Lisa-Marie Answers Your FAQ’s.

Hi BodyRockers,

We put together this video of some of the most frequently asked questions that you have posted on Lisa’s Facebook page – questions about her weight, body fat percentage, age, height and all kinds of other things so that you can get to know her a little bit better.     Well i can attest to some of the movements i get off Body rock to be quite useful across a multitude of sport. i am an avoid bodybuilder, but still incorparate the abs movements, and some of the other into my workouts, including the crab (This is what i call the sideways walking push up move. i digress…..keep up the good work guys

    I think it is so awesome that you don’t drink, Lisa-Marie! I’m not a fan of drinking and I rarely do it, but all of my “friends” always peer pressure me to and then I’m screwed. I’m glad to see you as a positive, energetic role model for me! Since I’ve found BodyRock.TV my life has changed!     Ha! Bobble! I have a few US/Canada friends and even UK friends (I’m from Liverpool!) who don’t understand what I mean when I say ‘bobble’ and you just said it haaaah! I’ll bet you had loads of questions about that one!
    I was surprised you’re 31! I thought you would be mid to late 20s. Just show what a fantastic lifestyle does for you… ;)

    I was particularly like to hear you tattoo stories. What they are, what they mean, reasons for getting them. :)

     Yes my stopped at 15% for six whole months until I put some fat back on those muscles……

    from what I understand high intensity interval traing has a big afterburn, it raises your metabolism for hours afterward, so you may not burn as many calories during your workout but total burn will be much higher than if you worked out at a lower level for a long period, because when you stop that your rate of burning calories drops to normal shortly after finishing.

    If your cycle stopped at 20%, then something else might have caused that effect to happen. I know my cycle onces stopped for more than 4 months due to panic attacks.

    A cycle that stops on whatever moment in a womans life always means that the body is giving off a signal to the woman to take better care of itself.

      I would guess you’re are both too high!  In a post last year zuzana weighed herself as people kept asking and she weighed 125lb (57 kg) at 5ft 5.5 (166cm) and I’m pretty sure zuzana is more muscular and outweighs lisa by a fair amount even though she was quite lean as well.  her legs and bum were bigger than lisa’s so I would guess lisa weighs – 115lb

    10% or 11%. I have 13% and she looks way leaner then me

        Don’t be fooled tho. Your bodyfat is very good.

        Female Athletes have about 14-20% bodyfat. And when you fitness allot it will be about 21-24%. while the female average is: 25-30% … anything above 32 is obese.

        We need bodyfat for our hormons, cells, ect, so too little is very bad for woman. We can’t go under 10-13%, this is the essential amount of bodyfat we need. Having 10% or lower will have conquecences for our body. For instance; your menstrual cycle will stop and your bodycells will struggle, as well as the cells being regenerated inside your brain.
