BodyRocker Tasha – American Idol Burpees

Hi!

went to the American Idol auditions 26 Aug 2011 in Houston, TX, and I did burpees:

- for the camera early in the morning while waiting in line

- while waiting to audition (attached video)

- and right before auditioning for the producers (but they wouldn’t let us tape that!)

I was surprised at how many people don’t know what burpees are! Even when I asked the producers if I could do one before I sang my piece they commented, “As long as it’s nothing inappropriate!”… too funny! After I was done they laughed and said it was cute. While I didn’t make it to the next round, they applauded my energy.

I didn’t realize I was so hard to hear (or that I look insane in the video still shot!), but I hope you like it. :)

     Hi Tasha,

    You look intense not insane and I wish you success next time their in town!

    Calling Burpees Squat-Thrusts doesn’t seem to help either for some reason? :-)
