Why are you doing this? What reasons do you have for training with us for a life well lived? When I was growing up, whenever I found myself in a bit of a funk, maybe feeling down or sorry for myself, my mother would always get after me and tell me to list off all of the things in my life that I had to be thankful for. Then she would usually follow that up with all the people around me – family and friends who loved me and supported me. By the end of all that I had always shaken if off and was back to being in a better mood. I think that the same approach can work in terms of your motivation for working out each day. Think of what you have to be thankful for as it relates to your body, your health – your life and just the fact that you are here. It’s an amazing honour that we take for granted most of the time. Then think of all the people that love and support you that you will be able to connect with on a deeper level because you have given yourself the gift of health and fitness. Think of how much more energy you will have to invest in those relationships – the positive impact that you can have as a role model or inspiration for those that are close to you. Add to this that you and every other BodyRocker has the support of our whole community here on the site It’s amazing how much motivation exists within each of us when we just stop and look within.
Enjoy your training!

Check out the workout breakdown to see what equipment you need for this workout. Set your Interval Timer for 12 rounds of 10/50 seconds intervals. You will go through a circuit of 4 exercises three times. You have 50 seconds for each exercise and your goal is to complete as many reps as you can. There is always 10 seconds of rest in between each exercise which is just enough to write down your reps and move on. Check out the video above where Zuzana shows you proper form of each exercise and easier variations for beginners.
P.S. Let’s do one Burpee for Erin as always after this workout.
I would also like to take just a minute to mention that one of our BodyRockers recently lost loved ones to a Drunk Driver. Please do not Drink & Drive, or allow those you care about to drink while under the influence. Our hearts and prayers are with you and your family.
