BodyRocker Veronika – Team Canada

Hi!
My name is Veronika, I am 21 years old, born in Canada and my nationality is Hungarian.(I must say I am proud to be both!)
Grew up in a family of 8 kids, 7 boys and me being the only girl. I have been very athletic from the very start.
My boyfriend being personal trainer along with having a black belt in kung fu, thought me all the weightlifting exercices possible,
and sadly I wasn’t getting all the results I wanted.
Yes it did cause hypertrophy and increased my performance in the sports I was playing, but I just couldn’t do it everyday, it was getting boring and
needed more diversity. So I stopped for quite a while.
Desperatly looking for an alternative to weight lifting, searched for a while on
youtube and finally came accross your videos. The first one I saw was the one including barbell squats in a basement, knee raises, etc.
I said to myself “Damn this girls ripped, let’s see how she does it!!” So i continued to watch your video’s and slowly maturelly made it an almost
everyday habit to try them out. At the start, not able to do a one leg squat. Now, I can’t even keep count of how many i can do! It is soo motivating
when you see yourself rising in performance, that’s what keeps me going. I’m so proud!
I showed my boyfriend some of your exercises and now he incorporates them in his kung fu classes, as well as in his own workouts.
Doing your workouts shows definite improvement in the sports I play, unlike the weightlifting alone. Although they are both very important together.
It helps in my endurance, stamina and speed. Not only that but my energy levels are increased dramatically.
Your workouts are definatly my addiction now.
It has been over a year that I am following. Each time I go on in the internet I write in “bodyrock.tv“.
Even if Im tired and not too much in the mood for doing a workout, it gets me off my feet in no time. I should think about putting it as my home page!
Anyways you guys give a positive impact in many peoples lives. Thank you for that, and keep up the hard work!

    Awesome, Congrats!  You guys look great!  I luv the pic infront of Niagara Falls…..soooooo beautiful.  I was there just 4 days ago and I think it was the most beautiful I’ve ever seen it!  :)

    ya, I can’t even do a one legged squat…but I am encouraged by you….to keep working out and I am a fellow born and raised Canadian.  Yeh Canada-a great country.  Thanks for sharing

    wow that’s amazing! 8 one leg squats on a bosu!!! I can’t even do it on a flat floor! :D
    I still have to work on my flexibility, because I cannot go all the way down and keep my heel down. Even when i just try to stay in squat position (down), I have to hold on to something, otherwise I fall on my bum! :) 
    But I’ll keep trying! ;)
