February – 30 Day Challenge – Introduction & Timetable

Hi Bodyrockers,

Wouldn’t it be great to have a routine that includes diet, fitness & a weighted programme that you can fit into your daily routine in just minutes & most importantly one that works ?!

Today we start the Next 30 Day Challenge  - Are You Ready ?

You don’t need an expensive Gym Membership – This is a FREE programme designed to suit all fitness levels and as you will see from the 100′s of posts from last 30 Day Challenge – people are BodyRocking their way to amazing changes & phenomenal results everyday.

This months program incorporates:

  • Intense Total Body Workouts – 12 Minute Workouts specifically designed to maximize fat loss.
  • Specific Isolated Weighted Program to run alongside the Fitness Component - To Dramatically Improve Overall Toning & Strength.

    okay, i did it. This time i will post my results. ;-) 

    Squat Jumps: 31
    Press ups: 15
    Burpees: 14
    High Knees: 77
    Switch Lunges: 20 (ouch!!!)
    Tuck Jumps: 19 (real hard after the lunges)
    Straight Abs: 19 

    I started body-rocking on 10th of january with the last 30-day-challenge. I gave it a try, because it´s free – and i was very fascinated (and motivated) by you, Lisa-Marie. 
    I could not do a single press up on my toes – so i started press ups on my knees. Today i did 15 on my toes! I did also recognize improvements with the other exercises, but i don´t want to bore you with details now – to make it short: This really works great! I´m looking forward to the next 30 days  - always getting closer to the fittest shape in my life :)

    I just started the first 30 day challenge a week ago. But I would like to start the new program. Just wondering, when do you usually post the new workouts? Sometimes I like to get up in the morning and do them. I like the idea that your incorporating diet into this one : ) can’t wait to start this week!

    Ok, so I was going to start the January 30 day challenge today but now that theres a February, I will start this one! Plus there’s so many new people starting this (I am new as well!) and I think it would be a great motivater and such great support if we do it all together!!! My schedule is going to be a little different when it comes to my rest days though. Thursdays and Fridays will have to be my two rest days, it just works out better that way for my own personal schedule. I cant believe how out of shape I am in just three months of not working out!! I almost cried when I did the fitness test!! But!! Here’s my results!!

    Squat Jump- 25
    Push Up (womans)- 12
    Burpees- 78
    Switch Jump(modified)- 17
    Tuck Jumps (hate these!) – 12
    Straight Abs- 22

    Is this for people who have completed the last 30 day challenge? I wanted to start doing these videos today and don’t know whether to start with last months challenge or if this one is okay for a beginner

      Anyone can start this challenge! it doesnt matter if u didnt do the last challenge (which you actually could start doing before this one if you want), if some exercises are too hard for you, you can modify them and do the beginner’s form.

    I’m so glad that there’s another 30-day challenge! I had to sit out almost all of January’s due to illness, and I was a little worried that I wouldn’t be able to keep myself on track doing the challenge a month late and by myself.
    Thanks for everything you all do. Here’s to being stronger, faster, better come my birthday in March.

    I think it is going to be a new fit test – but as Im doing this for the first time i thought Id try the old one as im off to bed soon (so will be a day behind on the schedule)

    I would just like to request some focus on the legs please. My mom and I are going to hike the Appalatian Trail in September and I have started long hikes to build up my endurance, I would really appreciate seeing some leg focus to help me along if you could. Thanks so much

      You can add a bonus of squats, lunges, 1-leg squats, side lunges, etc after the workouts to build your leg strength.

    Jump lunges: 20

    So. cool down, and relax. Can’t wait for day number 2! I’m going to fully commit to this!

    Feel really fit today.. Maybe i will do the fittest tonight, or tomorrow. Allready did the 3rd ZWOW on Zuzana’s channel.. Nice one.. So had my workout.. Just see what I feel like tonight.. Will also go iceskating.. There is a lot of ice where in Holland Yeah! Will share a picture later.. :D

    I just did my fitness test and am dead… here are my numbers :

    (i cant even type…mind you, I had a 15 second break in between each exercise

    squat jumps- 34 
    push ups (regular)- 21 
    burpees- 62
    hi-knees-104
    switch lunge- 45
    sit-ups (i HATE these)- 25
    tri dip- 32
    tuck jumps (i was dead at this point)- 16

    I have been working out since i was 12.  I was a very active high school kid doing sports all year round now im 21 and i hit the gym five days a week but i seem to just be stuck in the same place. I am fit but all i am doing is maintaining id love to challenge myself and kick things up a notch and see my true potential..i am so excited for this!

    Always warm-up & cool down, & modify complicated/advanced exercises if they are too much for you.

    I started yesterday , did the tast first. I am not sure wich one, but I found it on the 30 day challenge videio and written. 8 ecsercise you can find them just by scrolling down. And today I think I will do the day one of feb. unless I find a March chellnge! :-)) And good luck!!

    Just start on whichever day you like.  If you want to start a challenge from the beginning, start on the first one for either Jan or Feb.  Challenges are a new thing on this site; many of us just started whenever we found the site.  When a new workout posts, do that when it works for you.  If you don’t like the routine, or feel like it’s too advanced, modify it for yourself, or pick a different workout.  There are hundreds of routines on this website to choose from.
