the Bodyrockers! We’re here for you you know?

  • Cynthia
