I am 5’4.5, 20 years old and last time I checked, 168lbs. My goal weight is 130. I have struggled with my weight ever since I quit gymnastics after a broken arm in 7th grade. I was 130lbs at 13, fit from gymnastics, but heavier than most. I gain muscle mass very easily but have a very hard time actually getting slimmer. I gained almost 20 lbs in the past few months and just made the move to LA a few weeks ago from Hawaii – the bouncing around, eating out and wrecked sleep have really taken its toll on me. Now that I have settled into my own place and can cook my own meals and buy my own groceries, I have been able to start turning around my eating habits. I will be adding your daily workouts to my routine on top of a minimum 1-hour walking daily and whatever else I find time to throw in.
