I just wanted to share my thanks for your wonderful website! I have spent years working out for hours at the gym, running (which is so hard on my knees) and basically being bored every time I worked out! As a former gymnast, it has been hard to find workouts which are really challenging but also fun. And I commute 50 miles each way to work every day, so time is a big issue for me. Luckily this May I visited my best friend in Hong Kong and she shared your website with me as well as her amazing experience with it. Ever since then I look forward to every workout, and to the end of the workout when I could say I finished it ! For the first time in a long time, maybe ever, the focus of my workouts weren’t on my weight, but on the challenge, increasing my strength and battling brutus! I’ve stopped comparing myself to others and instead focus on my own scores, times and reps. (although a little healthy competition is fun too, looking at other bodyrockers’ scores). Recently my husband and I went to Europe, and this picture is from Barcelona. Not only do I look better than I ever have, I FEEL better too! Thanks again for your devotion to the website, it really has changed my life!!!!!
