Hey Zuzana and Freddy!
I did your workouts consecutively from February to May last year and lost 15 lbs! I was so proud of myself, yet sadly when I went home from college for the summer I gained all that weight back on. So here I am, at a little over 190 lbs trying to get my weight back under control after finding out that only at 20 years old my cholesterol is high. That was a reality check for me. Since then I’ve watched what I’ve eaten (only eating white meats and incorporating more fresh veggies and fruits into my diet which is almost impossible in college) and I’ve seemed to only lose 5 lbs. So, after looking over your videos again and seeing the post by Kristin250 it gave me the encouragement to post my photos even though I may not be the typical Body Rock photo that you would see of someone with physique and a slick body. My main goal is to get my cholesterol back in line and lose 21 lbs by my 21st birthday by the end of April!
I know that with your videos and the encouragement of other BodyRockers out there I will be able to do so!
