Today we have a completely new workout for you – a 250 Rep time challenge that BodyRocker Jess took on full force. First of all we all know that these workouts are killer. Zuzana put this one together to jump start our training again after working through some of our older routines these past few weeks. Now imagine it… you drive almost 5 hours from home and arrive in a city that you have never been to before to meet people that you have never met in person, go through a whirlwind 2 hours at lululemon trying on everything in the store and then hit a workout that promises to be brutal in front of some people with cameras pointed at you – knowing full well that BodyRockers all over the world will be watching you sweat it out. It’s a lot for anyone to take on – and I think it would take just about anyone out of their comfort level. Jess handled it like a true BodyRocker. Bringing in someone directly out of the community – someone just like you who has been doing these routines at home – just felt right. We will be bringing in all kinds of BodyRockers to lead these routines and share their experiences and help our family grow. A big thank you to Jess for having the courage to step forward as the first BodyRocker guest host to help inspire the rest of us Rockers to push it to the next level.
If you thought that this routine was tough, my brother Sean will be leading us through a full body routine tomorrow that had him completely gassed out in just minutes :) Some of you guys will remember that Sean and Zuzana did about 10 workouts together last year here on the site.

Set your Interval Timer as a stop watch because today’s workout is a time challenge. Your goal is to complete all of the exercises as fast as you can – there are 50 reps for each exercise as you can see it in the workout breakdown. You can try to beat my time – I did it in 13 minutes and 11 seconds. I was using my pink sandbag with about 35lbs of weight in it and the Dip Station.
I also explain each exercise, proper form and easier variations for beginners in the video above. Jess is the one who leads us through the workout and shows how to push yourself. I think she did a great job and she deserves our support.
