Swing It for Tight Buns – Exercise Challenge
Hi BodyRockers,
Sometimes you just have to give yourself a break. Life is so full of ups and downs and sometimes it can feel like you are out there on your own. You can feel isolated and lonely even when surrounded by family and friends. It’s in these moments I think that we need to pause, take a deep breath and take stock in ourselves. This time has been really difficult for me. It’s been a huge adjustment moving back up to Canada and facing all of the things that come with living life on your own. I’ve realized that I am just going to have to give myself some time to figure things out. I’m finding out that making this transition is not as simple as switching your relationship status on Facebook to “single”. I’m doing good tho. It’s been great to be home with my family, and I’m keeping myself busy with all of the great improvements that Zuzana & I have planned for you guys for November :) I just wanted to check in with you guys and give you a little bit of an update on where things are with me. One thing that has helped me is our daily training sessions together. Nothing clears your mind faster than BodyRocking :)

Workout Breakdown
- Sandbag Swing100 reps
Get your gear for this workout here:
Start by standing with your feet wider apart with your toes and knees pointing slightly outwards. Keep your abs tight, chest up and back straight. Push your hips back and swing the Sandbag in between your legs, bending your knees and keeping your back straight.
Push your hips forward with power to swing the Sandbag to the level of your shoulders. Don’t use your arms to swing the bag. Keep them extended and really focus on driving the power from your hips.
