Freddy here :) Todays workout is made up of some basic exercises but after just 1 round of pushing at his max effort, Sean was gassed out and dripping sweat. We always say that the most important thing to focus on when you are training with us is form, and that is because we care about you guys staying injury free and getting in the best sweat that you can during our daily practice together. The very next thing we want for you to focus on - right next door in fact is INTENSITY – and thats where all BodyRockers want to live :) You are not here to exercise for 15 minutes – you are here to BodyRock! Anyone can exercise… not everyone ROCKS their mind, body and soul, finds the edge of their strength and pushes beyond to expand their whole sense of well being. Set your Interval Timer for 15 rounds of 10/50 seconds intervals. You will go 3 times through a circuit of 5 exercises – you have 50 second interval for each exercise and 10 seconds of rest in between. Your goal is to complete as many reps of each exercise as possible.
