    I love Teshia’s videos. Thanks!!!!

I did this series for 12 minutes. I still find it confusing. I’ve never done yoga. I’d like to see the full series with no stops or pauses. How to move from one to the next and also to have the names for each pose listed, so that way we know what we are doing.

It is very important to practice yoga every day because yoga is the only exercise which is good for the mental health. It provides an mental stability towards the health. The blood circulation is also improves in the body with the help of it.

What a great stretch this was!  I’m behind in the workouts so I did an old BR one and added this on at the end.  Felt wonderful.  Also, thanks to hot yoga, all my workout gear is in the laundry, but my boyfriend loaned me some clothes to wear.  No excuses not to workout!! :)

I love the idea of these flow videos, but they just aren’t working with the same format you do for the burn and sculpt videos.  Yoga should flow from one pose to the other, and we don’t see that with these videos.  Please show a whole routine, and make it more than a 2 minute workout.  And please list all the poses below, so we know what these poses are called.

I agree it was nice when everything was available on one site. Quick and dirty, very easy to find .. the one thing I really miss is the recipes not only from the bodyrock team but from other bodyrockers. Some of my favorite dishes have come from other bodyrockers and I really miss that. Now it seems every tab on the website just gets the workouts posted to it :( . I do however understand why they have  involved so much facebook lately. It helps to grow the movement and bring bodyrock.tv to more people which is what bodyrocking is all about. Although I do miss some aspects of the old bodyrock website I love the new flow workouts and either way I’m a loyal bodyrocker for life! Thank you Freddy, Sean, Lisa-Marie and now Teisha for all your time, efforts and dedication. Couldn’t imagine my life without bodyrock!!

Hi Toma,  maybe you could just try one exercise and do 3 rounds of it.  Or pick one or two exercises and try to do 10 or 5 repetions of each!

  • Gerri Lee Schafer

hahahaha, titles written by a 12 year old boy…………just joking Freddy

  • Jill Hobbs

I agree. I like song titles that you guys have used in the past as they are unique and different enough from each other. I bet Body Rockers could also suggest some good names for workouts if prompted….

teshia,  I just wanted to say that I love the fact that you have all that gorgeous hair out,  no need to tie it up for us!  it is very natural, and I like that you drink water out of a glass jar!

    hi lindsay!

also if you signed up to Disqus rather than posting as a guest, you would have the opportunity to follow people who motivate you and for people to follow you as well.  then all your and their comments show up in your dashboard and then you don’t have to search for them, plus when people reply to you it shows up there as well!

    Hi chelsea

I enjoy watching your videos, even though I can’t subscribe as I don’t have a youtube account.

Love the FLOW sections. I did all posted so far. I need to see what to do in a written form because I can´t remember all of them (yet). So I made a list of exercises introduced so far. Can anyone help me with the names of some poses? If Teshia didn´t mention it or I just missed that I only described the move. However I would love to learn all proper names.

    1) TEST POSES
       - Backband
       - Hanging
       - Downward Dog
       - Pigeon (L,R)

    2) SQUAT HOLDS
       - Flat Feet
       - High On Toes
       - Not So High On Toes + Inner Tights Together

    3) PLANKS
       - Plank Knee To Forehead (L, R)
       - Side Plank + Bent Knee Hold or Straight leg Lift (L, R)
       - Plank Spider Knee To Elbow (L, R)

    4) BALANCE
       - Tree Pose (L, R)
       - Balancing Stick (L, R)
       - Standing Micro Bend (L, R)

    5) FORWARD BENDS
       - Sit Up
       - Dangling Feet Hip Width Apart
       - Dangling Feet 4 Feet Apart

    Many thanks!

      Kate,
You just did me the biggest favor!! I was just thinking yesterday that I needed to write down all the poses so I could go back and practice them, and here they are!!! Thank you.  Even suggested a few days ago that yoga should have a seperate tab so that all the poses and descriptions and names are there to view.  Thanks again Michelle

So I was buying some whey protein the other day when the cashier asked about why I use it. I got started with the whole BodyRock story and before you know it, I had at least 4 other women listening in and questioning me. They wrote down the site address and I am sure we now have some new bodyrockers. Love it here!

I loved the stretching in this routine. I already did Week 2, day 2′s workout today, but I got so excited for this video that I just did this workout also! I am so in love with all of the innovations for this month’s challenges. I love the new flow and sculpt workouts for this 30 day challenge! I think that tomorrow since I already did this challenge that I am going to combine all of the flow workouts so far into one routine! Thanks again bodyrock team! As I posted in week 2, day 2′s comment section I have been able to bring a new bodyrocker to the community and now she has brought a new bodyrocker also! I love this community and I constantly like so many of your posts. All of my friends and family also know that I am a bodyrocker.

This was a great stretch after my workout!  Thanks Teshia!  You’re so warm and welcoming!  It’s wonderful to see different personalities and styles on the BR videos.  I’m also really bad about stretching, and because I’m naturally flexible, it makes me even lazier, like as though I don’t need to stretch or something.  But of course I do!

    Anyway, you rock!

    • ZoeRocker

I am the same!!! I am lazy about stretching because I am very flexible already. I LOVE stretching but it is time consuming, so I skip it sometimes which I shouldn’t do… These flow routines are getting me to do it though because I am nowhere near where Teshia is, and I would love to be able to stretch like that one day:)
